Schlafstätte für junge Menschen die am Ballermann feiern.
Große Zimmer und großer Pool. Unkomplizierte Übernahme / Rückgabe. Kaution wurde schnell rückerstattet. Erreichbarkeit des Portic Villas Team per WhatsApp Schnelle Reaktion auf eine Reparaturmeldung.
Die Villa ist arg in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt sanierungsbedürftig. Im Keller und damit auch in den Zimmern herrscht ein stetig modriger Geruch. Bereits am ersten Tag war ein Rohrleitunssystem der Duschen undicht und Wasser plätschert auf die Waschmaschine. Der Schaden wurde zwar schnell repariert, aber die Reinigung den Gästen überlassen. Die allgemeine Sauberkeit incl. des Pools verhält sich analog zum Zustand der Anlage. Der Stromverbrauch, trotz fehlender Klimaanlage, ist ungewöhnlich hoch und führt zur Nachverrechnung bzw. zum Abzug aus der hinterlegten Kaution. Die angesetzten € 50,00 reicht bei normaler Nutzung bei Weitem nicht aus.

This was the worst experience with booking ever. I Don’t understand, that booking allow this property list on its website. We were robbed. Because, when You lock doors, You can get in with everything. No safety place! Pictures are very old, This place look very different than on pictures.
