Ein sehr gutes Hotel in wunderschöner Lage

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit einem kleinen Balkon mit zwei Stühlen, eigentlich war es ein Appartement mit Küche, mit herrlicher Blick auf die Promenade und den See. Es war einfach wunderschön. Natürlich ist der Geräuschpegel etwas höher, bedingt durch die Promenade, aber wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind hört man nichts mehr. Eine wirklich ausgezeichnete Unterkunft und der Empfang an der Rezeption, durch einen Herrn, war ausgesprochen freundlich und informativ. Da das Hotel kein eigenes Restaurant hat, kann man in diversen Restaurant rund um das Hotel sehr gut essen gehen. Direkt unterhalb des Hotels befindet sich eine Pizzeria.

Wir hatten Frühstück dazugebucht, da es morgensfrüh in der näheren Umgebung des Hotels, kaum eine Möglichkeit gab. Leider wurde ich dort, von einer älteren Bedienung sehr negativ und anmaßend behandelt. Ich konnte an dem morgen nur eine Tee trinken, da es mir nicht sehr gut ging. Ich habe mir deshalb erlaubt ein Brot zu schmieren und wollte dieses mitnehmen. In diesem Moment erschien die Dame und hat mir sehr laut mitgeteilt "no pinic". Ich verstehe die Philosophie des Hotels, es sind viele Leute da die wandern und dann sich wohl die Taschen beim Frühstück vollpacken. Wenn sie mir das in einem normalen Ton mitgeteilt hätte, wäre alles ok gewesen, aber diese Art der Behandlung von Gästen schreckte mich doch sehr ab. wie man so schön sagt, der Ton macht die Musik. Die jüngere Bedienung war sehr kompetent und freundlich. Es war sehr schade, dass die Übernachtung so endete, denn wir waren sehr angetan von diesem Hotel.

A ne pas manquer.

Le déjeuner parfait , peu être juste pièce un peu fermée mais juste pour signaler un détail, chambre magnifique , emplacement top et balcon privatif génial .Emplacement parfait. Nous reviendrons certainement. La décoration et le personnel adorable.

A lovely, friendly hotel in a central, position. Highly recommended.

A small family run hotel, near the centre of Aix Les Bains. Room was very comfortable with 2 balconies (you could just see the Lake from one!) Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel does not offer dinner as there are so many places to eat within 5 minutes of the hotel. Breakfast was in a small side room with special Covid rules in place. Parking in the hotel car park was most convenient.

comfortable hotel in a great lakeside location

great location with parking, on the edge of the lake. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were functional if a bit small but perfectly comfortable.

Breakfast included but served in a small, internal room which seems a shame given the proximity to the lake.
