The airy studio is anything but claustrophobic, with large windows and glass sliders allowing natural light to stream into the surprisingly spacious interior. The two full beds offer enough sleeping space for four and a small dining area also seats four. The kitchen is small but packed with everything guests need to cook their favorite meal, including a minifridge, a stovetop, and a microwave often in addition to a coffeemaker. A flatscreen TV, comfortable sofa, and generous bathroom round out this rental’s interior.

This unit shines the most with its outdoor space. Sitting directly on Lake Hamilton, the lake views from the windows as well as the private covered patio are stunning. The small two-seat outdoor dining table is the perfect spot to sip freshly brewed coffee and watch the sun rise while the shared community pavilion and charcoal grills and a swim dock is a great way to spend a fun day on the lake.

The Hamilton community is centrally located to offer guests easy access to a variety of entertainment options. From national parks where visitors can soak in nature to an exciting casino and everything in between, the area is an ideal spot for a refreshing vacation.

Non-Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.
