Great little place located in the heart of Belmont. Check-in was easy and place was clean and great communication with the host. Walking distance to downtown Belmont and a nice park located right down the block.

Stayed here while on a college visit with my teen. It was the perfect amount of space. Everything was clean and in working order. The house does have a little bit of an old home smell to it.
If arriving after dark, be sure to let Hunter know so that a light can be left on. I forgot to reach out, and the driveway and house were a little tricky to pick out in the dark. Oops! The road is fairly busy so there is some noise, it’s mostly a white noise though, so nothing too crazy.
Everything we needed to get to was within a short drive. Probably 6 minutes or less. Overall, it was the perfect location and size for what we needed.

The home was so cute and the location was perfect! There was every acomidation needed, including fans in the closets for those of us who get hot at night. The owner was super quick to respond to my questions! I highly recommend this spot! There was an alarm system, and cozy blankets in the living room. We were comfortable and felt safe!

Enjoyed our stay. We were in Belmont for a wedding. We really enjoyed being able to walk into town. We found several good restaurants to try. The rental was as described. Everything was very clean. It is an older home, so it has the charm and quirkiness that goes along with that. We found it to be very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay here! The home was clean and comfortable for my family of five. The kitchen had a great supply of cooking supplies and basic spices. The owner is very prompt in getting back to you if you have a question. The beds are comfortable. The home is on a busier street, but it was never too noisy to sleep or interfere with anything. Great central location to the places we needed to be. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was exactly what we needed for my family to stay in for a wedding in Belmont, NC. The house was a perfect size for four adults and two children. It had all of the amenities we needed and it was a great place to go back to and rest in between the festivities. We were able to walk to the downtown area of Belmont to have lunch, grab coffee and the kids played at the park. Would definitely stay here again if we are in town again.

Great family stay
Brought my elderly mother and niece to visit my brother and his family in nearby Cramerton. Everything was just as described. The house was clean and organized. Took many walks to nearby Downtown Belmont to enjoy the restaurants and coffee shops. All and all a very enjoyable stay. This was my first rental of this kind as I was pretty much a hotel guy. Hunter made this a seamless process that I will definitely repeat in the future.

This was the first time to the area. Had a great time! The location was great-walking distance to downtown. The house was cute and looked just like the pictures. Will definitely stay here again if ever back in the area. We even met the neighbor and his dogs! Easy check in process and great communication with Hunter!

We enjoyed our stay for Mother’s Day. Right around the corner from our kids and downtown Belmont. Little house was perfect for us. Nice and clean with great beds. We will stay here again when in town.

This is a cute, newly renovated Millhouse. It is located within walking distance of the town of Belmont and was 5 minutes from the family we came to visit. The kitchen is well equipped but we preferred to eat out. The WIFI was strong, the TV worked well and the house has an alarm system.
The bedroom are small but with only 2 of us this was not an issue. The bed was a full size bed but very comfortable. Plenty of linens were available and the parking was good.
