Good value for money

The location of this hotel is excellent. Rooms basic but perfectly acceptable for the price. Good parking and access to surrounding area. The pool and the outside areas look great and hopefully will be well used in the summer.

The public areas could do with a freshen up as could the rooms. We couldn’t get WiFi in the bedroom.

nice in a lonely location

There was no breakfast, not included, any way the restaurant is closed for this season, as are many facilities. The location is quite far from any interesting places, even for bar restaurants or anything, its in a lonely location. The view from my room was gorgeous. In summer could be very hot, as it has sun all the day, from the dawn to the set. The TV set is old fashioned. The rooms are large, 20 metres long. A large balcony, the kitchen is in the hall. The matress in the room needs change so as well as the sofás, worn out. Large table for 6. The tub is slippery be careful. There are 2 labs.

a beautiful place to stay and relax

the location, the beauty of the view over the swimming pool day or night is breath taking. the quietness of the season helped enjoy it even more.

we noticed this time that the apartments and some areas have not had much maintenance in the last few years. so some small things are starting to add up. I did not care but my husband was a bit irritated. I just told him to stop and relax. i wanted to enjoy my holidays to the full :)

Not coming back

I went with my family. Overall we had a good time ignoring the state of the hotel.

So it’s been 9 years I haven’t been to the hotel. This hotel was amazing by that time. - indoor pool- not working during all our stay, and people who were there for longer were complaining about the same. It’s a shame I’ve emailed reception before booking asking about indoor pool and they literally lied to me as it wasn’t working and they said yes. - facilities - all damaged nothing is working properly. Including mini golf they had, kids club… etc all very pool. Outdoor pool- bottom with loads dark sand, in urgent need maintenance and many little tiles missing my daughter even cut one toe 😒 Pool bar- a little rug staff ( guy) there clearly not happy with his job, yelling at another staff… not nice to hear Beds- shocked 😳 with mattresses all yellowish and old and they looked disgusting. Beds in living rooms very uncomfortable and one of the mattresses was so damaged that it was hurting my sons back. Kitchen- nothing to say all working although no coffee machine or kettle. Bathroom- old but ok…but that shower was a joke. Not even commenting…. Cleaning- I did pass that on saying we wouldn’t need anything but changing towels over 4 nights. Food- we didn’t go for That and I’m so thankful as we did show up for dinner on first night it was so poor for 20£\ person there was barely any choice to eat. Overall I did love this hotel and used to go very often when my son was younger so o was shocked to see how tired it looks and it’s screaming for renovation. All is either broken, not working or not properly working. The old fat TV 🤦‍♀️ the lock ( used to be magnetic card) so they’ve gone back to the 80’s with a lock that was a joke. Everything we opened it would get stuck and we couldn’t close the door. We complained, the receptionist called the guy from maintenance which is also a joke! He looks like he doesn’t care anymore. His answer “ it’s ok just lock it and I said if I lock it my son can’t get out!! He didn’t do anything! We just asked for a second key!

Nice but tired

Nice hotel. The apartments are spacious and attractive. The view over the pool is beautiful.

Like others have said, the hotel is a bit tired. The water jets over the pool did not work and there were no umbrellas for the sun beds. The location is a bit too far from anything else which requires a taxi everywhere. You can't walk because it's off a highway. The shower head is so high that you can't shower comfortably without taking the showerhead down to use by hand.

Disappointing

The pool was big and the scenery was very nice. The bar had a nice variety of drinks and the food was delicious. The staff were very nice and helpful

Cleaniess has to be better. Rooms were not clean and toilets had a funny smell. The balconies have to be higher also. It was very unsafe for children. All around cleanliness was not good

Basic poor location needs updating

price was cheap

location to far away from center taxi ride every time had to wait as taxis dont be in that remote location. rooms plastic sheets under beds very uncomfortable cleaners not very well trained . found old dirt and empty bottles from last guests . pool is not heated and some tiles are lose/ missing whole place needs updating. extortionate prices at bar . no shops nearby taxi anytime you want to go to shop

I enjoyed my stay here. The Apartment was spacious and clean. Lovely view of the pool. Nice large sunbathing and pool area. Very relaxing and quiet (hardly anyone around due to low season and covid). Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall good value for money and apartment had everything one needed.

There were no shops within walking distance so the location may not be ideal for those looking to be close to restaurants/shops and the beach. The apartment was also a bit dated especially the TV!

BUYER BE WARE

The staff was friendly.

Buyer be ware! Things are NOT as advertised. Everything, from apartment to pool area have not been kept for years. Aircon only partly working, several lightbulbs not working inside, pillows had to be exchanged, no bowls for eating, only a few wineglass for drinking, lightning in bedroom almost non-existent. The table in the terrasse was very small, completely useless for 2 adults and 2 children. The tiling on the terrasse floor becomes slippery when wet, which is less than ideal when situated next to a pool. The TV is from 1990 with 4 channels and no options to connect anything. The wifi is poor and only intermittently working with no security at all. The pool area is devastated. The showers are not working, weeds are growing, there are not umbrellas enough, and they are NOT easy to move. Only 10% of the sunbeds recline, and there are not mattresses enough for all the sunbeds. This makes people reserve the reclining sunbeds and mattresses with towels very early in the morning, leaving only the hard, non-reclining beds without shade from umbrellas to those who get up after 8 in the morning. The pool bar plays very loud music from 10 morning to 6 evening. Sometimes I had trouble conversing with my wife when more than 1 meter apart. The music is whatever the young bartender thinks is good. It's impossible to listen to own music in headphones, and the atmosphere is more like a wild pool party than relaxing. The pool itself is very, very dirty. Pool grits are black and brown with dirt and there are huge deposits of sand and gravel in the corners of the pool. You can see black miscoluring on the pool sides. All lights in the pool are out, the fountain advertised in the pictured are not working. The spa is emptied as well. The bridge across the pool is dirty with bird droppings. A corner of the pool area is completely unsafe for children, as there is an unfenced wall of only 1 meter with a 10 meter drop to concrete on the other side.

Poor

I liked the location

They only changed the bed but did not clean the rooms well. Also the cards to open the rooms do not work. We had to get new cards every time we came back to the apartment.

Big roomy appartment, clean, Nice view, great pool, good price

Its an old building in need of maintenance. During our stay many facilities were not open/working, like indoor pool, yakuzzi and gameroom. Although i asked by mail before if everything was operational, they did not inform us of this, so the kids were disappointed. On sunday morning we tried to use the electrical stove to prepare eggs and all electricity fell out due to mall functioning of this device. It took almost two hours for this to be resolved and we were not able to prepare breakfast.
