About this house rental
Welcome to Carolina Beach! We invite you to enjoy our beautiful water front condominium. It's the ideal location, on the canal and one block from the beach. Walk down to the boardwalk and enjoy many restaurants and bars. Bring your boat and dock it at one of our two boat slips. Spend your day fishing or anchor your boat at nearby Masonboro Island. Then come back, sit on one of our two large porches and enjoy the amazing sunset views. It is truly the best of both worlds!
The main level consists of a well stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and beautiful views of the canal. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas and a spacious deck which is the perfect place to relax and dine after a long day in the sun. The comfortable living area has a large wet bar with a wine cooler, a 50” flat screen TV and and games and puzzles for all to enjoy. You will also find the utility room with a washer and dryer located on the main floor.
Also on the main floor are two of the six bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other a set of bunk beds (twin over double) with a pull out trundle. These bedrooms share a full bath located in the hall. Both rooms include flat screen TV’s and ocean views with balconies.
The second level has two master suites. One includes a king bed, bath with a whirlpool tub, shower with double shower heads and double vanity with solid surface countertops. There is a 32” flat screen TV and access to the porch. The second master suite offers a queen bed and spacious bath with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination as well as a 32” flat screen TV and access to the shared porch.
The other two bedrooms share a full bath located in the hall. These bedrooms consist of a queen bed in one and two twins in the other. Both include flat screen TV’s and ocean views with balconies.
There are six beach chairs in the outside closet and there is an outdoor charcoal grill . You will need to provide charcoal.
Carolina Beach is the perfect place for a family vacation or getting together with friends. There are great fishing piers, boating, water sports, beautiful sunsets on the beach, and fine or casual dining. Wilmington is only 20 minutes away which offers a variety of golf courses, fine dining and lots of shopping.

I would like to know if we got a good rating from the housekeepers. the master bedroom cabinet was hanging really askew. I worked on it and got the door to close. I could have fixed it with a hammer. The hardware was crooked and bent. The screws are inside of the door. I also ordered some chair legs protectors as the ones in the kitchen were really falling apart. Thanks again, Nancy Watson. If possible, we would like the 3rd week in July 2025.

Did a week-long stay with my family, perfect house! The patio overlooking the intercoastal water is shady in the morning, short walk to the public access beach and you have access to the dock for fishing. A+ master bedrooms. Only issue was there being only 3 parking spots available but there's two public spots next to the house. You can purchase a weekly town pass online and use them for the week. Would highly recommend!

This property worked very well for our family of 13. The elevator was a definite plus for my husband who doesn't like too many steps and a granddaughter who recently had knee surgery.
The bedrooms and baths were great. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans needed to make and serve meals. Our teenagers loved fishing off the dock and the easy walk to the boardwalk with the arcade!!
The beach walkway was only one block away and the house provides lots of chairs, boogie boards and games. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the boats come and go. We also rented a kayak and paddle board. The canal was a great place to use them.
Access to restaurants was easy and the grocery store was very close by. We only ate out 2 times and enjoyed the house and dock the rest of the time. The beach was very accessible!!
This house definitely made for a great week of sun and family time for all of us. The location is excellent!!

Our family takes a yearly beach trip and we enjoyed our stay at the house. It was walkable to the beach and we got to enjoy fishing off the deck. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for coffee and cooking.

This was a lovely home, just like the pictures! The 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were all spacious and our group of 14 had plenty of room. The location was also great! Walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk. Thank you for letting us stay!!

First off, the 2 master suites on the upper floor are magnificent! The adjoining deck provides a fantastic view of the bay, especially after sunset! The main level has a kitchen adjoining the large common space with 2 doors out to the large deck on that level. Very comfortable! The amenities are all right as they should be, and we enjoyed using the provided beach equipment. As for the location, Carolina Beach is a great little beach town! There’s a dock for your use out back so bring your boat or kayaks. Out front it’s a block and a half for the ramp out to the beach. We stayed with 10 people, we were never cramped for room. Highly, highly recommend this house! One of the best we’ve stayed in! And also the elevator is a wonderful feature as we had my mom and sister were with us and can’t use stairs. All in all, this is a great house. Book it!

My daughter was getting married in Wilmington so I booked this property for my family and Siblings families. 12 adults, 4 kids. Everyone just raved at how clean, spacious, and convenient it was.
The common area was large enough for us all to comfortably gather, the bedrooms were more spacious than the pictures show, beach is 2 minute walk, balcony views were amazing.
We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was very well supplied.
We had 5 cars, we parked 3 on property, and the town has 2 spots in the adjacent lot which were pay spots.

Thank you so much for sharing your home with our family. Everything was so beautiful, well stocked with everything we could possible need, and in the perfect location. Upon our Mother's arrival, she teared up when she saw the Christmas tree in the living area. She could not believe that that was done for us. It made our families holiday gathering even more festive! THANK YOU! Mom (82) talked about how much she appreciated the elevator, and how "fresh looking" and how well kept the home was. It suited our family to a T, and even the parking was not a problem. We found the lot just north (0.2mi) of the house to work quite well for the other cars. We all stayed at the house other than a walk about here and there, so parking wasn't an issue. First let me start by saying this home is absolutely beautiful! My family and I enjoyed our stay and it is in walking distance to the beach which is great. I do have to agree with the previous comments about parking, wish there were more spaces to use but we made it work. Also we noticed there was mildew on the ceilings. The water pressure goes low to almost stopping in the showers when multiple people use them. The Wi-Fi is verrry iffy and didn’t work upstairs, tvs didn’t work in twin bedroom upstairs and the volume for the TV stopped working after the 2nd day while using the remote and we couldn’t find how to utilize that manually. So there are a few technical difficulties but there are definitely more pros then cons, I would recommend this home.

