Situated on a quiet, private street (yet steps away from iconic 30A dining, shops, and nightlife), Dune Side Escape offers coastal luxury, soothing private bedrooms, and airy open concept living, dining, and kitchen spaces that will bring families and friends together.
Step into the casual elegance of the main floor, featuring a family sized table for eight, six swivel stools along the grand island bar, overstuffed furniture, a convenient half bath, and french doors opening to the outdoor deck and private pool. The well equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counter tops and bar that seats 6! Both regular and Keurig coffee pots are provided for guests to enjoy a morning cup around the pool or balcony, and the Ninja blender is ready for those morning smoothies or afternoon frozen drinks.
French doors open up from the great room to the deck area, with a large and private heated* pool, gas grill, and outdoor dining. Your poolside fun is enhanced by waterproof Bluetooth speaker and relaxing lounge chairs. And when you're ready to hit the sand, beach chairs, beach wagon, and beach towels are ready for your short walk to the shore. After rinsing off at the outdoor shower, take advantage of your private entrance to Dune Side's large private park to enjoy the open play area, swings, Adirondack chairs and outdoor dining. *Pool is heated to 85 degrees at no extra cost from March1 through October 31; pool may be heated for an additional fee.
Dune Side Escape's stunning second level features a generous master suite with king bed, en suite bathroom with oversized shower, private balcony, flat screen TV, and walk-in closet. Early risers can enjoy the sunrise from the private balcony. The third level features three more bedrooms, includes another tranquil king master suite with a double closet, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with oversized shower. The spacious fourth bedroom features two double beds with flat screen TV and a large, closet. Video gamers will love the fifth bedroom/bunkroom, which offers four twin bunks, a kid-friendly sitting area and easy hookups to the giant flat screen TV. These last two bedrooms share a spacious hall bathroom with double vanities and a large shower.

We loved our stay at Dune Side Escape. Great location & it was wonderful to have a golf cart. The pool was an added bonus and the beach towels and coolers & toys in the outdoor closet were all so very nice to have. The owner & property manager were very responsive & great to rent from. The only improvement I can see would be adding medium firm mattresses in the 2nd floor bedrooms. Of course I know everyone has a preference and they were too soft for us BUT our trip was still fantastic and we have already recommended this house to friends and would absolutely stay again. Thank you Emily for sharing this beautiful property!

This house is beautiful. It was perfect for our trip. We enjoyed the open kitchen living space. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. The pool was private and we enjoyed lots of pool volleyball. There is an alarm for the door out to the pool with an added child lock out of reach. We had a toddler and this gave us a chance to let her run and play without the extra fear.
Emily was very easy to contact when we had a small issue with the washing machine and had someone out the next morning to get it fixed.
We would definitely rent this house again!

Property was amazing, clean, and the perfect amount of space for our group of 12. Kids thoroughly enjoyed afternoons in the pool not to mention playing football in the private park next door until sunset.
Only negative would be that the TVs up in the bedrooms were difficult to navigate and make work.

It is a very nice property. The place was clean and in good repair. We had a little trouble with a bathtub but it was quickly repaired after we reported it. You can walk to the beach. We were not able to swim at the beach, so having a pool was perfect for us. There were beach chairs and wagon for the beach and toys for the pool. We had a great time.

We absolutely loved our stay at Emily’s beach house. It was a convenient location, very close to the beach, and the golf cart and private pool were a plus! The house was beautifully decorated, and communicating with Emily was incredibly easy and she was always quick to respond. Highly recommend this property!

The house was perfect for us. Location to beach was great, close enough to walk and the golf cart a perk especially with young kids and beach supplies. Our only issue was only 3 parking spaces and we needed 4 but We were well informed early of that. Our host did send a link to a nearby storage facility that could assist but wasn’t close especially with traffic. She did respond when asked for added assistance in figuring that out. I would suggest if you rent here to do more research if that’s your issue as we were counting on more public overnight spaces in town and there are none. Overall thought- clean, spacious, well stocked and my wife said well decorated. Felt like a home with open concept first floor kitchen, dining, living area. Would stay here again and recommend.

Very nice property and close walk to beach entrance and Creamery that was visited daily. Cart always a plus. Heated Pool was a hit and utilized nightly. Grille was used and though it did not heat up beyond 375 degrees, it cooked hot dogs and burgers well. House has everything you need. Beach supplies supplied as well. You will definitely enjoy your stay here and we are looking to book here again next year. Also, when I contacted manager with few simple questions, immediate response via email. Recommend place highly for your vacation stay!

Pro's: Great home, nicely equipped, great location and short trip to the beach. Cons: The home was advertised with a working BBQ Grill. The day prior to arrival owner advised grill was not in good shape. On arrival we found the grill to be in a complete state of disrepair, burnt up and completely broken. It must have been in bad shape for a long time. The owner promised to replace the grill, but that was not completed during our stay. In addition, the master bathtub faucets were broken which rendered the luxury tub unusable. We requested a repair, but it also was not completed during our stay. Further, the family room furniture was stained and very dirty and in need of a cleaning. It's a nice place, but these issues should must be resolved.

We had several families share this home. They open space on the main floor was fantastic! Having three masters for the adults was certainly a plus. The kids were most comfortable in the bunk room and enjoyed playing games. The communication with the owner was prompt and cordial. I highly recommend this location. Let me not forget the amazing outdoor amenities - the pool out back and the park right next door.
Everyone that stayed in the home complimented how well stocked the home was. Better than most places we’ve stayed in the past.

5 Star Vacation Home
Beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped home away from home for our family of 11 to vacation! We had six adults and five kids (ages 2-10), and enjoyed large, comfortable, and beautifully decorated bedrooms with fabulous closet space and bright and beautiful bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you’d need to cook for a crew with seating for 6 at the island, and seating for 8 in the dining room. The pool was such a bonus - when the sun got too hot at the beach, we headed back to the house to swim in the pool, which is fully shaded around 2 p.m. The water temperature was so perfect you could walk right in and float for hours.
The homeowner was great to work with; we received lots of detailed and very helpful information, and responses were always received very quickly.
I just can’t say enough good things about this home - you just need to book a week or two and see for yourself!!

This home was perfect for our family. We had three families and all the adults had their own master bedroom suite. The kids had their own spaces as well. The kitchen was fully stocked, home was beautifully decorated, and there plenty of extra amenities like towels, beach chairs, and toys. The kids loved the heated pool and the park right next door to the house. The beach is a short walk or golf cart drive away. You can walk to Blue Mountain Bakery and Blue Mountain Creamery and plenty of great restaurants are a short drive or bike ride away. Emily was amazing and extremely attentive to all our needs and details of our trip. We will definitely be back!

Dune Side Escape was the perfect spot for our extended family get together this January. The home is large, comfortable, and has every amenity you could need. The process of checking in and out was seamless, and the communication with the owner was prompt and very helpful. We cannot recommend this home enough, and look forward to returning.

The beach house was great! Clean, plenty of room, great layout. The pool in the back is a nice bonus. Love the location too just walking distance from the beach. Emily was great with communication even mailed us back a few items that we left in the house. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again.
