Nestled on a quiet part of the river, and right by where the Comal and Guadalupe merge to make either river convenient! This complex couldn't be in a better location, you are right down the street from schlitterbahn(currently closed for the winter), and just minutes from downtown and gruene. You can be at any New Braunfels destination in 5-10 minutes.

Guests have access to entire condo unit which includes - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area with pull out sofa, full kitchen, washer & dryer, balcony... with one reserved parking spot and access to an open lot next to the building

Guests have shared access to- elevator to get to the unit, the hot tubs and 2 shared pools on site, large green space / park with multiple barbecue pits and picnic tables, direct access to the Guadalupe river in the park

2 bed, 2 bath, 1 king, 1 queen, 1 sofa pull out sleeper and air mattress. We keep the unit stocked with coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and have the essentials: Iron, hair dryer, first aid, fire extinguisher. Unit on second floor and is not far from the elevator! We will make sure you have access to our best recommendations for things to do, where to go, bars, restaurants, etc

Uber and Lyft both operate in New Braunfels if you do not want to drive. We also have an elevator and a large balcony if you want to bring bicycles and historic Gruene is a 5 minute drive! The unit is at waterwheel condominiums if you would like to map it.

Unit was recently updated with fresh paint, new furniture, smart TV, and anything you could need in the kitchen! Unit overlooks the park along the river so it has a beautiful and peaceful view from inside or the balcony. • A Security Deposit, of $300, must be paid before check-in and is refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided there are no damages to the property. Security deposit & rental agreement will be sent after the booking is confirmed.

• We can host a maximum of 10 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.

Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, giving special attention to high-touch areas, using commercial-grade anti-microbial agents, and having bed sheets and bath towels professionally laundered between each guest's stay. However, no guarantee will be made that our properties are "completely sterile" or "COVID-free", just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their discretion.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds on cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is inexpensive and a great way to protect your funds in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation. We understand that last-minute cancellations for guests who choose to not purchase travel insurance can be a burden, however, we are required to uphold our owners' cancellation policies to protect their only sources of income and keep their properties in the business. • Please note that we’re using a residential refrigerator, which can take several hours to cool, especially if it’s fully stocked.

• Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. A NoiseAware noise monitoring device is used to monitor external decibel (DB) levels as outlined per City/County Ordinance.
