Location, staff , breakfast.
The bed spread was soiled, the key policy although I didn’t complain or mention it.

The service was excellent. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and I really felt looked after! The breakfast was amazing, I could eat those pistacchio cornetti everyday.
There is nothing I did not like.

Great place. Beautiful modern rooms. Excellent staff. Good breakfast
I liked everything.

Room was lovely and clean, bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly, think we were the only ones there as it was out of season. In a great location, seconds to the beach.
Toilet flush was broken, when we mentioned it, he seemed to know, so not quite sure why it wasn’t fixed. Went to get a drink on our second night and reception and Bar were closed.
4.5
The location, 50 meters away from the beach. The personnel was wonderful, very kind.

Clean, Very well located, close to the beach and bars, restaurants.
Bad mattresses were way too soft.
There was no window in our apartment.
Breakfast is made up only by sweet options which is tipically Italian however it would be great to have some ham, cheese, vegetables, some salami for non-Italian customers as an option.
4.5
Good location. Good breakfast choice. Great staff. Not overcrowded.
No hot drink making facilities in room (we were there in October and could have done with a kettle)

Breakfast was very good. The entire staff was friendly and efficient. Dominique went beyond the call of duty in helping us with a transportation issue.

Fantastic breakfast on the terrace.

The hotel crew is amazing, very kind and thoughtful. The room was super clean and relaxing. Right next to the hotel is a parking place for only 5 euro a day, that was very useful. The view of the breakfast tarrace is beautiful. And we would like to come back another time. We recoment it for sure!!

The hotel is well located just next to the beach as well as a large parking lot for convenience. It's about a 10 minute walk into the main area of town, which we didn't mind because we like a quieter hotel. The walk is easy.
In general, we weren't fans of San Vito Lo Capo. We found the gorgeous natural beach to be incredibly over crowded. This hotel of course doesn't have anything to do with that, but just worth mentioning. This hotel is very basic and I found the value for money pretty poor. Very simple rooms with no frills and the breakfast very basic. We ended up leaving the area early. That said, the Iride hotel staff was kind and offered us a voucher since they couldn't do more because we paid upfront with booking and it was nonrefundable.

Staff kind and efficient, ready to offer help if needed. Overall good comfort however there were not mosquito nets, deemed necessary in that area. Room spacious and clean, rate q bit too much if compared to others in the area, even if room had kitchen. Breakfast is limited. It is not really beach front but three minute walking distance.
No mosquito nets, no beachfront as written in the description, limited breakfast service. We paid more because there was a kitchen also more like a residence, unfortunately we did not need it.

nice position of the hotel , not far from the city center and very close to the way to the Riserva dello zingaro

I would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely go again. Can’t wait to go back Italy and visit the place.

Friendly staff
Too small
4.5
The hotel is located a far side of San Vito lo Capo - on positive note it is only 2/3 minutes from public section of the beautiful beach , however 15/20 mins walk to town centre , where bars & restaurants are located. The staff where very friendly & helpful particularly Dominique
The location of the hotel, plus the room was very small for the cost , with no window other than the double front door - it was really dark & small, plus the view through the doors was on a landing, overlooking waste ground. We were only there 1 night, but any longer would have been a grind

The combination of Sicilian’s typical breakfast and the spectacular sea view on the top floor of the building creates an amazing atmosphere every morning.
The staff is really friendly and helpful and after enjoying the day at the sea which is just 2 mins walking, it’s always a pleasure coming back to a nice, clean and tidy room.
Thank you all.

Courtesy and kindness of the girls at reception. Very lovely.
They made the invoice.
They recommend a fantastic boat tour.
They tried to accommodate all our needs. Thanks for this.
Breakfast was very good.
They are very carful with anti-covid measures: staff and customers maintain the mask as per legislation.
Rooms with no windows
One day we did wake up with the noise of the vacuum cleaner next door.
It's fully their fault, but the car park they recommend to leave the car, did not issue invoices /scontrini in order to avoid paying taxes.
