We had a wonderful stay at this property for our Asheville visit. It couldn’t be more convenient to downtown and to Trader Joe’s and other grocery stores. All were within an easy walking distance. We had needs upon arrival and the owners were very responsive. The apartment is well designed and outfitted. The only amenity we didn’t explore was the rooftop deck with a view of the city. It looked amazing but my husband and I both have knee problems and we weren’t able to climb the steps. Highly recommend.

Great quick weekend stay, place was very clean and had all the essentials. Had some difficulty finding the address in the dark but we arrived later than planned. We were able to walk to restaurants, bars, shopping which we enjoyed.

We only stayed for one night, but enjoyed the experience. We were able to walk to a great neighborhood restaurant called Tall John’s. It was also too cold to sit on our rooftop patio, but it was a very cool set-up.

We had a great stay in Asheville and this studio provided us the perfect landing point. It had everything we needed for our stay with our small dog. The host was very communicative and helped us with anything we needed. The location was unmatched - just a short drive or walk to anything we wanted to do in town. Would definitely stay here again!

Came back to Asheville for a short stay with my now fiancé where we originally met 3.5 years ago.
The studio apartment was nice and clean; bed was comfortable. The plumbing is a bit noisy with the below ground pump that is needed to be used but nothing too bad. Clean linens provided
The location of the house is great, nice and close to downtown and Harris teeter/Trader Joe’s. I did not realize the apartment was below an active household but maybe I missed that in the listing.
Overall happy with the area and accommodations. Thanks again

Small, but clean and great roof top view

We really enjoyed our recent stay. This property has everything you need. There is a small well equipped kitchen. There is no stove or oven, but there is a plug in burner. There were plenty of dishes, silverware and utensils. Three grocery stores are within 5 minutes walking distance. The murphy bed was very comfortable. Parking is easy and communication with the host was good. I highly recommend this property within walking distance of downtown.

We loved that downtown was an easy walk. We also enjoyed the rooftop deck while eating breakfast.

I was in the Asheville area hiking with some buddies who all decided on the big hotels in downtown. I preferred something quieter and found this listing on VRBO. It was perfect. New, clean, and well appointed. Easy walk to downtown to hook up with my friends.

Me, my husband, and our infant daughter had a great stay here. We loved the location— close to downtown and next to 3 grocery stores. It had everything we needed for a great visit to Asheville with our daughter!

We loved our stay at this amazing rental! It was very clean and modern. Communication was great! Bed was comfortable. We were able to walk to restaurants in downtown and felt safe even at night. 5 Points Restaurant around the corner had a good breakfast. We ate there two days during our three night stay. We would definitely stay here again. Paul and Valerie were awesome hosts.

Had a great 3-night stay with our dog in this cozy, comfortable, clean, modern apartment in the heart of Asheville. In addition to the apartment itself, there is a huge roof deck with amazing 360-degree views of the entire Asheville region. Plus, there is also free off-street parking -- which is a huge deal in this neighborhood.
Location is great. Just a short 3-5 minute walk to several supermarkets (Harris Teeter, Whole Foods, Trader Jones) and several great bars/restaurants (breakfast/brunch at Liberty Cafe was especially delicious). And only a 10-20 minute walk (or very short Uber-ride) to anything you could want to see/do in the heart of downtown.
Hosts were great. They live above the apartment and were very helpful/friendly, but never in the way. They even had their daughter dog sit for us while we went to a show at the Orange Peel.
Great stay overall and would definitely love to return next time we're in Asheville. Thanks Paul and family!

Highlight of trip was meeting Howard a friend of the owner🤡😎👍

Our stay was very good. There were two of us, my daughter and I. It is as shown in photos, very clean, very well finished - but snug. You can tell a lot of investment was made to the space. Coffee maker provided, but no Keurig, I missed that. So if a priority, I guess keep in mind. Location is close to a Harris-Teeter (grocery) that was very nice, and only a block or so away. It's close to downtown, but we were not a fan of the hustle, crowds, parking, homeless present so did not venture far on foot ourselves. The owner lives onsite and was always available but nothing surfaced that we needed, but nice to know. It is a very quiet unit aside from the discharge plumbing pump as a result of being a below grade, lower level space. The on/off as the shower, sink, etc. is worth noting if with children, or light sleepers, etc. Included dishwasher but no form of washer/dryer. Missed that as well, but it is smaller space and suspect challenging with all discharge running through pump. Bed is very comfortable and conveniently folds up, though we left down throughout and had cot at end.
Highly recommended, noting those items above. Owner very approachable and welcoming. We never used the outdoor deck area, but it looked nice and finished comparable to the rest of the property, i.e. upscale, modern, clean.

Too small, best for a weekend not extended stay
The apartment was priced in the same range as several two bedroom condos in the area. I should have studied the listing more carefully. The pictures look like there is a din and bedroom but it is one small room in a sub basement. No window to the outside. Very tiny. No washer dryer or oven. Although the owner did not list as having one it just seemed like a logical assumption on my part. I would have moved to Embassy suites which was actually less expensive and would have had much more room and amenities but we found another option. My advice for anyone looking at this unit is read the description very carefully. We were signed up for 9 nights but left after 5 because we ran out of clothes and moved into a friends house. The deck attached to the main house was nice. The owner sent me a note when we moved in. Sent some towels when asked (once) but did not communicate with me until check out. I had sent him a note that I left 4 days earlier but he did not acknowledge it.

Great location for an Asheville visit!
We were on a short trip to Asheville for college tours and this was an excellent spot that checked all the boxes. Great location in close proximity to downtown and the property was nicely decorated and prestinely clean. Would definitively come back again!
