Beautiful view of the water

I loved the view of the water from the porch. It was right there and it was amazing.

The rail line is active and there was a few trains. The train noise was only a bit bothersome. The kids enjoyed watching the trains go by so it worked out.

Great scenic view in a quiet area.

My young son was so excited to wake up in the morning and see the amazing view (and submarine!) from right outside the door! (We arrived late at night so couldn’t see much then). Everything was clean and as listed. Will definitely recommend to other families looking to vacation in this area.

Awesome place except for Wifi

Good location. Beautiful view. Well kept and clean.

Wifi. Definitely the Wifi. The wifi was so bad that the TV which was connected by wifi buffered day and night. If I really needed wifi to get something done I would have been screwed.

Le propriétaire très gentil et disponible, le calme, l’équipement, l’environnement, la vue! Tout était parfait, ce fut même mieux que nos attentes! À voir: 1h30 de Boston, 2h de New York, Mystic (seaport), casino et arcades pour enfant Mohegan Sun, musée juste à côté base militaire (sous marin)

Great location. Beautiful view. Not 2 beds!

Great location. Beautiful views. Apartment was definitely well adjusted. Generally was good.

Said 2 bedrooms. Actually could sleep 6. But only one bedroom with 2 double beds in the bedroom and a bedroom in the kitchen/living area. BBQ was not useable as it was not clean.

The location, layout, and cleanliness of the property made this the nicest location we stayed at on this road trip!

the location with the river views was exceptional! we enjoyed watching the submarine and boat traffic on the river. The property was very clean and well maintained.

An amazing location on the water

The location right on the water, within view of the USS Nautilus and the submarine base, was incredible. We watched a storm come across the water and listened to the colors from the base.

Overall great value and location and we enjoyed our time.

Fantastic location! Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy as well as updated appliances and furnishings.

Of the 3 beds in the property, 2 of them were very uncomfortable even for only 1-2 people.

This property is perfect you won’t be disappointed. The view is absolutely stunning & the sunsets are amazing! The owner is so kind & considerate. Everything is clean/sanitary. We make it a point to come back every year! Thank you. :)

expensive and owner kept us locked out for 4 hours we did not get from our stay.

It was fairly new. The view was beautiful and the kitchen worked well. The washer dryer was appreciated.

The location advertises Two bedrooms but that is not true. It is a one bedroom with a bed in the living room. This did not offer the privacy we hoped for in bedroom distribution. We were there by 4 PM but we could not reach the owner and he did not give us the code until 7 PM. This was very poor service for a rather expensive apartment.

Decor was lovely….grounds were beautiful..

Rules for quiet time should be set. We were kept awake until 1:30am because of partying.. ruined our stay.

The view was nice and we really enjoyed the openness of the Apartment, We had nice area to sit and relax outside,and enjoyed the comforts of a home like feeling being away from home.👌

The only thing I would say is parking area was hard to navigate, which is unfortunately not much can be done with that

Great amenities and very clean. The view is great. I would absolutely rent here again.

It was just a little vague when I made the reservation. I didn't actually get details until the day of and at first I got nervous there was a mix up because several cars and people were already parked. It appeared to be one unit at first. One address but not A. B. C. ...then I double checked the email and I saw all the details...then. Just be clear it's a multi unit space.

My stay was spectacular! My toddler enjoyed the fact that there was a train that passed just in front of the apartment.

My family really enjoyed that river view, waking up and pulling the blinds was very refreshing.

There was nothing to dislike. Apartment was very clean and spacious. And the host was very friendly and accommodating.

Spectacular view of the river

The VIEW, the name Waterfront Home with a VIEW was absolutely appropriate. The location was quiet, right in front of the river, across from Connecticut College and Coast Guard Academy and 0.2 mile from USS Nautilus. The sceneries were simply beautiful, day and night! Sunset was spectacular. The apartment was spacious. The host was friendly. He responded to inquiry promptly. We got a treat when a freight train passed by at night.
