Lage einmalig schön, Außenterrasse sehr gemütlich, super Frühstück.
Nichts.

The hotel is in a nice location over looking the town. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly.
Nothing, but if your room is on the 3rd floor the steps are a challenge!

Great location, room, breakfast and staff.

This schloss is beautiful. we loved our huge room and bathroom - beautifully decorated and very comfortable. the attention to detail in all aspects of our stay is worth noting. the breakfast was very good. The castle is close to the town and there are many restaurants nearby.
the shower over the spa bath was a bit tricky - tending to spray water far and wide. It was difficult getting a table in many restaurants in the town - essential to book.

Beautiful historic building that is rarely possible to see from so close. Just 5 minutes walking from the downtown of the charming town.
Excellent breakfast.

Everything was simply excellent. A misunderstanding caused by my own rudimentary comprehension of the German language was solved by the Hotel without any issue. Thank you for the great service!
The hotel itself is very charming, lovely decorated and on a great location. I would advice other travellers to go for the suite when it's available since it's well worth the slightly higher price. Parking is easy and on the premises, the city view is wonderful and walking to the city centre only takes a minute.
The staf was, without exception, excellent, very upbeat and made the stay even better. We would highly recommend Schloss zum Markgrafen and would book again without any hesitation when going to Quedlinburg again.
Absolutely nothing. I can usually find something to complain about but nope, not this time.

The castle feels very authentic, location is very good, price was relatively affordable.
The main Attraction is of course the ability to live in the castle.
Steep stairway up, no lift, no one offers to help with the luggage, you have to carry everything pretty high up yourself, for this price ita of course unacceptable. The breakfast are forgettable. There was very visable dust on the furniture.
Generally it feels that with more investment in the property it could be something really special, but at the moment is somewhat forgotten.

Very good location, close to the old town, clean, convenient parking - additionally paid :(
very strange procedure related to breakfast - in the day before breakfast, you have to mark on a piece of paper what you will eat the next day. In our opinion, an exaggerated saving. You ordered 1 bun and 1 you will get. I don't know what to do next when you are still hungry

A neo-Renaissance manorial building set in its own parkland along the city walls. Beautifully quiet both inside and outside. It was the first hotel on this trip where I didn't have to put in ear plugs at some stage. Suits of armour, weapons and gargoyles, if you like that sort of thing. Large room with nice view of Quedlinburg rooftops.
Had I arrived the previous evening, the lack of air conditioning would have been a problem, but fortunately the heat wave dissipated the previous night. The room still felt a bit sweaty, but there was a fan and I opened the windows.

Hotel in wonderful castle-like villa. Almost in the center of Quedlinburg. Stylish interior. Very nice rooms with modern bathroom. Terrace on the rooftop with wonderful view of the city. Good brakfast. Private parking.
No lift, and some rooms are on the third floor

property with lots of character.
no tea/coffee making facilities in room.
water takes for ages to warm
view of town in tiny high window
property has a beautiful entrance with fabulous wooden staircase which is closed. guests have to go in the side entrance and use concrete staircase. 🙄

It's a beautiful house and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom was amazing, superb shower! Breakfast was good, though some language confusion did lead to the wrong order being delivered. Staff was very accommodating and we were able to leave our car after checkout so that we could enjoy the morning walking around this incredible town.
All rooms are priced the same, but don't really offer the same. The Booking listing implies there are three tiers, but the hotel only employs two, so you might luck out with a room with separate seating areas or a more standard room.

Schlosshotel zum Markgrafen is the perfect place to spend a night in Quedlinburg. Here you have comfortable and spacious rooms, a wonderful roof terrace, positive and helpful staff and a nice breakfast – which we were lucky to have outdoors. Parking in the back yard is excellent. Close to the village centre and the various sights. Recommended!

The breakfast was excellent. The room was charming and the location was superb.
It was not a true king size bed. Instead it was two single beds, side by side.
