The room was ok but only one chair in the room not very comfortable sitting on the bed

Great choice for a short stay at Waterloo.

Wonderful Hotel!!

It was clean. Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast. Large rooms.

Nothing major at all. Highly recommend this place. Small thing, the toilets were very low.

We would stay again, it was quiet and clean.

The breakfast was OK. I would have liked more fruit choices and less bread choices. The eggs were not the best, nor was the coffee, but I appreciated the yogurt. The house keeper for our room was very nice and helpful, we appreciated her, and the front desk was very good as well. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. We used both the gym and the pool.

The breakfast could have been better.

staff was wonderful and friendly. Room was exactly what we wanted. Lovely dip in the pool each day.

wish breakfast was on a bit later. i dont eat gluten and the eggs looked great but old by 945 when i went down. Coffee was ok.

The noise as the room wasn't very sound proof with kids running in the room and hallway above us. There was a lot of kids running through the hallways.

A comfortable, clean and relatively inexpensive place to stay.

The location was perfect for the next stage of our trip. The whole facility was spotlessly clean, the room was comfortable and a good breakfast was included for a reasonable price.

I wasn’t there long enough to find fault. It suited our needs for one night perfectly.

Had a nice, short getaway to St Jacobs for the market. It was a great location.

Very clean and spacious, the pool and exercise room were wonderful!

I'll be back.

First impressions are always good. As doors opened for me I immediately noticed how clean and well laid out everything is. Desk Staff was pleasant and very helpful. My room was large, fresh and clean. Bed was so comfortable. I did not use the other amenities in the hotel but I could see that they also were well laid out, spacious and clean. Definitely a go to for me.

My only negative was that the pillows smelled that smell of people's hair.

Great stay apart from how the hockey group were managed.

Hotel was amazing. The staff were friendly and thr breakfast and pool were very good. Our room was comfortable and very clean.

There was a massive hockey tournament that had booked a bunch of rooms on multiple floors during our stay. There was only one security guard, it seemed, and we believed the guests from the hockey group spent their time partying and running away from the one overworked security guard. I fell asleep at 11 p.m. and by that time, they, I believe the kids of the hockey group, were running up and down the hallways. It was very loud. This happened both nights we were there. Guests that I spoke to at breakfast were also complaining about the noise. Maybe these groups should be booked in blocks and isolated to the lower floors so that they do not disturb other guests. I would say investing in a second security guard might be helpful. I also very much hope that these guests were penalized for their disruptive behaviour as it was very irresponsible of the parents of these groups to allow their children to cause such a disturbance both nights they were there.

Phenomenal staff and experience

Everything was amazing, the facilities were phenomenal. Had a small issue with the shower but it was promptly addressed by the hotel staff. My son had said something about colouring and they brought him a colouring page and some highlighters from the front desk so he could colour. Such sweet and attentive staff.

Bom hotel, mas processo complicado de receber o reembolso do depósito

Educação do funcionários, o café da manhã estava muito bom e o conforto do quarto

Estou desde do dia 22/12 (hoje é dia 03/01) aguardando o reembolso do depósito de CAD 50, que deveria ter acontecido em 5 dias úteise até agora nada. Isso é uma falta de respeito com o cliente

Do not go here on St. Patricksday.

Spacious room, recent hotel. Big comfortable bed.

Extreme noisy with partying young people through the whole night. Great place to hear slamming doors. Overcrowded breakfast.

Very enjoyable

Room was big and clean. Bathroom was very nice. The breakfast was wonderful and there was a server there coming around with coffee refills, I think her name was Miriam or Marion that was very lovely, kind and just an outstanding employee. I mentioned her to the woman at the reception counter when we checked out. It’s a beautiful hotel in a very handy location to the Farmers Market.

Sadly, reakfast was adequate but almost cold. Not sure what they use for eggs and sausages under cooked.

The pool, the breakfast. The decor of room and hotel. Excellent staff. The lady in the breakfast room, Miriam, was excellent. Certainly an Em Assad or for the hotel
