Super Lage

Lage ist super, nah am Zentrum. Zimmer ist groß und genauso wie auf den Bildern. Das Zimmer war sauber. Überall fußläufig erreichbar. Rundherum sind Restaurants und Einkaufsläden.

Leider waren keine Hausschuhe vorhanden. Klimaanlage konnte nicht manuell geregelt werden, so dass nur eine von zwei funktionierte ( war aber ok).

Convenient and good value

The size of the apartment for the price was excellent value - and it was spotless. A great bargain for a one-night stay so we could get an early morning ferry.

Nice modern suites in great location

Great location within walking distance of old town, lots of shops and restaurants. Very friendly welcome. Comfortable beds. Clean and modern shower room. We only used the kitchen to make a cup of tea but it looked well equipped. Good WiFi.

Was a bit surprised that there was nowhere secure to store luggage. Only in the reception area which was generally manned but not always. The private beach is quite some distance away. I think 15 minute walk was mentioned.

Great location and apartment

It was clean and spacious. Great location.

The only thing that was an issue was they did not have cleaning sponge and dish cloth. We couldn’t wash our dishes and wipe the table.

Could be much better

Spacious accommodation with really, really helpful front desk staff.

Extremely noisy from the street, and the kitchen had only the bare minimum in cookery and crockery. There wasn't even a chopping board, wooden or silicon spoon to stir or washing up sponge for used dishes. Also lacking was a toaster and/or microwave. The sofa was rock solid and plastic-y.

Very welcoming, helpful & polite staff, great location, all what you need are steps away. 7-10 minutes walk to old town, No Parking but public parking is next door but always full. Carrefour, Cafe's, Restaurants, Bars, at hotel steps. Harbor and many other attractions near by. Surely going back

It was good and comfortable enough.

Location, and the room itself.

It was a bit noisy. No sound insulation. You could clearly hear what happened on the street. There was no dishwashing liquid, you had to buy it by yourself.

Incredible stay

Pretty flat vith nice view

Great location, good staff, atmospheric, modern flat with good view to pubs and sea. All necessary (including technic) was in the room. The room exceeded expecrations.

Good stay if only the receptionist could be more helpful

Location of the property was good in terms of proximity to the dolmus station, farmer's market and the town centre. With restaurants just along the same street, some minimal noise can be heard and it is quiet during sleeping hours and the early morning. The property is clean and all the amenities work well.

One of the receptionists, a lady, was not so friendly and gave monotonous answers to our questions/requests without offering any further help.

We spent three fabulous nights at the S3 king residence, we had a 2 bedroom apartment which was ideal for a family of 4.

The location of the property was excellent. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we need for a fantastic holiday.

Very good, just don’t check into the backyard-view rooms

Top location in Fethyie, it is close to the highlight bars and restaurants in the city. Cosy rooms, everything is new. Really, great place to stay, despite of one “but”…

But reception guy gave as number with a view to the backyard (actually to the wall of the opposite building). It was not the room we have saw on pictures, but we were ok because hi checked us in earlier then ckeck-in time is. The big problem was, that in this yard is an electricity generator, which made a huge noise. That evening electricity was fall down about 5 times. 5 times we heard such a noise that even can’t hear each other. And the final strike was in the night: electricity fall down totally and generator worked the whole night. Of course we didn’t sleep at all. And administration can’t gave us another number till the morning (still don’t understand why). So, the place is great, but NEVER check in to the rooms with a backyard view.

Great location, two minutes away from the seaside promenade. Great yo stay in apartment, more space than in a hotel room, it's handy to have a washing machine

No free parking (only shared paid parking for all hotels & residences in this area. No private swimming pool or beach (was not relevant for us, because we were in May and it was cold to swim. Also Fethiye doesn't have beach anyways)

Very sacious, clean, modern aartment with a nice water view from the balcony.

The value of this proery was very good. It was spacious with a nice small kitchen and very modern. The wifi was excellent and there was a small balcony with nice view of the water. I would highly reccomend staying here.

Everything was fine, the place is a bit old but clean and comfortable enough for 2-3 nights.

Pillows and quilts should be replaced. Matresses are also pretty old

Staff is good and helpful. Interior of the room is nice. Very clean.

We don’t like the location. It is on the noisy and absolutely not beautiful street. View from the window to the wall of the opposite building. If you live on the 1st floor it is impossible to sleep because of the music from the cafe downstairs. Even if the windows are closed.

Great place in Fethie

One of the best places we've stayed in Turkey (and there were a few). The apartments are very clean, modern and stylish, everything looked quite fresh. Location cannot be more perfect unless you are looking for something of a walking distance to the beach - old town, marina, promenade, cool cafes and restaurants are a few steps away. Def recommend this place for a stay
