Very comfy beds, huge living space downstairs, perfect for 2 families 😀

Fantastic stay at Swallows Nest. Probably the best equipped cottage we’ve ever stayed in, and a lovely little welcome hamper that even had poo bags and treats for three dogs. A short 20 minute drive into Bude, and a lovely little village to have a mooch about. Suited us perfectly.

Relaxing, comfy and really enjoyed ourselves

The sharing shed and games room were a bonus. Good having welcome milk and eggs and tea, coffee and condiments in the cupboard

Exceptional

It was a lovely cottage and very well equipped. The host was very friendly and very approachable and went out of her way to help . We especially liked the very large towels .

The owner lives on site, so was very easy Games room was a bonus House was very homely and light and spacious

Exceptional

We really enjoyed our stay at Sawllows Nest. The house is beautiful. The games room was a nice touch as we have children, gave them plenty of space to run around and ride bikes. Thank you, we will definitely book again!

great family space - with only a 20 min drive to Bude.

The house was spacious and well equipped, there was a lovely touch on arrival with milk, tea coffee and fresh eggs from the on site chickens. We loved the games room, pool was only 50p and the owners had plenty so that was easy enough. The owners are on site and very helpful. The beds are very comfortable. checking in and out was very easy.

The wine glasses - just a personal choice i like a big wine glass.

Needs a deep clean

Lovely area

Quite dirty in places, cutlery and cutlery drawer (we washed it all) glasses were dirty, soap dispenser was mouldy! Bath taps need descale and silicone replaced.

Very clean and comfortable. Spacious and lovely barn. Communication with owners was great, quick replies and very helpful. Shower super powerful.

I have never stayed in a holiday house before and was very surprised how easy it was,

Spacious, all facilities, games room, two bathrooms, parking, comfort for two families including a toddler

Exceptional!

Excellent facilities! The photos do not do this place justice, it’s much larger than I had anticipated. Great open plan living space with a laundry room and large downstairs shower room. Private garden and veranda to keep dogs in too. 3 bedrooms upstairs comprising of CLEAN comfortable beds and bathroom. The whole place is exceptionally clean and much thought has gone into ensuring you have a pleasant stay. Great games room with darts, pool table, table football, board games and a piano high my daughter was pleased with. Also a sharing shed FULL of beach equipment ie body boards, wetsuits etc and bbqs. They’ve thought of everything and the beach is a 15 min drive away. The hosts are there if you need anything in the house across the way but aren’t intrusive. You’re also allowed to walk your dog on their field which was most convenient. Couldn’t fault this place and I’m not an easy person to please.😜 I most definitely recommend.
