Je ne reviendrais pas. Pub et photos chambres à revoir.

L'accueil de l'agent de nuit, très avenant et sympathique.

La chambre ne correspond ni de près ni de loin aux photos affichées sur le site. Très basique, décoration vieillotte, loin des standards affichés et attendus. Une seule ampoule fonctionnelle dans la chambre, pas de télécommande pour le téléviseur. Une vraie déception.

Un bon rapport qualité prix

Personnel agréable. Dîner simple mais très bon, produits frais. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel ! Literie confortable.

Chambre 3 personnes minuscule, c'est une chambre pour 2, pas plus ! Climatisation vieillotte extrêmement bruyante et difficile à régler, on a trop froid ou trop chaud au fil du fonctionnement car ne prend pas en compte la température de la pièce. Matelas du lit bébé à revoir, aussi moelleux qu'un coussin... un matelas bébé doit être ferme. Propreté de la chambre raisonnable mais pas niquel non plus : cheveux, poils et poussière toujours présents si on regarde bien.

Estancia corta pero muy agradable!!!

Las instalaciones,la limpieza, la amabilidad del personal, el desayuno, fue una estancia muy agradable. Recomendamos el hotel sin duda!!!

Quizas el tamaño de la habitacion para 3 personas pero estuvimos muy agusto igualmente!

Stayed family in two adjacent rooms with a connecting door. Worked very well. Good breakfast Newly paved parking area. No gravel as stated in other reviews.

Rooms are too small. Can be difficult to move around.

The room was in good decor aswell as the bathroom. Staff were helpful. Car park near reception.

It was advertised as 2•8 miles from the location I was booking form and it was more like 7 or 8 miles. Very difficult to find as there was no signage or bright lights to be seen and it was squeezed between two other hotels and in the night I mistook it as part of the hotel that was clearly lit up, hence I was looking for the reception in the lit up Hotel. But logic was telling me it's a different name on the Hotel ! Had to reset the Sat nav and Google maps so which told me again I was at my destination. You are charged for breakfast wether you require it or not.

Close to motorway and supermarket, dogs very welcome, no charge! Nice walk around.

Very hard to find, we were outside it and still couldn't see it! Sat nav didn't know. Very little English but we had a good laugh with them trying to understand.

The private parking area was being remodelled and had to park outside on the street and walking to the building through bushes only. I prefer this to be clearly stated on the Booking.com

Rolm was clean, quiet although a little small with hot drink making facilities but the car park is not in good condition

Very clean and quiet considering it’s just off the motorway. Dogs go free. Towels and linen provided

The car park needs relaying and sorting out. Tree roots have broken through the tarmac and made it quite dangerous and no good for low cars at all. Room was a little on the small side compared to some we have stayed in.

the lady on duty when we arrived was very helpful and changed our room so we had an enclosed shower and not one with a curtain and also found a hairdryer that was missing all with a smile thank you in the morning the staff were very helpful again and friendly

Convenient but please improve the check-in.

Very convenient and well located outside Bordeaux (just 2 minutes from the highway) . The hotel is ideal for a travel break. Private parking and good breakfast

Check-in process needs to be improved. We arrived at 8pm and the only member of staff was leaving and closing everything. We were very lucky not to arrive 5 minutes later. This is especially worrying since the car park gate requires a code to open and the main street is usually used as a meeting area for petrolheads or probably worse. After that no one at the hotel to help.
