Clean and very welcoming
The back door was very hard to lock every time

Communication was excellent
Accommodation was amazing very central and a stones throw to the beach .
The cottage is beautiful and beautiful decor, everything you need is there.
Even took a trip out to thornham deli , breakfast there was excellent and even got 10% guest discount ...
Was a little disappointed I couldn't find the lamps that were in the cottage , the ones with shells are amazing so I'll be on the hunt for those.
Coastal walk is a must !
Chives restaurant was only a few minutes walk and had excellent food and service .
Thoroughly enjoyed our mini break and would definitely return .
Thank you
Only a minor and not by any means a complaint .
The plug in the bath got stuck however a call made and.was dealt with same.day.
The temperature on the shower was a little temperamental so we just used the mixer shower in the end .

The decor and furnishings were bright and reasonably comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped . The beds were reasonably comfortable. There was a private parking place but it would be very difficult to squeeze a large car in to it
Really disappointed to find large building works across the road. No warning on booking site or in advance. Could not open lounge and front bedroom blinds during the day as no privacy from workers. Possibly due to new building loud road noise until late evening. Very steep stairs which were terrifying especially at night ( all bedrooms upstairs, only bathroom downstairs) dual bannisters would help. No television reception at least half of the time, maintenance staff stated this was due to poor signal which was a chronic problem and worse in certain weather. High sided bath manageable but no slip mat provided (we bought and left one)

Great to be near the town with lovely shops to browse. Bonus is the beach is just a stone throw from the front door, Quiet location. Felt safe staying there with my 3 young children.
Nothing negative to say here but the kitchen cupboards needs replacing - vinyl covering peeling off the doors.
Shame the seaview have been taken away by building works that is currently taking place (we were sent warning email that this was happening prior to our arrival). But anyway we were out most of the week so not experienced any noise disruption during our stay.
4.1
Location excellent, super close to sea front, internal decor very well done, brilliant welcome pack on arrival.
Car parking space tiny, couldn't fit more than a small car into it. Only toilet downstairs, and staircase very steep. Lounge furniture not all that comfortable.
4.1
Beautifully decorated. All comforts thought of, with towels, toiletries, dressing gowns, welcome hamper to name a few. It was easy to find and so near everything in Hunstanton
It’s simply a really lovely place to stay .
We had read reviews about noise due to building opposite but we honestly did not find this disturbing. We did expect more noise as on a road but was surprised how little there was.
Just to let the owners know the BBQ was still full of used coals - we didn’t leave it like that, but equally didn’t use it as couldn’t clean it out.
Also there is a small damp patch above the left side of the window in main bedroom. This is NOT a complaint just didn’t know if owners were aware and very faint
This property is really lovely place to stay so want to make it clear these are not things we didn’t like just for info

The location is perfect it's close to the beach sealife centre and all the shops and bars. The house has everything you could wish for, washer, dryer dishwasher, hairdryers and fans, parking out the back for 1 car, lovely welcome pack on our arrival, there was hand soap shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, everything was spotless and the beds really comfortable.when we arrived there was a problem with the TV however they sent someone out the following day to try and fix it and in the end sent a Ariel specialist out and got it sorted as fast as possible, excellent service.
The stairs were not in our favour as both adults ended up slipping on the curved part at the bottom as it's steep and very narrow, so it's not good if you're not steady on your feet.
The only thing that let it down for us a little was the comfort of sofa and chair they were really hard and needed new stuffing/foam in the seats luckily lots of cushions around the house for us to sit on but other than that I would definitely return.

Lovely place and courtyard. Lovely touches with robes and drinking jars in every room.

Central location, but not a great view… opposite building site 😏
Facing a building site rather than sea view, … very steep stairs , difficult for elderly mum, . Kitchen and some furnishings looking a little worn. Stinky drain under decking, made it a little unpleasant to sit in the garden .

The location was excellent
4.1
Great location, clean with quality bedding, towels etc. lovely welcome pack. ideal with dog, local park and access to beach (restrictions minimal) very dog friendly place.
staircase is very steep, has rails and stair gate but would be tricky if mobility issues. Parking suitable not for small car. if more than one vehicle would need to use street parking. No info re how to set heating going if needed.
4.1
Warm, comfy with great internal decor.
Located on a main road, with a big building site directly opposite. Steep steep stairs. Rear parking not easy to access with anything other that at best a medium sized car.
4.1
Great location. All amenities provided including a hairdryer in every room.
Stairs were a little bit steep for my Dad to negotiate. Otherwise a lovely property.
4.1
The kitchen and lounge were good and the equipment available was good.
The bath was too short. This made it uncomfortable to bathe and also that the shower flooded the floor. Also the cold tap fell off and had to be quickly put back. The bedrooms were cramped and had little space for anything.
4.1
location and the decor was lovely. also the bread milk and orange juice package was a nice touch
The staircase is extremely steep and would not be suitable for the elderly or young children
4.1
clean
building across the road that ruined the view

