Un oasis en el corazón de ésta maravillosa ciudad !!!

Este hotel se encuentra ubicado en pleno casco histórico, a pasos de la torre del reloj una de las atracciones imperdibles . Esta rodeado de muy buenos restaurantes y de lindas tiendas de souvenirs . Tiene estacionamiento, no muy grande pero para varios vehículos . También existe la opción de estacionar a media cuadra en un estacionamiento público . La ubicación, las instalaciones y la tranquilidad para descansar fueron lo que más me impresionó .

Schön - fantastische Altstad - Kustennähe mit tolle Strände. St. Malo nur wenige Km entfernt.

Tolle Stadt, Hotel in eine super Lage, viele gastronomische Optionen. Dinan Port ist auch sehr schön.

Schwierig die Hotelparkplatz auf Anhieb zu finden. Mann ist zu konzentriert darauf Leute nicht anzufahren. Danach aber Super - Ladestationen für 2 EVs sind auf dem Parkplatz vorhanden. Ein Tip- Mont St. Michelle ist toll von drauassen betrachtet, aber die enge Gasse zur Abtei hinauf ist nichts für

A fantastic location in the city centre with a possibility of parking. Rooms clean and daily service perfect.

A bit overcrowded car-park, difficult to get in/out with a bigger car.

Lovely stay in the 1970's Apartment in the heart of a beautiful Town. Perfect.

We stayed in the 1970's apartment separate from the Hotel though we were able to park in their car park. Very cool place and very private down a cobbled side street. Good quality modern fittings in the bathroom (not 1970s!) - kitchen quite limited in terms of space but we weren't cooking etc as eating out in the Town during our short stay. Breakfast was in the Hotel and was a continental style. A good range of food on offer and staff very helpful in all respects.

Disagreeable reception, good location, perfectly fine room.

The hotel is well-situated in a central location that allows you to walk to areas of interest. The room had amenities such as extra pillows and and instant coffee with biscuits which was a nice touch.

The online booking details stated that the hotel had onsite parking. We filtered only for central and parking in our search since we knew it could be an issue to find parking. The confirmation form explicitly stated and I'm copying from the email here - "Guest parking Private parking is available on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 10 per day." As we approached the hotel we drove through two parking lots and surrounding streets without finding any spots available. At the hotel, we found their small lot and one space which was left and thus gladly parked. Upon entering the hotel reception to check-in, we were told that parking was only for guests who had reserved in advance and we must move our car. I showed the above line that said you canNOT make a reservation for parking and said we had been unable to find another space and were in a rush for dinner at a restaurant. I was then told that they would call the police on me then asked to speak to a manager. The manager asked his receptionist if she had mentioned the police and she told him she had, but that hadn't made me move (as if it is policy to tell a guest they'll call the police?). They blamed booking.com for the inability to change the wording regarding parking on their website, but acted as though it was normal for guests to ignore this text and email them to reserve. The receptionist also seemed to think it was appropriate to show me the emails from other guests who had asked for parking in advance (I'm not sure privacy laws allow for this and those she showed me had reasons for needing to reserve such as "My wife is handicapped..."). If she or her manager had simply admitted it was a fault on the site and apologized, I wouldn't have taken such offense, but they insisted on acting as though a reasonable english-speaking person would read "reservation is not possible" and then email to reserve anyway.

Good Location

Accommodation had a very low sloping ceiling which meant we could not walk around the edge of the bed without have to bend over to avoid hitting our heads. Had the bed been positioned correctly this could have been avoided. Perhaps the management need to find an alternative layout for the room. It was also right next to the lift, so noisy at times.

Very pleasant stay in a very pleasant hotel.

Location was excellent, right in the centre of town. Room was quirky and very comfortable.

Wasn’t told about the private parking.

Perfect location in the centre of Dinan on the edge of the old town. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Room was very dark with limited lighting. Although the quality of the breakfast was very good, the food & drink available was spread in different locations, so wasn’t obvious what the total offering was.

An absolutely beautiful hotel right in centre of Dinan, Tom and all the staff were lovely and very helpful..great room with view ,lovely and clean ..and secure motorcycle parking.Will definitely be returning.....thank you everyone

Excellent location, beautiful town and was able to walk everywhere. friendly staff and nice hotel

The kitchen was super compact and not really useable. And shower curtains should be replaced.

Incredible location in centre of the beautiful old town with beautiful view over square leading to clock tower Dinan; very friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Decent buffet breakfast with fresh croissants and bread, charcuterie/cheese, fresh fruit, yoghurt and tasty madeleines

Definitely Location!

Lovely hotel, unbeatable location! They were helpful with laundry, we had a cider nightcap one night. Just an all around wonderful place. I hope to return to Dinan and if we do, we will certainly stay here.
