Modern and clean room.
Very helpful and polite staffs. Mr Khalid! Thank you
Charging for car park. It would have been nice for the guest to wave the parking tickets 🤷♂️

Daa Bett sehr bequem, tolle Msttatzen, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Tolles Ambiente... sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.
Personal ist im Restaurant auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen.

Schöne Lage, große Zimmer, total romantisch mit Balkon. Freundliches Personal.

Lovely hotel with a great view over the park. Close to the Thermal spa which was really relaxing. Lovely choice of restaurants along the river too.

The hotel is vast, with plenty of history, and the grand staircase was very pretty. The gardens outside are lovely too with amazing trees and a view of the river. We had a nice balcony which overlooked a square where there was music and dancing. The thermal pools were great fun and a nice relaxing treat after the long drive.
Staff couldn’t explain details about the thermal baths properly, and failed to disclose that the nearby Badehouse was shut for the month. We received some kind of voucher when we checked in but it wasn’t explained well enough on how to use it. Moreover, when booking the hotel we read that the parking was 1 euro per hour, and since we would be there for less than 12 hours, we expected approx 12 euros charge. Instead when checking out there are some taxes and extra charges, meaning our parking was closer to 25 euros. There was also only 1 functional lift and it’s very small, so very often we were waiting for while with bags etc for enough space. Overall the room nice, save for a little bit of rubbish under the bed and some masking tape inside the shower. There were also brown chips in the sink from some kind of old damage which made it look dirtier. Staff at breakfast were not the most friendly but we didn’t stay long. There was no room service or map, and staff were scarce so we found our own way into town and found a nice Greek Restaurant for a late 10pm dinner.

I LOVED. The bathroom and the room. As well as the huge balcony the room had it was very clean . The guy that checked us in did a good job was very thorough and helpful
We had a misprint on some of our documents when I went to the desk the lady was so rude and not helpful. . The breakfast that was included in the room price was so unorganized and there was no where to sit because people were coming outside to eat breakfast that were not hotel guest .We asked to sit outside and the employees were rude one lady yelled at me In German I did not understand her cause I do not speak German she then so rudely said “well obviously it’s closed “ check out was a night mare the lady was completely. By her self and so rude

Fantastic. Only thing to keep in mind: there is no A/C (but we knew that beforehand, and the kind staff provided us with a fan on request)

You can tell that the hotel has a history and it needs renovation but but it didn't bother me and my husband. the service was lovely. the waiter who served us during dinner was really at a high level. There was something for everyone at breakfast, the choice was enough - it's not a supermarket. Buffet dinner, in my opinion on the level: good starters, asparagus, lamb chop, chicken in Mexican sauce and many others. Drinks with dinner payable. Relaxation in the thermal baths is great, it's a pity that there is no access to the salt cave (it is paid extra). great rest, a lot of elderly people, I suggest finding free parking somewhere on the street next to the hotel because the hotel parking is paid. we found a spot right at the entrance to the hotel.

Not unhappy about anything

- The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. I
cannot say enough good things about the Staff professionalism.
- The hotel was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed the historical
feeling of the hotel.
- The room we stayed in was not big, but normal for Europe.
- The bed was comfortable.
- Access to the pool was a big plus. No need for a locker or even
walking outside!
- The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices between German
and American styles.
- Beautiful walking areas on the river and through the forest.
- 10 minute walk to major shopping and restaurant areas.
The pillows were not the most comfortable, but not terrible.
