From the minute you walk in the front door, the wide open concept floor plan with modern, floating staircase and vaulted two story great room, provides the perfect layout for gathering. Natural light flows in from 22 oversized windows, each showcasing the beautiful lake.
Fully stocked open concept kitchen, top of the line GE appliances, beautiful granite countertops and massive center island, boast everything you need to feed and entertain a crowd. Plenty of pots and pans, plates, cups and silverware as well as two dish washers to keep up with the demands. Crock pot, Instantpot, griddle, double oven, Kitchenaid, Vitamix, waffle iron, Cutco knives, and Propane grill will allow you to prepare food in any way imaginable.
Each living area was designed to give everyone a place to sit back, relax, and socialize. Oversized kitchen table with seating for 10. Kitchen island with 5 barstools. Sectional sofa in great room with seating for 10. Beautiful transition to a secondary living room, via double sided gas fireplace, with an additional sofa (queen sofa sleeper) and two love seats. This property had everything we wanted. The rooms were comfortable for our large family and grandkids. Access to the lake was superb. We swam, boated, golfed, mountain-biked, visited Eureka Springs, and chilled out on the balcony, in the movie theatre, and and in the game room. Two of my daughters are in wheelchairs, and the house was accomodating. It was perfect for our family. The owner was easy to work with.

House was as described in other reviews. Plenty of room for our group of 20. Swam in the lake, community pool, cave tour, silver dollar city, and rented a pontoon with a slide from the local marina. (Highly recommended but book boat in advance… it was only available 1 day of our stay when we called a week before.)
Silver Dollar City (about 1 hour away) also highly recommended.
Roads nearby are a bit challenging, so try to arrive in daylight. Bring folding chairs to sit by the lake. Bring water shoes. No pier, so if bringing a boat, get a slip at the nearby marina.
Several grandkids reviewed the trip as “best vacation ever”.

The house is fabulous and there is lots of wildlife. We enjoyed watching the eagles and baby birds on the backyard tree. The theater room was much loved. I would highly recommend staying here.

Group of 5 couples gathered in Eureka Springs area for my wife’s birthday weekend. House was spacious and accommodating for all of us with room to spare. Eureka Springs was about a 15 minute drive away, and Bentonville about 45 minutes. House had a beautiful view of the lake from a large patio. Movie theater with recliner seating for 12 was very popular. Large family room with fireplace and huge sofa was also great for catching up. Kitchen was well stocked with everything. Two dish washers helped with such a large group. Gas grill on patio was also a nice amenity. Bradlee was great to work with.

Our family had an amazing stay at this stunning home and hamlet nestled right on the lake with private shore access. The hosts are lovely and very responsive, and the home is perfectly appointed, wonderfully clean and comes with everything you could need. We enjoyed the downtime as a family and making memories in the beautiful Ozarks. Would highly recommend!

This house exceeded my expectations. I was in search of a house big enough to accommodate multiple couples and some kids. There was plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone to sleep and tend to their needs comfortably. There was an extremely comfortable couch perfect for family to relax and visit ( big screen tv and fireplace). The kitchen was perfect to prepare meals, large, multiple sinks and dishwashers. The open floor plan with kitchen, dining room, and living room was perfect for any large group to gather and have fun. The outside is the best part though. 2 patios with an extremely beautiful view of the lake. Such beautiful sights to absorb out the back patio. Pure beauty. Neighbors were nice. Game room, movie room, and slide was perfect addition for kids to stay busy. ❤️

Gorgeous home on lake in beautiful Eureka Springs. The property is the ultimate destination for a family getaway or large group reunion. The home is open concept with stunning views of the lake and ample “extras” that provided our family with multitudes of opportunities for fun: expansive decks, Taegar grill, fully stocked kitchen, theater room, game room, and huge living area for hanging out with family and friends. We chose this house for our first ever family vacation with all of our children and grandchildren. The house was a great space for all 24 of us. It was open and had plenty of entertainment for all age ranges, a beautiful view on the lake, and all of the amenities a group our size could want. It was a great location for outdoor activists, and still close to all of the Eureka Springs attractions.
The owner had great communication and was quick to answer all of my questions. We were extremely happy with the house and would highly recommend it!

My family had the best time!! The game room with ping pong table and pool table was busy every night. The theatre also served as quiet space when we all got too loud!! Our whole family cooked played and stayed together in your beautiful home for Thanksgiving. It was honestly the best Thanksgiving we have ever had. We all had plenty of room and there were plenty of things to do including the game closet that you left. It was absolutely outstanding. The house is beautiful. and it was in immaculate condition when we arrived. And more than enough room for all of us. What special memories were made this Thanksgiving. We went with 4 couples and 7 children ages 3-12 yrs old. The house is beautiful and well taken care of. The kitchen had plenty of supplies in it for us to cook all of our meals. There was plenty of space for all of us. There is a small shoreline to have the kids play along, which ours did and really enjoyed it. We got quality family time in during our stay and would definitely stay again.