Our family enjoyed staying here, the elevator made it much easier for our elders. Note that on full moon high tides, as much as 2-3 feet of water stands on Canal Drive twice a day. No effect on parked cars, but impacts coming/going. House is comfortable and super well stocked, great views and property manager very responsive.

Great home for a family - location perfect - 3 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes walk to rides and shops. The 3 car limit was a challenge with a large group. Sunsets on the deck were spectacular….and we enjoyed all the boat activity.

The view from the canal side was really beautiful.
Our grandchildren fished, rented kayaks, and paddle boards. They had a great time. There are beautiful sunsets. The elevator was wonderful, since I need a hip replacement soon, and not having to walk the steps was such a plus!! We certainly will return to this place!! THANK YOU FOR LETTING US STAY!!

We had a great time at this property. The house is in perfect location with short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The views of the marina and boats are incredible and it was the best part of the day after beach to hang out on the deck. Kids had a lot of fun fishing of the dock. The kitchen is full of everything you may need on vacation to cook for a lot of people. The house is very spacious and everyone was very comfortable. We have been going on family vacation in NC and SC for many years and this house by far was everyone's favorite. Thank you!!!!

This is a wonderful house with beautiful views of the canal. Plenty of space for our multi-generational family and everything we needed. Just a short stroll to the beach and boardwalk. Really great if you have a crowd on different schedules. We rarely got in the car. The house is so beautiful you could spend your day on the porch. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because there were a few minor areas missed but we also know from check in that the renters before us left the home in horrible shape. I feel certain that with more time and in normal circumstances this would be 5 stars. Only thing that would make this place more perfect is a comfy couch on the porch outside the living area. Thank you for a most enjoyable week.

Good vacation. The only draw back is the parking, we ended up paying an extra as a group for 2 extra parking places for the week (we had a total of 5 cars in our group) the elevator was broken which was difficult as we had elderly grandparents who struggled with the steps due to heart issues and need for cane. (The owner did help us with that) maybe another set of towels per room would be nice but everything else was excellently stocked. Lots of beach chairs and toys provided and nice to have shower and storage downstairs! Caught a lot of fish off the dock ( kids loved that) and lots of spices in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend as a nice place to stay, beach access has a ramp and we had reserved a beach wheelchair which was free at recreation center when reserved ahead of time

Best vacation condo we’ve ever stayed in!
This home was amazingly well kept and very very clean! It fit our family of 14 perfectly! The porches were perfect for views of the canal and we daw tons of wildlife during our stay. Very short walk to the beach and adjacent to public beach access.

Awesome week
Very short walk to the beach and did not miss being on the beach at all with the amazing views from our back deck overlooking the canal. Wonderful sunsets and bird/fish/boat activity to watch from the deck. The house was well laid out, well decorated and plenty of room. One downside was no ice maker. I had called, and it says ice maker on the ad, but it is a small one in the refrigerator, not a standalone ice maker. The three parking spots was a bit of a juggle, but we made it work.

Our stay was great! The house was immaculate and very well stocked with kitchen items, cleaning supplies, and beach towels. The rooms were very spacious and the views off the deck to the waterway was amazing and soothing to the soul. We all agreed that even though it wasn't a beachfront property with views of the ocean (there is, actually in the bedrooms) the views of the boats going by in the waterway was an ever changing canvass and that made it all the more special. There was ample seating inside and outside on the deck so our large group could enjoy a dinner seating together. We most definitely had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Property
Spent the weekend with friends and family - the property was beautiful and spacious. The property owners are very responsive! The house is in walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping which was a plus. The weather wasn't warm enough to enjoy full beach days so we spent a lot of time at the house relaxing but there were some beach items for use. There is also a quick access to get on the beach. The only downside is parking; there is only three parking spots for a house that can hold 16. However, there are two parking spots directly next to the house which you can pay per day for parking. Overall a wonderful experience and we would certainly stay here again!

This place was very nice! The only complaint is parking. It’s hard for a house that sleeps 16 to only have 3 parking spots. But other than that the place was great! Great location, walking distance to the beach, very clean and great views of the canal as well.

I can’t say enough about how awesome this trip was. We were celebrating my 52nd birthday with family. The house was so spacious and inviting with amazing views. We utilized the boat dock which is an added bonus. The owners were super sweet and very responsive. We will be booking again soon.

Wonderful Christmas Location
Our family really enjoyed our stay for Christmas. We had 10 adults and 2 infants and the property provided all the space we needed and more. The bedrooms were the perfect size. And there were plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen, dining and family room area was open and very spacious with an incredible view of the canal. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Carolina Beach.
