One of the most maintained and comfortable stays I’ve been too and it just felt like a healthy home to be in. Has everything we needed from towels, shampoo etc to just pure comfort in our beds. Thanks Team and will definitely come again soon in the future when we are in HTOWN

We arrived in Auckland in the morning on a long flight from the States and we're in need of rest and relaxation. Our hosts were able to provide an early check-in which was much appreciated. Thank you Sonja and Damon. The unit was very comfortable and in a lovely neighborhood with easy check-in instructions.

Overall had a great stay and was perfect for what we needed. Only negative was the cleanliness - had to wash cups + plates + cutlery before using. Also dish clothes + bath mats + hand towels were quite dirty and we had not yet used them. Other than this a cool place nice and modern and good location.

perfect location, quiet but only 15 mins from all local venues. within daily travel to Tauranga, Raglan, Taupo and Rotorua so didnt have to stay over anywhere else. House was clean, spacious and had well equipped kitchen. Owners were very prompt with any information. i would highly recommend this property for those wanting a stress free break.

Great stay. Very comfortable beds, clean house, and well appointed. Overall, house is better than pictures and located just enough on the edge of town to skirt the worst of rush hour traffic if headed to Hobbiton or Caves. Host made it super easy to check in and enjoy our stay. Thank you!

Beautifully appointed modern condo 1.3 km from The Base for easy shopping. Quiet area. Internal accessing garaging. Fully equipped kitchen making our stay in evening preferable to eating out and truly enjoyable. Generous room sizes and spacious area for dining in for self caterers. Good quality bbq for indoor outdoor living in the summer. Highly recommended.

Nice property and decent location but stove top did not work and despite reaching out to the owner we did not connect with them until late on last night of 2.
We had shopped to cook in so this was challenging, we ended up eating out more often and having to discard lots of food. Recycling was over flowing on arrival which was annoying as I think we looked like the culprits. No air con in 2nd and 3rd rooms. Bedroom Tv had no connection or even reachable plug-owner later suggested previous renter may have moved it into different room.
Sent follow up email to owner, no response. Could have been great stay but was disappointing.

This batch was a great house, very neat and tidy, New, well organized and given us absolute pleasure to stay. Our family enjoyed every bit of our time in the house, nice neighborhood. The house is fully furnished even with groceries, cooking utensils, and other needy stuff.
Thanks a million to the hosts and given a chance we will surely go there again and tell everyone else to use it for their stay.

Modern little townhouse, basic but tidy. Fit our family of 5 reasonably comfortably. Maybe a couple of beanbags or something to give some more seating options in the small kitchen/living area would be good. But would happily stay again.

We only had a one-night stay in this property and it provided everything we needed - good-sized bathroom and ensuite, comfortable beds, compact but functional kitchen and a living area that looks out onto a backyard that kids could run around in. (Not that we had any!) It is only a short drive into Hamilton so would suit almost anyone.
