Best place to stay hands down!!!

THIS was a great place to stay those old hideous photos need to be removed because this place is hands down the top notch. I let the owner know that the inaccurate photos were on Booking.com and they need to be removed.

Nice condo with excellent bed

Nice size condo with a well equipped kitchen. Nice chairs on deck outside. The view is if the parking lot. It was very quiet but that may be the time of the year. The bed was super comfortable. Even my husband slept much longer than usual. Nice water pressure in shower. Easy walk to.the seawall. The owner was very responsive

Hot tub wasn't hot. In fact it was quite cold. I specifically asked office at check in about the hours for the hot tub. One would assume they should have told me that the hit tub was broken

We were a little disappointed in the remoteness of this condo from attractions.

We arrived at the Dawn via taxi. We had come off a cruise ship so wanted somewhere to stash our luggage until we could get into the condo. the staff in the clubhouse were most helpful in this.

The condo was not super clean. The hide a bed needed some tweeking by my husband before our grandson could sleep on it. It appeared to have been jumped on as some of the bars were bent.

We had a blast for our first visit to Galveston.

It was centrally located. So close to the beach.

The dryer never dried our clothes and the sink in the restroom was stopped up maybe put out some hangers.

Overall a great stay.

This is the most spacious condo we have stayed in in galveston. Huge bed. Pull out couch bed and a twin pop-up bed. Plenty room for my 4 person family. Full sized kitchen, washer and dryer. The pool was awesome! There was a lot of rules. We had to do the dishes and strip our own bed, which I've never had to do at a rental before, but not hard to do. The bedroom was brighter than we are used to, there was nothing we could do about it. But the ac worked well. The dryer wasn't working when we stayed but I talked to the owner who said they were awaiting an arrival of a new dryer a few days after we arrived, so that shouldn't be an issue for more than a couple days from now. Overall, a good experience. We will definitely consider staying here again.

I would stay nearby again but would select a different condo.

The location was excellent and it is very easy to access the beach across the street. The pool was very well kept. The master bed is very comfortable and the washer/dryer is a big plus while being on vacation.

The property has a pool and is right across from a beach yet there is no pool towels or beach items. We had to purchase our own when we arrived. The pictures are outdated and make the property look better than it does in person.

Extremely helpful, kind and beautifully clean.

Katerina was very helpful and kind, I am very grateful to her for accommodating us last minute and assisting me after I accidentally left some property of mine in her condo. My sons enjoyed the pool very much, couldn’t get them out!

It was a quiet, safe and cute condo.

It was a very lovely condo. The pools were very nice and the location was excellent. The owners were very nice.

Wi-Fi, smoke smell, the kids said the couch bed was uncomfortable.

Layout of the condo was comfortable. Vlose to the hot tub and grill. Quiet/relaxing - close to the beach,

The patio dooe was very difficult to open/shut and lock, Very rusty - appears hadn't been used in quite some time.

Safe and secure. Well insulated.

No Toilet paper were provided!! The bed was not made up. The towel hanger came off when I hung the towel over it!!

Location was convenient

The unit had bad smell. I think between the smokers upstairs and the smell of grease it made the unit smell. Also towels, pillows, sheets seemed very old.

My stay was just okay and accomplished what it was supposed to do.

I like the location of the property. It’s in a very prime location along the beach. Ot also had a Walmart across from it and other stores that were needed like gas stations and restaurants.

I did not like the having a television that did not have cable. It had only “Free TV” and streaming services. I’m a big college football fan and had to watch instead on my iPad. Another issue was were directed that could not go below 73 or 74 and the air conditioning wasn’t sufficient. it was hot in the condo for us all weekend. The smoke detector hang from the ceiling, dangling from the wires, the dining room table was wobbly and had paper to trying to keep it steady. Finally, we had to pay $37 for parking. Why should I pay for parking when I don’t have to at hotels for the same price.

Very quiet and very great location!

I loved the setup of the room! Usually when we book a room like this, we struggle as a family of 4 to get changed and keep our privacy lol. There are 2 doors to the bathroom. One leading from a small laundry area, and one from the bedroom. So we all had our own small spaces to get changed. Would definitely stay here again! Also, our hosts were very quick to respond and happy to answer our questions.

The pull out couch and small fold out bed were a bit uncomfortable for my kiddos. My smaller kiddo chose to sleep in the chair instead of the fold out bed. And my older son would flop around for a while on the squeaky couch pull out. They did sleep well once they got situated though. Also, GPS would take us to the office of the condos. Instead, follow the directions from the host and look for "The dawn" sign. Easy to miss!

The Reed family vacation 2022!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! This condo has everything you need it truly is your home away from home. We are a family of 4 with two little girls and there was plenty of room for us. The staff and facility was great. The pool was AMAZING and beautiful and I loved the hot tub at night! The location was fantastic right across the street from Walmart and close to all the restaurants and attractions on Seawall Blvd. This was our first time staying in a condo and I couldn't believe how awesome it was. This was our first year to go to the aquarium at Moody Garden's and it was only 5 minutes away. Absolutely the best family vacation to Galveston yet we can't wait for next year! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your home.

Great!!

Condo was very, clean and comfortable. Felt like home. Parking lot was secure and felt very safe the entire visit. Would recommend this place to anyone coming to visit Galveston. This place Will definitely be our go to place next time we come back to Galveston.

The Pedestrian/sea gate combo sent via booking.com did not work. Had to wait on someone to walk by to let us back in. Noticed in the guest binder in condo a different gate combo was listed but we never tried it to see if it would work. AC seemed to only hold at the temperature you set for 2 hours Small crack bottom of shower door that leaked water on to floor.
