Beautiful and well stocked 1276 sq. ft. Beach Front Condo with a huge balcony overlooking the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico and another balcony with amazing views of Gulf Shores and the Lagoon.

2 Master Suites - each with King beds, full private baths and wonderful balcony views! The 3rd bedroom is a kids dream come true with 2-triple bunk beds that sleeps 6 and an attached full bath. Also has a very comfortable Memory Foam Queen-sized Sleeper Sofa.

Great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Secure onsite parking.

Our family loves Island Royale because of its beautiful location right on the Gulf, heated indoor/outdoor swim-through pool and the fact that it has 2 large hot tubs, (one indoor and one outdoor). The splash pad for the little ones is a treat too. Other amenities include a Sauna, Steam Room, Workout Room, and Library all on the 3rd floor.

This place is amazing, we, 4 adults over age of 50 and 2 20 year olds, stayed the week of 4th July. The kitchen had everything need from pots and pans to kitchen gadgets. We watched fireworks from balcony. We had great sun in morning and shade in afternoon. Could rent beach chairs from ikes if wanted but condo had 8 beach chairs and boogie boards, floats and toys for you. All rooms had own tvs, that worked.. each seperate bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. Security on site was great, Joe was helpful with ice cream choices. Pool and spa was clean. Joan was easy to connect with if anything came up. Loved this place and will be back!! 5 super stars..

Our group had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and the triple bunk room was perfect for our kids! This is a little thing but i appreciated the hooks everywhere for hanging towels and wet bathing suits. Joan was very responsive and helpful the one time I reached out. We never had to wait on elevators and the beach is close proximity to the building. The pools were never overcrowded and my 2 year old loved the baby pool. Joe, the security guard, was very friendly! I would highly recommend a stay at this condo.

Almost everything about this location was perfect! It was clean, homelike and offered just about everything to make us comfortable. Communication was flawless and helped prepare us for the stay. We had a great time. Only issue was we really missed the table featured in the pictures.

We often travel with our extended family and this place was absolutely perfect for all of us! The location was amazing. The condo was as completely stocked with everything that we needed and more. Tons of dishes, tons of cookware, tons of beach toys and chairs, basically everything you need for a wonderful vacation on the beach! Would definitely stay again!

This condo was clean and had amazing views of the ocean. We enjoyed the large table and chairs on the balcony for meals and relaxing. Our party included 5 adults and 4 children, the condo was roomy and we didn’t feel crowded. We also enjoyed the balcony closet that had a variety of sand toys, chairs etc., nice to not have to bring our own.

We loved our stay! Beautiful view, beautiful space, loved the area. We would definitely stay here again. Joan was very helpful but honestly we needed nothing because everything was taken care of so much needed. Great memories were made, thank you for having us.

Our family had plenty of space to relax, eat and enjoy. The view was spectacular. The condo was set up well with everything we needed for cooking and laundry plus recreation including beachfront access, pool, hot tub, etc. We loved the tasteful decor and feel of the place. Our host was very responsive and even helped us locate a fishing charter. Our family agrees we hope to stay here again.

This property was right on the beach and in close distance to several things. Our family and extended family (total of 9 people) enjoyed our stay in the condo. I had to reach out to the owner with a few questions because VRBO was not working and had great and fast responses. Highly recommend.

This by far was one of the best condos we have stayed at! The view from the large balcony was magnificent! We ate every meal at the large table on the balcony ! The condo was spacious , comfy beds , close to everything. Also no need to bring anything!! They have thought of everything. Already planning our next trip !

My family of 4 vacationed for a week with another family of 4 and after many hours of trying to pick a place, we settled on this one. It was extremely easy beach access which was one of our main goals having children 6 and under. When the kids would need to come up for nap time, the balcony was a nice spot to still be able to see and hear the ocean. The condo had a fully stocked kitchen and storage closet on the balcony that was full of beach necessities. It was nice to not have to travel with beach chairs and sand toys. Joan was also wonderful to work with. She was very helpful and responsive to messages.

I am not normally a fan of high rise choices, but we had plenty of room. Kitchen was wonderful so we could cook several nights. Beach access and pool convenience worked well for us.

What an amazing condo! We had three generations vacationing and this was the perfect fit for all of us. The kids enjoyed building forts in the bunk room. We all loved the dolphin views each morning and evening. The water is clear, beach is soft, condo is clean and has everything you would need. Highly recommend!!

The location of the condo was perfect, directly overlooking the beach! It accommodated our sleeping needs for 12 (six kids, six adults) very well. Joan was very helpful in dealing with our questions ahead of time, since this was our first VRBO rental. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues that were promptly fixed. The lock on the sliding door to the beach side balcony didn’t work, and the mattresses on the pull out couch and in the master bedroom were not great, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Gulf Shores!

The unit was wonderful and just what we needed. The bunk room was awesome for the grand babies - they thought they were having a great adventure (they were)! The kitchen had all the necessary items and even though we didn’t use it much it was perfect for us. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it!!

My Sister & I took our Autistic Cousin (a/k/a Rain Man) to Gulf Shores to celebrate his 53rd birthday and this condo was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom plus the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked for us to prepare breakfast plus a few light dinners. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Condo was ready and clean upon arrival. Both elevators were working and super fast! Island Royale is a very quiet building. Plenty of patio furniture for everyone to enjoy the awesome views of the ocean. The living room furniture was the best and most comfortable we've ever had in our 8 years of staying in various condos at the GS. There was plenty of extra umbrellas and beach chairs (and other assorted toys/floaties) for use which was great. Was a little worried that our 18 year old boys were too big for the bunk beds, but they said they were very comfortable and said the individual fans were nice , and liked the power strips/basket on each bunk. Was sad to see that next year's whole month of March is unavailable/booked already, as we would have loved to to stay at this condo again! Would definitely recommend this condo!

We wanted a condo that was large enough to hold my wife and I as well as my daughters family. This exceeded are needs and expectations. Fixing meals was easily accomplished in the well equipped kitchen. The grandkids loved the large selection of beach toys that were available. If you want to stay on the beach, this is the place to do that!

This unit has three bedrooms and three baths. Although it sleeps 12, I don’t recommend it. The common space is far too small for that. HOWEVER, it was the perfect place for my husband and I to get away. We couldn’t get enough of the view from the balcony, and we kept the floor to ceiling glass doors cracked open, so we could hear the surf day and night. The unit was clean, and the host was extremely responsive to all our questions and concerns. We couldn’t have asked for a better host!

We really enjoyed the condo, had a few minor issues when we first arrived, that were corrected within 1 hour of phoning the owner. Condo was very well maintained and was close to everything we wanted to do.

Enjoyed our stay at this condo. Pool/hot tub was down, but we knew this.l This property is being remodeled extensively on the ground level. Being a former General Contractor, I can imagine what’s it’s going to look like when completed. Should be stunning.

Condo was as advertised; completely updated. Only drawback was only one elevator was working for the building which meant very long delays on busy days, i.e., check in & check out. The workers said a lot of condo buildings still had non-working elevators from Hurricane Sally last October.

Condo was very nice, clean, great views of the ocean. You can see the stingrays and dolphins in the mornings. Condo had a nice few touches with child safe toilet seats, highchair even some baby toys and a closet full of beach toys etc. The condo is very close to ever. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was just as advertised. The property owner communicated wonderfully and sent us a list in advance of what things they thought we might need. We had the Code for the property in plenty of time to check-in and they left our parking passes in the room which allowed us to skip security. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back!
