Charming 2 bedroom cottage in Historic Williams, Arizona. Hillside property has beautiful views of downtown Williams and the surrounding area. Newly remodeled cottage was built in 1950, and has beautifully restored original wood floors throughout. The bathroom and the kitchen are stocked with everything you need for your stay. A short walk to all of the shops and eateries of Main Street Williams. 30 minute drive to Flagstaff, home of Northern Arizona University and the Lowell Observatory. 75 minute drive to both the South Rim of the Grand Canyon and the red rocks of Sedona, Arizona.

We enjoyed the quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The older home was very nicely renovated and worked perfectly for our retreat from busy schedules. It is close to downtown Williams, which has done a great job of making the town’s history known.

Thank you...all was great exepted plates ans fourch as been put away dirty by the prvioys tenant. The BBQ grill asn't be clean by the previous tenant. It's in the house rules to clean dishes and BQ before leaving.BBQ

We had a wonderful “cool” getaway from the Valley heat. The house was just as the listing said it would be. All the amenities we needed, plus a great outdoor fire pit, neighborhood was comfortable to walk around. It was close to town, and we always go to Bearizona which was only a 5 minute drive. The owners were very quick to respond to our communication. We had a great stay!

This property makes us feel like we're "home away from home" in a restful and peaceful neighborhood within walking distance of the quaint and historic town of Williams, AZ. It's a gigantic perk to be near the Grand Canyon and to enjoy the multiple lake hikes and variety of attractions nearby.

Cute little cottage close to downtown Williams. Really enjoyed hanging out here for the weekend. The cottage was clean with all the necessary amenities. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage on the hill overlooking Williams. Terrific view of the 4th of July fireworks. Comfortable and cool home to relax when the daytime high temps were in the 90’s. Very close to restaurants, groceries, and local fishing lakes. Loved every moment of our stay.

This would be my second stay and it felt like I was coming home. There is just an air of hominess to this place that can't be denied. Quiet neighborhood with anything you might possibly need a few minutes away. You can walk to historic downtown Williams and enjoy all the happenings or venture out as the Grand Canyon is only an hour away. We will be back for a third visit.

We fell in Love with this property 😍 💕 we will definitely stay here again. So much too see 👀 and do. We brought our Granddaughter and she had a ball it was a Graduation present she is 18 yrs old. Thanks for being a terrific host.

My wife and I enjoyed the home, walkable to the main Route 66 road, yet not so close as to hear traffic there. The house was nicely laid out, comfortable, and clean. The beds were excellent - always a great thing for over 65ers! Spent two nights, and the day between at GCNP where we hiked several miles including several trails. This was a good spot for the visit.

We really enjoyed are stay at the little cottage.It was a perfect size for are family. It was peaceful, had a beautiful view of downtown William, and the night view was the best. It was in a perfect location. It was less than a five minute drive to the Grand Canyon Train Station, Bearizona, the deer farm, grocery store, and restaurants. The house was nice and clean, I definitely would stay again if we go back.

We had a great time at the property, everything was clean and as described. Location was perfect for downtown Williams and the Grand Canyon train. It snowed a couple days which was good fun. All in all everyone had a very good time and would return.

We were so grateful to rest in such an accommodating cottage after long days at the Grand Canyon. Very clean and comfortable. We appreciated having the washer/dryer, the extra-comfy beds, and the pretty decor. I loved looking down into the town of Williams at night. I had a great cactus omelette at El Corral - highly recommend! Very lovely stay! Many thanks!

My family and I travel up North from Phoenix for a bit of fresh air and some snow experience. I couldn't have chosen a better option for our family. The house was clean, quiet, and perfect for the weekend. Even with a small situation of getting stuck in the ice, a friendly neighbor helped us out. I couldn't have been happier! We are already planning another trip in the fall and if this house is available it will be our first choice. Thank you so much for the best weekend!!

This house was perfect! We loved the feel of the home, we loved the fireplace, we played monopoly and were able to go just about everywhere Williams had to offer! Made a quick trip to the Grand Canyon, rode the coaster, fed the deer and sat around the fire while dinner cooked in the oven and we watched football playoffs! We make about two trips up north a year and this cottage was among our favorite stays! Thank you!

This was my second time at this sweet little cottage and it was just as enjoyable as my first stay! The home is well kept, incredibly clean, peaceful, and quiet! I really love that it is walking distance to town while still being tucked away in a picturesque neighborhood. I’ve stayed at many properties in my travels and this is one of my absolute favorites! I also love that the homeowners are so responsive and helpful! I’m already looking forward to planning another visit! I promise, you will not regret a stay here!

This house was so cute and perfect for my husband and I. Had everything we needed and a grocery store is not far to get food items. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to see during our stay(Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, Winslow). Williams is a cute little town with shops and restaurants. We went to the Route 66 Diner and it was very good (I recommend the patty melt). We would definitely stay here again
