EXTERIOR
In a quiet location, facing south, the exceptional location of this house will allow you to enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding nature (Rocher de Saignon, Mourre Negre), while relaxing on its pleasant terrace.
This lovely house with a pool has:
- A 1000 m² tree-lined and fully enclosed garden.
- A very pleasant stone-built pool house equipped with a kitchenette (oven, hob, fridge, crockery) and a shower room (shower + toilet)
- A heated pool from September 2021 (10x5, depth of 1m. to 2 m. - open from April to the end of October) secured by a roller shutter and equipped with a 125 m² terrace and sun loungers.
- A gas barbecue is available
- A parking area with 1 charging station for electric cars.
INTERIOR
Very bright thanks to its large bay windows overlooking the view and the pool, and on one level it offers on 130 m²:
- An independent kitchen (fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, toaster, filter coffee maker, 3-burner gas hob).
- A spacious L-shaped living room equipped with large bay windows overlooking the view, furnished with a dining area, a living area, a fireplace, a TV (HDMI socket), WIFI.
- A mezzanine with a single 90 bed office overlooking the living room.
4 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom (12 m²) with 2 twin 90 beds.
- 1 bedroom (11 m²) with 2 twin 90 beds.
(The 2 beds in this room can be joined together to form a 180 cm double bed, please request this when booking)
- 1 bedroom (11 m²) with 2 twin 90 beds.
(The 2 beds in this room can be joined together to form a 180 cm double bed, please request this when booking)
For these 3 bedrooms, please provide fitted sheets with 25cm flaps, if you have not chosen the linen option)
- 1 bedroom (10 m²) with 1 120 sofa bed.
