On y revient régulièrement.

Very nice outdoor swimming pool, really nice bar area and the staff was very friendly.
2.5
Good spa facilities, room layout and bathroom was nice and spacious with nice window.
Staff were moody and rude. Offered to upgrade us to a sea view room but then when we arrived said that it was a mistake. They didn’t offer anything else considering it was mine and my partners 5 year anniversary. Disappointed with the service and was told to go somewhere else if I wasn’t happy with the room.

Only 1 bottle of water in the mini bar!

All of it.

Location was fine.
Check-in was disappointing. No one wants to be up sold at check-in.
Check out resulted in being charged twice for the room stay. Luckily they realized their error and refunded my credit card. They must need an IT upgrade and staff needs to be properly trained to use it.
The heated towel rack in the bathroom was broken by the switch making it a security hazard. Water and electricity are not a good combination.
This is the hospitality industry. The staff should be more welcoming and friendly.

Situation of the hotel was perfect unfortunately we didn’t stay long enough to use the facilities, great place to relax on our journey back to the U.K. Hotel staff were very friendly and attentive especially Sandra on reception who couldn’t have done more to make our stay special.

great food, quiet rooms
rooms quite basic for price

Breakfast was excellent we took this in our room and enjoyed the scenery from our balcony the restaurant in the evening was exceptional the taste the quality of service was second to none we were delighted with the facilities and used the spar and pool etc.
Spar and Restaurant were wonderful quality food quality service knowing France and England / USA we thought the Service was level with the UK and USA which is not always the case in France generally speaking however the hotel service and the fact that people knew and understood it was a special occasion made everything even more perfect from when we arrived to our bedroom, through to the evening meal made it exceptional thank you
one small but very important point we noticed was the footpath towards the reception - there needs to be a more prominent, clean and signposted route from the carpark to the reception without walking up the road or the side grass area.

Hotel decorations are very nice
The main attraction to us, the large sea water swimming pool was 'broken'. The management did some efforts to try to find alternatives but it was still short.

The whole experience was perfect! We enjoyed everything: the room, the spa, the restaurant and massages!
