Modern hotel in decent location but stay was frustrating and staff unpleasant.

Pleasant neighbourhood, nice building and everything is new. The rooms were fairly spacious with a good fitout. Breakfast had lots of options.

Restricted and high fees to use the pool area (KRW 30,000) - you can only use once for every night at the hotel for two hours for additional fees. How has nobody lost it over this rule? Breakfast finishes 9.30am, last sitting at 9am and at 9.15 they remind you that that are about to close. I booked on this site with breakfast included - we had six travellers, they told us we only booked breakfast for three people. This made no sense and staff made no effort to correct it instead blaming booking.com or that we may have selected a different package. He asked to look at my booking and saw that it included breakfast but continued to argue that it's only for some of us.. The staff in general were not very friendly and also it was unclear whether certain areas were open or not.

Easy and wonderful

Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet. Both Korean/Asian as well as western style options. The facilities and cleanliness was remarkable. Professional and efficient lobby staff.

Superb

It's perfect to stay , comfy bed and cleaness. Everything was good enough to relax with sunset view in the evening.

The location is pretty far from Busan CBD.

Nice hotel yet far from the city

Definitely worth of money since it’s newly built. It was the bathroom I was impressed the most. Toilet and shower was separated and the basin was in the middle. It was surprisingly convenient.

Hmm I would say it was quite a journey from the main city. We had to transfer every time from bus to train or wait at least 15 min for the bus

Amazing stay

Great staff, very helpful, also the rooms are super clean and comfortable, very minimalistic and pretty.

Parking is avialable but the ramps are a bit hard to navigate.

Nothing. Except the staff the are very kind.

No Swimming Pool! No Bar! The buffet expensive with limited varieties! Bad Location! I reserved Room with sea view, but there are no sea view, its river view!! No windows! The room complimentary coffee with no taste! No shaving kit in the bathroom! Bed powlliows is not comfortable for neck! No free Netflix! Price is not fare. Thank you, and sorry for my honesty.

Clean room and not too small.

Too expensive for what it is. Lobby on floor 5 causes annoying elevatot waiting times. No fancy interior, basically feels like a ikea showroom.

Exceptional

- The room was sleek, spacious and modern. With a comfortable (albeit slightly firm) bed. - You're able to swivel the television slightly from left to right, allowing great viewing angles from the Chaise, the bed or the bath tub. - The bathroom comes with smart toilets. - There's a convenience store and cafe located right on the first floor. - There's a great view of the mountains and sea from my room, in the direction of the sunset.

- You can hear the slamming of windows and doors from time to time. Nothing really to be concerned about however. - Do note that the hotel is located quite far away from most attractions at Busan. I was here on a business trip, and the hotel was located very near to my work sites as well as the airport. The town "Myeongji" the hotel is at is relatively new, so there isn't many places of interest, or restaurants yet. However i am certain the area would be bustling in a few years time.

Ultra comfortable room, great breakfast!

Immaculate room, loved the bathtub and fluffy bed. Really enjoyed the Aveda line of toiletries! The staff at check-in were very friendly and the pre-check-in Covid measures made us feel safe. Breakfast was pleasant too.

The 2-floor basement parking garage does not have enough slots for all guests to park, and some of the spaces are too narrow for bigger cars.

Very comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. Excellent breakfast buffet. Easy parking. Quick check in.

Pool was closed, no notification about this while booking like other area hotels did.
