Wunderschöne Anlage mit unglaublicher Aussicht!

Die Suite war sehr groß, sauber und schön eingerichtet, besonders die große Terrasse mit Aussicht war einfach unglaublich! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Man sollte wissen das man einen Berg bis in die Stadt herunter und wieder hoch laufen muss, war für uns jedoch trotz Kind im Kinderwagen machbar, wenn auch teils sehr steil. Wir haben dafür immer einen freien Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft bekommen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt in dieser schönen Anlage mit sehr gepflegten Zimmern und einem tollen Blick etwas oberhalb auf Tejde und den Atlantik. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, wir hätten uns ein wenig längere Frühstückszeiten gewünscht. Abends zum Sundowner in Albertos Bar, was will man mehr 🍹☺️

Spacious Apartment

Our 2 -bedroomed apartment was huge, well-equipped and we had a large balcony. Would ask for higher floor as we didn't have much of a view on the first level. Do not be misled by the photos online - whilst this hotel is very clean and tidy it is a 70s/80? original and the rooms and public areas are very plain with much use of beige and green paint. It is all functional rather than luxurious but the staff work hard to keep the place nice, particularly the gardens. Breakfast very good and breakfast staff and cleaners nice. We particularly liked the quiet location above the town. Free parking easy in road outside.

It's a bit wierd staying in a place that has no staff present after breakfast and the limited "reception" closes as it is only in operation 0900-1100. All other times everything reverts to the main hotel about 5 mins up the road behind. I found it a bit tedious having to drive to it on the first night, find somewhere to park (as they had blocked off all their stopping bays), check in and then drive to the apartments. It was all simple but time-consuming when what we really wanted was some food and to relax after journey. Also, there are no guide instructions about the apartments when you arrive so you have to work everything out yourself!

The quiet location of the property set in beautiful gardens, but easy walking distance into town. The breakfast selection and the excellent, attentive service during the breakfast period.

Very nice quiet suites walking distance from the heart of the town.

Great location - 10 minutes walk from the heart of the town. Very quiet. Big room with very big and comfortable terrace. Very nice view, you can see the mountains, the volcano but also the sea. Staff was very friendly and accommodating going beyond what I would expect from usual hotel courtesy. They have a bike cellar but also don't mind if you keep the bikes in your room which is a must for cyclists not all hotels' managers understand.

Breakfast could have more variety, everything was fresh and tasty but variety was subpar when it comes to hotel of this kind. The rooms are a bit old but very well taken care of. The kitchen is missing an oven to be fully functional but otherwise it's very well equipped. It was a bit expensive but we needed an emergency accomodation during high New Years season. The prices are more reasonable during normal times. We are happy they had a very nice room for us.

location, stunning gardens, peace and quiet, great included breakfast

no kettle in room so had to boil water for tea in saucepan! very little in way of cutlery and pans in kitchenette!

The staff, the view, the cleanliness, the food

The reception only works from 9 till 11 in the morning. We arrived at 9 in the evening and had to pick up our keys at the reception of the hotel Tigaiga, which is 5-10 minutes walk up the mountain. But unfortunately our door lock did not work and we had to go to the reception again, then we waited for a technician who opened our door but the lock was still broken and they could not fix it so the next day we had to change the room.

Perfect stay

Everything was perfect ! Very quiet and relaxing. Also good breakfast and very kind staff.

It is on a hill, thus impressive views from the room. but requires a bit of effort to reach to it. However, we were not that bothered by this.

great staff! nice location! clean and confortable place to stay

As i have some difficulty to get the key due to my flight delay at begining it's a bit complicated for me the but staffs are really great. Latitia and Cisca helpped us a lot on many different things. we stay there for two weeks. we also ask to change room and it's done really quickly Room is big and clean; House keeping is discret. Pool really clean. It s also possible to go to the Hotel side to use restaurant or pool there. everyone is so friendly there.

we are at room 106 and for some unknow reason on the therasse sometime we can smell the sewer??? Not all the time but usually aroung midnight when i was relax. it's a pity. Maybe because we are close to a small fish pond?

Spacious apartments that are good value

Spacious apartment with a good shower. Breakfast was very good and the staff were polite and helpful. The location is a short and pleasant walk to the historic centre.

The rooms would have benefitted from some air conditioning or fans. We came in June and the temperatures in the apartment were bearable, but any warmer or more humid and it would have become uncomfortable.

perfection !

Perfection ! the staff couldn’t have been nicer. the apartment was great. the terrace and pool are terrific. this is a lovely lovely spot for the independent traveller. also wifi v v good.

this won’t work if you are looking for a beach resort. but it’s perfect if you want an easy spot on the edge of a real working town. no down side !

Great short break but needs a/c or a fan in each bedroom in the Summer!

Very friendly staff who did the best they could.

The bedrooms either need air conditioning or celing fans or free standing fans. When we realised the property had none of these facilities we requested 2 fans as we were 4 people in 2 bedrooms. The reception could only provide 1 fan as that is all they had available, I gave that to my children in their bedroom and I slept on the sunbed on the terrace until my bedroom was cool enough (about 3am). I don't think I should have to sleep on a sunbed on a terrace really when I have paid for beds in a bedroom.

Exceptional

We've got big, comfy suite, with very nice view on El Teide. Tigaiga is located very close to the main part of the city (10-15 minutes stroll). The staff was very helpful, they gave us great recommendations (big thanks to Ursula, Irene and Marian) with regards to where to eat or what to see.

You won't regret booking this apartment.

Very nice apartment with an awesome view that we didn't get tired of. We used the apartment for working remotely and it was the perfect place for it - fast and reliable wifi, nice pool area, tennis court with options to take private lessons. Nice and friendly service. They also allowed us to check out later so we could finish our workday. The apartment had things necessary for cooking etc..

Loved it, especially the view

We stayed in one of the one bedroom apartments on the 3rd floor, absolutely loved it. Plenty of space, a large balcony, heated pool was great and normally empty, best of all the view from the apartment was amazing, when the cloud cleared you can see Teide opposite and the sea to the right, with palm trees in Tigaiga in the middle.

Fresh orange juice at breakfast would have been good, apart from that difficult to think what could have been better. We did have a WiFi issue one day, but generally it was super fast and 4G coverage is excellent
