Precio-calidad regular.

La ubicacion sin duda.

La comida. Para el precio que tiene me parece escasa y regulera, ademas no habia muchas opciones. De hecho, el menu que tenian para la hora de comer era el mismo que para la cena, por ejemplo un dia habia lentejas, y si hubiese mas opciones no tendria pega en eso pero solo habia 3 y otra era opcion vegana con lo cual no tenias opcion. Repito que para lo caro que es, la comida es bastante mejorable. Tambien recalcar que la comida de menu no es la misma que si la pides de carta. Ejemplo; rabas, no tenian nada que ver las de menu con las de la carta y se supone que es lo mismo.

Ubicación perfecta, personal muy amable, habitación cómoda.

Faltaba limpieza, sobretodo en el baño… habían pelos en la bañera y no se veía del todo limpia,los botes de gel estaban vacíos.

Will avoid next time

Near the beach. Clean and Modern. Good but expensive parking

We booked because of swimming and roof Terrance. Both closed on 15th September not clear when making the booking. Staff ambivalent and dismissive apart from overworked but great barman in first floor bar

Comfortable hotel with decent views of the beach.

Nice hotel at one end of the long beach. Walking distance to many super restaurants and a nice park. Hotel facilities were great - small, but nice pool, small gym with sauna and steam room, and a super roof-top bar. Self service breakfast was good value, and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Our room just about faced the beach, but was a little noisy at times, being so close to a busy road and an entertainment complex.

Very enjoyable

Although we didn’t have children booked a family room. Had a settee, arm chair, small table and coffee machine with excellent views to sea and hills. Bed comfortable and restaurant nice. Nice pool and excellent location for beach.

Very disappointed, won't be going back.

The view.

Gasrtobar was closed for 2 nights,reception would not give a reason why.....fridge in room had to be repaired on 2 days....foul smell in the area ,when I asked at reception what was the smell,I was told that it was coming from the river next to hotel.

Fine, functional and clean

Nice rooftop bar, good location. Away from the busier part of time so nice and quiet for a good night’s sleep. Some family members stayed nearer the old town, but the noise from the town kept them up at night. I didn’t have this problem.

Rooms were clean but a little tired. But fine and functional, could do with a little modernising a lick of paint and maybe washing the curtains… I woke up one morning covered in bites. Suspected this may be due bedbugs, the staff didn’t find any but did move me regardless without fuss. New room smelt like cigarette smoke a bit… but didn’t want to complain a second time. Most of the staff were lovely, but one didn’t seem too happy with me as I don’t speak any Spanish.

Disappointing

A wedding event was transferred to a hall adjacent to our room due to rain making a lot of noise and blocking the hallway with catering material for several hours on a Saturday afternoon when we wanted to rest in the room. I was not informed of this or offered an alternative when I inquired. Apart from the inconvenience it was also disappointing.

Superb

The staff. Even though the hotel seemed to be understaffed every one went out of their way to satisfy any request.

The rooftop bar at the hotel. I had a large group of people coming into the rooftop bar and they did not allow me to make a reservation. Instead I had to hold the tables myself to accommodate 30 people. Even though the bill was over €600 they did not offer a snack (potato chips or olives) which is customary in Spain and more so in the area.

only location - cross street is the beach

isolation of windows is super low, so any party any car passing anybody who is talking in the street you can hear in your room even with closed windows. staff is not taking care of guests rests.

Exceptional

Everything,staff so friendly, professional, brilliant location.One of my roommate's lost his passport,we had to make our way to Santander Airport and Police to report,the Reception rang me to say they found his passport,was if my friend from Gijon could collect the passport,which wasn't a problem.Thank you so much for making out time there brilliant,and thank you for finding the passport.
