About this apartment rental
This spacious apartment has two big sofa beds in the living room, in addition to the 3 bedrooms. With its two bathrooms and sleeping for 8, this is the accommodation for you if you are a large group of friends, a big or 3-generation family or would prefer having a bedroom each and space to spread out. It is superbly equipped, including the kitchen area off the open-plan living/dining room. All linen and even beach towels are provided. All you need to bring with you is your clothes!
With its south-east view, looking over the swimming pool and lush gardens, the apartment gets the morning sunshine -- ideal in winter, but is protected from the afternoon sun in the heat of the summer. There are ceiling fans and air-conditioning units in all the rooms.
There are beautiful, cool, ceramic floors throughout the apartment but there are also rugs for winter.
We offer internet TV for British, German and Russian programmes and a large number of DVDs. There is also broadband internet access.

The property is very well situated for exploring the whole island by car. You can also do the same by bus very reasonable fares. Steve and Karen who look after the property for Jane the owner are very helpful. We had problems with the television which they all did their best to resolve. A very enjoyable stay.

The pool area was great only comment reference the view from the balcony is that the profile picture was taken years ago as the view is now restricted by years of the garden’s maturity and the large palm to the right takes away half the view.

our stay on the complex was excellent, the apartment well equipped nothing is left to want, it is a little dated plus the shower could use a refurb there is mold and it leaks slightly - we found a couple of cockroaches in one of the bedrooms but they were timely despatched with the spray we found under the sink

Very well equipped and comfortable. Unfortunately we chose a particularly cold week for our holiday, and the apartment was extremely chilly on our arrival. It took a while to work out the heating and get it sufficiently warm, but once we did, we had a lovely time. Do hire a car if anyone in your party has mobility issues as it is a bit of a walk to shops, restaurants, etc. (fine if you are fit!).

Lovely apartment and pool. All information that Jane gave us was excellent. Short walk to beach, restaurants and harbour. Taxi to big supermarket was only 8 euros. Bus from the harbour to Coral Bay was 1 euro 50. Our first visit to Paphos and we had a wonderful holiday

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, both times in Feb/March. It is in a lovely quiet location, short walk down to the sea front. The kitchen is well stocked with gadgets, freezer, washing machine, microwave. This March has been the coldest for years but there were adequate heaters and hot water bottles to use. The only slight downside is the TV. Both visits we have had to get someone out to make it work as you need to log in. Instructions are not very clear, especially if you don't use computers normally. My husband would have had no idea how to use it. But they came out quickly and all was sorted. There was also no swimming pool for the whole 3 weeks of our stay and we were not informed that that would be the case. Would definitely recommend this property and will hopefully go back there again.

Worth a stay
We stayed here for 3 weeks in Feb/March 2019 and was very impressed with the apartment. It is in a great location, very quiet with no noise from the neighbours but you can hear the dogs from the nearby sanctuary (but only when they are hungry!)
Kitchen is stocked with all the necessary implements, bedrooms were nice with plenty of room. Good shower, good water pressure and made good use of the washing machine. It was cold on our visit but there were a couple of heaters, air conditioning on warm and had hot water bottles so wasn't a problem. There is plenty of parking should you hire a car.
Only slight let down was the TV. A complete faff to get into it with passwords etc and we only had BBC on iPlayer but didn't spoil our time there.
Would definitely recommend this property and would come back again. Jane was very helpful in booking and the instructions to get into the property were really clear as we arrived at night

Cats are a bonus everywhere, provided like them of course! The two Chinese places in town are good alternatives, if get fed up with Cyprus food. Mahania is the busy place right on the start of the front. Good luck with Cyprus wine, and can pay five times the supermarket prices when eat out. All drinks not cheap, so eat/drink in when can.

A very good property in a very good location
This property is ideally located very close to the waterfront. It is in a quiet but convenient location and very well equipped and very comfortable. This 3 bedroom apartment is a home from home and ideally suited to family groups just wanting to relax and enjoy the holiday atmosphere.

Fantastic clean spacious close to all Amenities
Just stayed in this apartment and loved it! Very spacious, clean, pool view and pool was extremely clean. We had sunbeds attached to the apartment number so always available! No
Towels needed to secure them! Apartment was like home from home, everything you need, 3 good sized bedrooms, could do with two pillows on each bed but we managed. drinking water available from a special tap in the kitchen which was fab! beach towels supplied also. It is literally a 5 minute walk to the sodas beach and to 5-10 walk to the harbour and all the shops and restaurants. Our favourites include happy island, (lovely pork chops)! Viva Cyprus- 3 course meal with wine 12.50 euros, les Amis and Michaels tavern. Stevies taxis are absolutely brilliant and very reliable, they did an airport transfer for 6 of us for 40 euros and all confirmed by email. Lidl a 10 Euro trip away for essentials by stevies. Sarah is on site to help and offered us lovely advice and was very supportive just a text message away and always responded within minutes to any queries we had! Great communication with Jane throughout from booking the villa to leaving. I can’t recommend this villa enough, so much so we have booked again for next year! Kitchen is well stocked, brand new washing machine and full
Size fridge and freezer. Even down to spices in the cupboards and lots of books and DVDs to choose from. The bathrooms were fab. Both with good showers! Our only hiccup was there Are no facilities to store suitcases on departure day which was a shame our only problem encountered.

Perfectly clean and quaint
My family and I were so happy with this apartment. The correspondence was great from te beginning which made me feel at ease. Great information and advice given before and helpful info in the apartment. Perfectly clean, had everything we could possibly need including some kids pool games. Pool was perfect and reasonably quiet. Regulars around the pool nice and friendly too!
I would highly recommend this apartment for families like ours, (family of 4 and 2 grandparents) not just for the great location, apartment and pool but also for the piece of mind of having great communication throughout the booking process including everything to taxis etc.
Only thing I would improve would be hardness of beds, but you can't please everyone there 😄

Spacious and good location
The apartment was very well equipped and had a nice big balcony. The only down side was that the sunbeds were a bit poor and we tended to go to the beach as a result rather than stay by the pool. This did not detract from what was a lovely holiday and we were very happy with the accommodation. Even found a lovely garden restaurant close by to watch the Royal Wedding! Excellent value for money Thank you Jane.

IDYLLIC LOCATION
Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Jane's apartment. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The veranda is spacious and overlooks manicured gardens with a very inviting pool. We would hope to return in the future to this apartment .

Lovely bright 3 bedroom apartment overlooking the complex pool
Spacious 3 bedroom apartment with open-plan kitchen, which includes everything you could possibly need, including some essentials in the cupboards - ie. oil, herbs and spices etc. Ideal for familys. The apartment is situated in a very quiet location overlooking the pool, and in February has a sunny balcony all morning. The only draw back is the computer tv, which is complicated until you get the hang of it, but we weren't really on holiday to watch tv.

Fantastic situation of the apartments, beautiful grounds, near the sea and a short walk from Pathos town.The apartment was very well equipt and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and there are plenty of sunbeds, will definitely return. Lots of lovely restaurants, supermarket, chemist etc...This was our first trip to Cyprus and this was a wonderful introduction.
