Für einige wenige Nächte ist die Unterkunft durchaus ausreichend; für einen längeren Erholungsurlaub m. E. eher nicht.

Es gab zwei Schlafräume, eins mit Doppelbett, eins mit Einzelbett und ein Schlafsofa im Wohn-Essbereich. Also ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Der nahegelegene Penny ist ausreichend um sich zu versorgen, ebenfalls ist eine Bushaltestelle fast vor dem Haus. Vor den Fenstern sind Insektenschutzgitter angebracht.

Es könnte etwas mehr Geschirr da sein. Die Wände und Decken sind sehr hellhörig. Leider hatten sich einige Ameisen in die erste Etage verirrt.

Good value for money away from the city centre

It’s basic but had everything we needed: well equipped kitchen, fridge, AC in the bedroom and a clean bathroom (small shower but ok for W few nights). There’s a big supermarket across the road and a few smaller shops close to the apartments, a café, post office & a bus stop nearby too. Lovely receptionist & an easy check in/out. The only thing that was troublesome was the noise from the next door apartment - we could hear every word in the evening…not too bothering as well were out anyway so it was ok :)

Little further out a car would be beneficial although Pisa is walkable around 40 /50 min if you have a car good location for exploring .

The appartement was clean, comfortable and had everything we need to wash, clean and sleep. It was very handy to had a supermarket as well as a laundry direct besides the appartement. Furthermore we needed only 25 minutes to the beach in Tirrenia. Especially the service was great. The host Daniele was very accommodating and helpful and gave us for every trip advices.

I highly recommend the Residence Isola Verde Cisanello for a nice holiday stay in Pisa.

The location is quite convenient - close to a bus stop & there is a local supermarket just round the corner. Daniele, the host, was very welcoming & helpful when it comes to visiting the best tourist attractions around. Even a late check-in was not a problem at all.

Good apartments for a reasonable price.

There is a large shopping center not far from the apartment.

The conditioner was only in one room. I suspect that some mosquito enters the rooms through the vents.

friendly staff, always helpful, new blankets and towels and a floor clean after a week. well connected to main streets and nodes in the traffic system. all major shops are in walkable distance.

only shallowly clean, room would need a major refit and deep and detailed clean (dirt on the tiles, a leaking shower, dirty and scratchy walls, sticky remote of the A/C). also the kitchen is only equipped with the lowest basics possible (I.e no wood scratcher, no wooded plate for cutting, no sharp knife). the bathroom and kitchen is not well ventilated, kitchen is always warm due to the gas cooker and there were silverfishes in the bathroom due to dust and bad ventilation.

The parking! Seems that in Pisa is a big problem finding a property with parking.

Inside your apartment you hear all the voices and what your neighbors are saying . So not really comfortable been afraid of your privacy.

The apartment is very spacious, with a large dining room and two bedrooms. Free parking is available. If you have a car is very convenient, I can't say if you have to rely on buses (even though there are bus stops close by).

It’s a nice residence. Each room has a kitchenette and enough space. The decorations are a bit retro but everything was very clean and tidy. Staff was really nice and friendly. I would come back :)

One Word - perfetto

One Word - perfetto. Everything Was okay. The room clean - extra bedroom, dailyroom with kitchen, if someone wants to prepair something or Cook, everything was ready to use, parkıng for FREE, near to the airport. the contact was very fast and good. I can the room and the landlord only recommend. We Come again. Thanks a lot of.

I liked the fact that the pictures on booking were exactly representing the apartment and they don't create high expectations.

I did not like that the apartment was old and some things, like the shower, were not properly working. However, considering the price and the pictures, I did not expect anything better.
