The location was spectacular, lovely to have rural views so close to the city. The Alpaca neighbours were a real treat.
Nothing could have been improved.

Loved the alpacas
So this isn't about the property - it's about me. First time staying in a tiny house and I simply couldn't bring myself to sleep on the mezzanine. So I bottled it and slept on the couch instead. And the couch was fine. I'd love one just like it - where's it from?????

It was fun to stay in a tiny house, very comfortable and warm. I enjoyed the alapaca family in the adjacent field. Lovely peaceful environment.
My GPS had difficulty finding the place.

Good layout, complete with great facilities. Heat pump kept house nice and warm. Very cosy house with great views of neighbouring fields and a few alpacas.
Stairs were quite steep and narrow, and there was little headroom above the bed in the loft.

Location was great, it wasn’t in the city centre so wasn’t noisy but it was a short enough drive to all the places that we wanted to visit! We absolutely adored the tiny house it was so nice with all yhe amenities we needed and the hosts were amazing with great and efficient communication. In the morning I asked if we were able to pet the alpacas and they allowed me to feed them pallets that they kept beside the house was an awesome experience for someone like me who loves animals 😊
Only that the parking was a little tight so hard to get out with our truck but that wouldn’t take away from this awesome place!

Great location, an oasis close to the city. Very well appointed with everything you could need. Beautiful tiny home.
The only thing was due to the rain we couldn't use the verandah as much as we would have liked.

Very clean and felt like you were in the countryside even though surburbia was only mins up the road

Perfect, rhe most comfortable bed I have ever slept in

Clean, quiet
Stairs to bed steep and needed to be careful perhaps the end of the loft could have been more secure.
BIGGER NUMBERS ON FENCE.

Showers. Toilets. Microwave, dishes, cleaning stuff.. These were handy /good.
Bed in the attic. Too small. The driveway rough. Parking far from house. The gardens and lawns untidy.

It was lovely to stay in this quiet location. The accommodation is modern and very clean. The photos were exactly how the place was.
The pukeko forgot about daylight savings and were out asking for their breakfast early! Hahahahaha! No, it was great to have animals around.

Excellent location, felt in the middle of nowhere but you are actually central to everything. Very private+peaceful. Had everything you need+expect from a tiny home. Great value for money, would definitely come back+stay here again.
Didn't like the fact booking.com gave me a pin code for the house first and then the owner sent one, both were different which meant I had to scan back through emails to search the correct one. Just glad it wasn't pouring with rain while I was trying to activate the lock box!

Quiet, peaceful location and outlook

I liked the rural outlook, even tho the home was in town. I liked how the space was laid out the extra things like gladwrap, coffee and platters for serving snacks. Hosts were friendly and quick to respond to emails/txts. There are alpacas to look at so it feels very relaxed.
It was super hot, so a sunshade over the deck would have been nice.

Amazing opportunity to stay in a real tiny home. Felt a world away from the city, despite being 2 minutes from civilization.

Loved the feel and location.
We tried the little house. The bedroom upstairs was not yo our liking as we of the older generation.
Concerned re ongoing maintenance as so much water splashes out from bottom of shower door.

Lovely wee tiny home. Perfect small escape for the night. Comfy bed and great facilities.
Nothing bad to report - it was awesome.

It was so cute and the veiw of the paddock and alpacas ect was excellent considering you are in a city, lovely,
It was also warm 🙂
Felt a little claustrophobic up in the bedroom

We loved the area, the comfort of the home, the animals right outside the door 🥰
There were spider webs everywhere & ants, other than that, nothing to complain about!