EXCELLENT STAY, TRUE TO ADVERTISING!
We had a large family group - for some of them it was their first time in Arkansas. There were 4 families including my husband and myself, and 3 of my grown kids, their spouses and 6 grandchildren ages 2 - 16. Upon arrival, everyone was amazed at how beautiful the house was. There are two huge family rooms downstairs, a living area upstairs and a game room area downstairs. The entire house was beautifully furnished. Everyone had plenty of room for privacy and togetherness. We loved the extra large table and the spacious kitchen with the island. The kids had a blast with the ping pong table and the games. The house is equipped with EVERYTHING you would ever think of needing including a slow cooker, blender, food processor, etc.. There was a huge pantry that fit all of our food and a large utility room as well. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were fantastic, especially the master bedroom and bath. The most amazing thing was the view from the upstairs deck. We sat out there every morning and evening drinking our coffee and wine looking over the tranquil lake and hearing the birds sing, watching the lightening bugs and deer. We rented a boat two of our days and the kids loved the tubing and riding up and down the lake. Some of the group did the zip line. We went into Eureka springs, shopped, ate and just enjoyed being together. This is the PERFECT place for luxury, comfort and family togetherness. I would highly recommend.

Had 10 adults and 11 children in the house for a week long family reunion. We all found the house to be very comfortable, clean, well-stocked, and spacious. Our expectations were high because of the pictures, but this house was even better than we hoped. It rained most of the time we were there, but the house was so awesome that it didn’t even matter. The kids loved the game area and movie theater and there was plenty of space for us to all spread out. The kitchen was amazing and had everything you could want. Gorgeous and Relaxing
The house is perfect for a big family getaway. It was exceptionally clean. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is on the lake with beautiful views. We took our family photos with the lake background. My four year old granddaughter loved the play room with all the princess toys and playhouse. She also loved the slide attached to the house. I loved the early morning sunrise on the lake and the peaceful morning walk. It is close to Bentonville, Pea Ridge, Bella Vista Tanyard Creek, Eureka Springs Passion Play, Keeter Center Sunday Brunch, Top of the Rock and Dogwood Canyon. Great location to see different areas.

Beautiful New large lake house
The lake house is new and beautiful.
We have stayed at several vacation homes and this one was definitely the most well stocked ! Everything we needed to cook thanksgiving dinner was available. Kitchen was stocked with very nice appliances.
All the Beds were very comfortable as well.
And thankfully, they had a lot of toys accessible for the young kids to keep them busy.
Our son in laws enjoyed using the pellet grill out on the deck
Unfortunately the wind was very strong and chilly out so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor space as much as we had planned.
But the lake is a nice view from inside the home and an easy walk to the waters edge
The owner was quick to respond when the internet went out and the tv's did not work, he was able to help us get it all back up and running.
If anyone is looking for a large luxury home in the Eureka Springs area, this is it.

Beautiful spacious home with peaceful view!
This home is absolutely beautiful! Just a few steps to Table Rock lake and minutes away from Eureka Springs. We had a fun relaxing weekend. I enjoyed cooking in the Chef's kitchen! Beds were so comfortable. Giving 5 stars isn't enough for this property. They literally thought of EVERYTHING!

Relaxing and Beautiful Lakehouse
It really is a short walk right to the water's edge, exactly what we wanted! The house is very spacious, even with a large group we still lost each other sometimes. The kitchen was huge, we all loved cooking in that space, two dishwashers made clean up a breeze! We would all suggest an additional refrigerator, there may be one in the garage but it was locked. Cons of the house: master bedroom closet was locked so there was nowhere to put bags besides the bedroom floor, the grill and the deck area around the grill were VERY dirty/sticky, we were looking forward to using the nice Traeger grill but very disappointed with how dirty it was, even the cleaning tools were caked with goo. One of the the basement doors leading out to the back patio was broken, had tissue stuck in the hole where door knob was. Two of the comforters were so dirty we had to wash them before we could use them, one of the queen beds downstairs had broken supports so it was very uncomfortable & we also almost ran out of toilet paper. It needs an end of season deep cleaning and repairs, but overall it was a relaxing and welcoming house.

Perfect multi-family get away!
Our extended family loved our stay here. There were so many comfortable rooms for hanging out together and we loved spending mornings and evening on the deck. We really enjoyed family movie night - the home theater couldn’t have been more comfortable. Host was great to work with and very responsive to our questions during planning. We would love to stay here again!
