Limpieza y trato excelente

Desayuno perfecto. El personal excelente, sobre todo Francisco, recepción y cafetería, una persona agradable y eficiente. Baños limpios y renovados.

La ubicación está un lejos de la playa.

I booked at 6.00pm in the evening, very late. I can't speak Spanish, however the lady in charge Paloma did speak English and assured my Spanish friend that she would wait for me coming off a late bus. That's what I call excellent service.

Everything was excellent, superb.

Sweet little hotel in a residence close to the sea.

I liked the room and comfort of the accommodation.

The blankets weren't warm enough.

Close to restaurants and cafes and shopping

Bed was extremely creaky and loud. Room was not that big and could smell cigarette smoke from time to time, not sure if it was from the street or another room.

The chap at reception was nice, the bedrooms could do with a bit of tlc.

No tea or coffee facilities, the room was a bit out of date could be done up a bit

Superb

A beautiful room with a lovely large bathroom and tub. Nicely decorated, large and clean! The room was incredibly soundproof from the street but had a window to open to get some air- perfect! The staff were super nice too. I recommend staying here for sure!

I would definitely stay here again actually.

The staff is super friendly and even with the langauge barrier went out if their way to help me.

The walls are paper thin.

Very poor

The staff were helpful and very pleasant

The hotel room was dirty and not at all like the pictures. The floor was dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly. No tea or coffee making facilities. The headboard was rattling and moving around. The location was awful and I actually felt a bit unsafe walking around the area. total nightmare. Would not recommend and will never be back.

Very cheap and close to the city center

The mattress was excellent. Really confortable The staff was very kind

The bathroom was very old and wifi didn’t work in the whole time They don’t allow smoking, however we could smell the smoke when got into the room (maybe from the ventilation system)