Excellent cottage! Great location by the beach, shops, and amusements. The cottage was very clean and very welcoming on arrival. Welcome pack for us, and the dog was a nice touch aswell. I personally liked the shower. I would definitely recommend this place it ticks all the boxes! Thanks for a great stay.
I couldn't find a working thermostat to control the heating anywhere although I wasn't cold at any time due to it being on a timer plus there was the gas fire.
4.1
location, well equipped
few niggles plug in bath broken, heating on at random times.

It’s a beautiful cottage and in a fantastic location. The welcome basket, dressing gowns and Dog bed and accessories were a very nice touch ☺️
The stairs were very steep and narrow making it extremely difficult for myself who has mobility issues and also my Mother who is elderly. Also it was a bit of an issue that the bathroom was downstairs. The Roll-top bath was beautiful but very high so had to buy a step stool to be able to get in and out of the bath and the shower
4.1
Good quality, comfortable and convenient for amenities.
The stairs were a little steep but soon got used to them.

beautiful place

location good apart from fence erected in front of cottage obscured sea view
only one little fault cupboard door not fitting properly

Location was perfect, a very short walk to the centre of town. Lovely decor, very tasteful. Brilliant bed linen and beds were very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean.
The stairs! Extremely steep with open side and having to negotiate these stairs to visit the downstairs loo during the night was quite dangerous. The bathroom was lovely but the bath was far too high for anyone who wasn't very mobile or elderly.

The location clean bedding comfy beds ...Nice welcome pack
Wrong info given for parking ...bath plug didnt stop in ..unable to use bath. Kitchen floor needed a scrub...outside was tatty and untidy needed a clean ...windows at back of property filthy

No 33 truly had thought of everything. A very lovely and luxurious self catering stay. We had everything on the door step and when we returned back to the house everything you could could need was provided.
4.1
Location was excellent. Right on the beach front and close to amenities. Secluded back area and barbecue supplied.
Staircase is really awkward for elderly persons and people with mobility problems. Almost straight up and no railing on the open side. The bath was so high that my fellow travelers could not use it and did a basin wash every day and had no anti-slip mat. This is not suitable for the elderly and mobility impaired people and should be stated in the details. Parking at the back is definitely not suitable for bigger sedans and SUV's.

Really liked this property, attention to little details was lovely. The bed were super comfy and the big soft fluffy towels were appreciated.

Great Location. The House was beautifully decorated and had a very homely feel to it. A lot of extra little touches were appreciated ie: Welcome Hamper with Tea, coffee, bread etc. Bath Robes, towels and toiletries. As the weather was bad arriving to a warm house was great. And the free access to Wifi and Netflix and providing board games was a nice surprise.
Only a few minor issues to be honest!
The stairs at the property is very steep and narrow which made it difficult for the older people in our family to climb or descend at nightime to use the bathroom, which is downstairs. (Maybe worth a mention on the website as not suitable for people with limited mobility) Also in regards to the bathroom it opens directly into the kitchen which can be a bit awkward for using for obvious reasons : (
There is a small floor height difference between the bathroom and kitchen which can be a trip hazard, maybe you could somehow highlight this area again for safety reasons.
As for the bedrooms they are all very comfortable and beautifully decorated. However, if you are a light sleeper perhaps it is best you do not sleep in the single room as it has the boiler in a cupboard which can be quite noisy. The second double bedroom as well as the single although comfortable are quite small and are very snug with little or no storage space for luggage, so much so that all luggage/clothing had to be stored in the double bedroom at the front of the house. We didn't mind as a family but a group might not want to have to go into their friends bedroom to access their luggage.
Finally maybe leave a few rubbish, recycling bags and food bags for the food bin would be handy along with the other household products provided. : )
Just a last note regarding Pets. We brought along our family indoor cat which is very well behaved and had no problem paying the extra £30 for her stay....However I do think that where they say Pets Welcome there should be a disclosure here that there is an additional charge for Pets as we did not discover this till we have paid for our accommodation first.

lovely decor and beautiful furnishings
nothing it was amazing

Great location. Everything you could want in the property
Key safe faulty. Took half an hour to get into it.
Fire doesn't work.
Boiler needs attention. Kicks in every 10-15 mins and rattles all night.
