guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen

Die Pension wurde in einer alten Stadtvilla eingerichtet und hat nur wenige Zimmer. Direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße gelegen, war das Zimmer durch gute Schallisolierung doch angenehm ruhig. Die Lage ist ja wegen der Verkehrsgünstigkeit sowohl in Richtung Innenstadt, aber auch in die Dresdner Heide, die Elbschlösser, Schloss Pillnitz oder ins Elbsandsteingebirge durchaus von Vorteil. Die gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. Die Nähe zur Waldschlösschenbrücke macht die schnelle Überquerung der Elbe zur Altstadtseite unkompliziert. Das Frühstück war vorbildlich.

Die Kopfkissen haben ihre guten Zeiten hinter sich und sollten bei Gelegenheit ausgetauscht werden.

Dresden immer wieder und auch immer wieder gern in der Pension

gute Stadtbusanbindung direkt vor dem Haus, ruhige Lage, freundlicher persönlicher Empfang, gutes Frühstücksbuffet

Der Parkplatz war etwas eng

Für ein paar Nächte okay

Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war für mich ausreichend. Man sollte aber kein großes Frühstücksbuffet erwarten. Im Innenhof gab es Parkplätze. Wir haben allerdings an der Straße geparkt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Very disappointing

The room was very clean, I guess that is the only upside.

The host is very unresponsive, you don't have any other means of reaching them other than email (unless you have a German number and can call them, which most tourists don't). When they do answer your email, they do it in German, regardless of your initial emails being written in English. You can never find nobody at the site, so if you have any questions or need any kind of help, forget about it. They left my key in the locked box at the entrance and sent me a password for it, but this isn't an Airbnb and the prices are much closer to hotel prices, so these practices were very odd to me. The only people I saw were guys fixing something, they would hang around the building and drink until late in the night, which does not make you feel very comfortable if you are a female and staying there alone. The room was clean, but the heating was poor, it was pretty cold. There was a huge window in the toilet, facing the street and the curtains didn't go all the way down, so I had to use the blanket when using the toilet if I didn't want to be seen.

It is an old villa, with plenty of charm, but I think the price were little bit overrated.

Standard breakfast, but the Staff was alway ready to do some extras (like scrambeled eggs, French toast etc). For a business trip it was ok. It is a very lovely villa. Situated in very nice neighbourhood in Dresden.

It is an old villa, and the thing is that the rooms have very high ceilings, that don't allow for to room to be properly warm. That was for our two children kind of a problem, to stay warm.

Convenient, family friendly Villa!

Quiet location, just steps from the street trolly stop. Spacious rooms, that are clean and comfortable. Community refrigerator to keep your food cold. We forgot an item at the hotel, and the staff were more than helpful to get it mailed to us back home!!!

No “cons” to note about the property.
