Loved it, really unique and the staff were really friendly. As a coffee fan I loved the coffee machine and pods provided. Wish I could have stayed longer, I’d definitely go back again.
There was a bit of noise from some sort of function but not a problem for me

Very central location and relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
Secondary glazing over sash window in bedroom made opening the window for fresh air difficult.

The location was fantastic, the food was amazing but the staff were some off the nicest people you would ever meet. Thanks for everything, Cheers Julie & Rich.

The breakfast buffet was very good and one could order cooked breakfast, all included in the price. As we had a family gathering it was rather convenient to eat in their pub/restaurant which offered a very good choice of food and drinks. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed.
Our room was above the outdoor area of the restaurant and on Saturday night it was quite noisy until midnight. After that no more noise from downstairs. The windows are a bit strange to open or better to close, so we could not completely shut out the noise due to that.

The room, Agatha Christie was lovely, bed was very comfortable, didn't try the jacuzzi bath . Even the small cooked breakfast was large. The location on the main street wasn't a problem, noise wise.

Breakfast continental ok for quantity and range
Evening meals limited range - often specials not available - mediocre

Location was excellent. Room was very clean.
The bathroom was very small and the floor creaked a lot but I guess it's an old building and therefore to be expected.

The staff were great. Very accommodating and helpful. Our room (8) was very good, with spa bath, and nice view down the Plains, but well soundproofed.
Quite pricey, and no fridge in the room.

Great location in the center of Totnes. Friendly staff. Comfortable clean room with excellent food with good choice of beer and drinks in the bar.
Car park very small with few spaces. Advised to go to long stay 5 minutes away when later discovered friends stayed in the Morrison car park across the road overnight for £2.70.

Very central location, great beer, breakfast & staff.
Parking is a bit limited but we were fortunate to get a space

Good central location, however little traffic noise. Very comfortable bed and the room was lovely and warm.
Nothing to dislike about the property.

Hotel has character and age, but the rooms have been refurbished and we had a very comfortable king size bed. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It's located centrally in Totnes, so great position. Food was also brilliant

Nice comfortable room, good breakfast and great location. Staff friendly and room clean with good facilities.
Quite expensive and parking limited, though the one at Morrison's worked fine.
