This condo is very well stocked and the setting on the golf course is so peaceful. We had everything we needed. Love the location in Wialea. Very upscale as is the condo itself. We highly recommend a stay here

Resort was great. Easy walks to Wailea Ships where there are numerous stores and restaurants as well as to the ocean. Do the beach walk that takes you by all the resorts. Eat at Lineage & Matteo’s- you will not be disappointed. This condo was a tremendous value as a 3 nights stay costs about as much as 1 night in an Oceanside resort

Here is my communication with the owner. Her answer was that it will be addressed in the future. My msg to owner: ...I did want to mention a couple things that were surprising to us, especially compared to other 5-star rentals we have rented, having to do with cleanliness. -There is something on the bedroom closet door that is not clean. Probably dripped from the A/C. All the doors in general could use a good wipe down, but this one in particular is not good. -The windows and screens are quite dirty. A number of screens have holes. -The bedroom blinds have mildew on them. Looks like they need replacing. -There's a bottle of some chemicals in the bathroom closet that is quite dirty and could easily go out of sight in the locked closet... Owner's response: ...Sorry to hear about all the issues. Our unit is for sale and we are set to schedule a deep clean very soon. In the meantime, I will address it with the cleaning company. They are very responsible and have always done a wonderful job. Again, I appreciate you bringing the issues to my attention and it will be addressed.

We love this condo complex for the proximity to Wailea shopping, restaurants and golf. Beaches just a few minutes drive away. This particular unit is right on the golf course with excellent views. Very quiet and relaxing. Unit is beautifully furnished and has all amenities needed. We'll be back!

Amazing, well stocked condo. We have stayed in Grand Champions several times over the years and this is now my favorite condo. The mini split ACs work amazing and are quieter than the window units in most condos. The position of this condo is perfectly positioned for an easy short walk to the quite pool and the best lanai view in the community. Loved it!

Beautifully kept condo with some extras that made it even more special; coolers, beach towels, beach chairs, ice packs, in unit washer/dryer… sunsets and views over the golf fairway were fantastic. Great location close to multiple beaches. Sunset walk along the Wailea Beach Walk was stunning. AC works great but didn’t need very much due to great breeze coming through. Easy and prompt communication along with a smooth and efficient check in/out process. We will definitely stay again!!

We stayed at this place during our one week trip to Maui and absolutely loved the place. Property was as advertised, very clean and conveniently equipped for our family of 3. Checkin and checkout process was smooth. Property is minutes away from amazing beaches - Ulua, Mokapu and Wailea. Lot of good places to eat with 5 mi radius.

We have done many vacation rentals and this one is at the top! It's in a great location and a clean complex. The owners were quick with communications and made check in as easy as it can get. This property was so much more than we expected! So clean, and modern. Decorated so well! Very comfortable! The balcony view of the golf course and the ocean took our breath away. Very well stocked to make your stay more comfortable. From ziploc bags, seasonings for cooking, to beach towels. The pool area has a jacuzzi and bbq available which was so nice after a day of hiking. We grilled some steaks and had a sunset dinner on the amazing balcony! This felt like a bucket list place to stay!!

We started visiting Maui annually and we usually use a different condo complex but decided we wanted to try Wailea this year. We absolutely loved this location and condo. Susan was great to work with. She was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. She met our grocery delivery prior to our arrival and surprised our young children with a new sand bucket. We were greeted with a Hawaiian Welcome basket and the condo came fully stocked of spices, trashbags, baggies, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc. We have never stayed at a condo with any of those items and it was helpful and such a cost savings. The condo was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Our children loved making new friends at the pool and we were able to see the sunset from the Lanai. We would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to our next visit!

We had a wonderful time staying in Ron & Susan's Wailea home. The condo was very clean, and well stocked with everything you could possible need. Susan was very easy to stay in touch with. All the instructions were easy to understand and follow. It is a first floor condo, with the parking spot right outside the building. The views from the lanai of the golf course, and the ocean, are beautiful and relaxing. It was so nice to have a washer & dryer, so we didn't have to pack as much for our time in Maui. I would recommend booking this condo to anyone who is planning a trip to Maui. We hope to go back again some time ourselves!

This was a great place to stay! Our condo had everything we needed for the beach and was so close to the pool, which is so convenient for the little humans. The kitchen is perfectly stocked and having a view to watch the golfers was nice to pass time. This unit was very clean as well and we were very comfortable! Very close to golf shops and restaurants. Welcome basket was a great touch if you arrive late and haven’t been to the store for coffee. High top patio furniture was great for watching golfers etc. We would definitely recommend this unit.

Outstanding location on first floor with view of golf course, ocean and sunsets. Beautifully appointed accommodations including many essentials you may need in the kitchen. This condo is in a great location with amazing golf course and sunset views. It was extremely well appointed with everything you could possibly need. There were even spices and cooking oils available so grocery shop after taking inventory because grocery items are very expensive. They have a chi hairdryer available and even a curling iron. I mean it when I say we didn’t need a single thing. The owner was always available for any questions I had and the check out process was very nice (we weren’t responsible for cleaning the entire condo before check out). It was an outstanding stay!
