This upstairs sunny studio is bright and airy as it ushers guests past the two full beds to the living room that features a comfortable sofa and a flatscreen TV. The four-seat dining room is next and offers guests a stunning view of the water right outside the glass sliders. The practical kitchen boasts updated finishings and cooking essentials such as a coffeemaker, a cooktop, and a microwave. The full bathroom is equally as useful, providing guests with a large shower and plenty of counter space.
This rental gives visitors the best views of the lake directly from its covered, private patio. The cozy deck also contains a two-seat dining table, making the area an idea spot for a peaceful cup of freshly brewed coffee. Guests have immediate access to the lake at no additional cost.
Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Hot Springs National Park and downtown area, and Magic Springs Amusement Park are just a few of the nearby attractions sure to thrill guests. Those who prefer to remain closer to home can use the community pavilion and swimming dock or host cookouts.

Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Non-Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.
We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

We stayed one evening to go to magic springs which was only 15/20 minutes away. There are all kinds of shops and restaurants nearby also. Nice summer evening breeze by the water, sat on the dock in front of our room and dangled our feet in the water, was nice with no mosquitoes and the sunset was pretty over the water. The room was very clean and had a few snacks and coffee, which was appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

I originally sent an email prior to this, but received no response. We were very disappointed in not receiving an acknowledgment of our original note, and feel that you have falsely advertising this unit.
My husband and I are approaching 80 years old, and both have arthritis of the back, hip, and hands. We rented this unit based on the fact that it was described as a FIRST FLOOR rental as described below:
"This ground-floor unit boasts stunning views, at-home essentials, and direct access to Lake Hamilton, making it the perfect home base for a waterfront retreat with your partner or small family! "
When we arrived, we could not find a the unit number on the ground floor, so I called the onsite manager to find out where the unit was. But before he could call me back, my husband had located it upstairs and said we would have to climb 14 steps with a wide handrail (my hands are small and arthritic and neither of us could grasp the handrail very well). When he did return my call, I said that there were an awful lot of steps for us to go up and he said, “oh yes, didn’t you see the VRBO description that it was a second floor unit, and once you get up there, boy are you going to enjoy the view”. Why was he so quick to say that it was described as “second floor” when, in fact, it said “ground floor” and as of today, it still says “ground floor”!! By the fact that he sounded so sure, I was confused, and at that time, I didn’t dispute it with him. When home, looked @ VRBO site again for the description, and it was as quoted above—GROUND FLOOR!
Another major issue we had was with the air conditioning unit. The apartment was always unbelievably stuffy, damp, and very uncomfortable. Since the rental agreement states, “under no circumstances shall guests set the air conditioning below 74 degrees, or change the fan from auto, or leave any doors or windows open,” we felt we were obligated to follow these rules and abide by the rental agreement. Therefore, we suffered through 4 nights of miserable sleeping. The air conditioner was not sufficient to keep the room at a comfortable temperature.

The room was great and the location was nice but the stomping, loud, arguing neighbors kept us up til after 3 am and we’re back at it again at 6:30 am. Was nice til they got there. Overall rhe room was great and clean.

Great place to stay, and we messed up our check-out time, but they were very understanding
Really nice room, very clean, great view. Will definitely stay again.
