About this apartment rental

This is our vacation home in Colorado. Simple, quiet, and cozy quarters in the city limits of Gunnison, but only minutes from the slopes of Crested Butte and the great outdoors. Fully furnished with two large bedrooms and two baths. Wireless Internet available with Roku on all three Televisions. We don’t come to Colorado to watch TV so you will have to settle for basic streaming channels......we encourage our guests to take a step out of the rat race and into the great outdoors.

We rate this property with a 10++++. Great location, easy walk to downtown Gunnison. This lovely home was clean and quiet and located in a very nice neighborhood. The beds were super comfy. If/when we visit Gunnison again, this home will definitely be our go-to!

We loved this place. Perfect for our family of 5 and had room for more! The location is great, cottage is clean and cute. All the essentials and more were provided. We really appreciate getting a VRBO that has some spices, foil, parchment paper and things like that. While Gunnison doesn’t have a ton going on it’s nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the surrounding areas. We had a great time and if we’re ever back in this area of Colorado we would stay here again!

Good stay. Everything was in good order. For some reason(?) the cleaners came at 9am this morning but our checkout time was supposed to be 10am. Not Good. They did NOT speak english. We left at 0930 and locked both keys in lockbox as directed.

We very much enjoyed our time in Gunnison. The home is exactly as in the photos, it was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. It was a little difficult for us to find the neighborhood, because we arrived after dark. We would love to com back to Gunnison and stay here again

This is a wonderful, quiet, clean and convenient place to stay in Gunnison. You can ride your bike to the river and to the many bike trails around the area. It was nice enough to have the window open at night and listen to the little creek right outside the window. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this property. We came for Westerns graduation. We had plenty of time to relax and this place was perfect. Nice set up, clean, great little kitchen with lots of extras! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, immaculate inside, and has everything you need. Only glitch was that I misunderstood the checkout instructions, but otherwise no issues. Ask host for restaurant recommendations! Would stay again.

We came up to Gunnison for a family wedding and stayed in this beautiful cabin. Perfect for 6 people and well equipped. Backs a lovely pond where you can sit in the sun and enjoy the peace and quiet. It was close to all the amenities and town. Will definitely stay here again.

Cute clean cozy 2 story home with cute decor. Large rooms and baths. Excellent location only blocks from town and river. Quiet neighborhood. All the amenities you need to feel at home. Large laundry room. Pond out back for morning coffee along with a picnic table for outdoor eating and visiting under covered patio. Beautiful back lawn area. Best stay we've had and owners are kind and responsive! Comfortable furniture amd beds with plenty of extra pillows! Clean and organized. Gets 5 🌟 stars all around!

We were in town to visit with our daughter and family who live in Gunnison. We wanted a place where we could cook, barbecue and relax. This was a great place to stay and we would recommend it to others. The laundry room was a plus so we could pack less .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rental has a very homey feel (not like a sterile investment property the owners never visit) but not cluttered with owners personal things. That's a tricky balance. It had everything we needed including a few spices in the cabinet. The neighborhood is convenient to town and main highway but quiet. It was perfect for our needs.

This house met our needs to a tee. The teenagers had a bedroom to themselves with two beds and the living room was a great place to gather. We also enjoyed being able to eat outside at the picnic table next to the pond. Location was convenient and Tommy was a great host. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful weekend in this cute cabin. Very quiet neighborhood, close to everything! We were so busy exploring that we didn't have enough time to relax by the pond. Thanks to the Townsend's for providing us very comfortable accommodations for a very memorable wedding weekend!
