Vacaciones perfectas en un hotel maravilloso

El trato era genial desde que llegamos, piscinas grandes, jaccuci, piscina para niños con toboganes, sobre todo las camareras eran geniales, sobre todo Patri y la muchacha de Moratalla que no recordamos su nombre!! Los cocineros igual no faltaba nada en la comida sacaban platos hasta fin de hora de comida! La comida super variada! Había de todo desde entrantes, platos y postres! Genial! Genial!! La limpieza fenomenal!! No pudimos estar más agusto!! Y tiene parking!! Muchas gracias por hacer que nuestras vacaciones fueran mágicas!! Volveremos segurísimo!!

Las tumbonas son de todos, no con toallas y sin gente ocupando las.

Las habitaciones y las zonas comunes.

La costumbre de ocupar las tumbonas con toallas desde primera hora y no quitarlas en todo el día. Deberian poner unas normas..

Los juegos de animación , Moha, las Sandras incluso Maggi súper simpáticas.

Que el recepcionista con una cicatriz encima del ojo me dijera que se pagaba todos los días zona azul cuando es mentira, el domingo no se paga, solo es por horarios de 9 a 14 y de 14 a 21h y barato, y me colo todos los días hasta el domingo, la animación fiera de los juegos del día muy floja y la forma de entretener de Inés muy pésima, el césped de la piscina de abajo encharcado siempre daba asco pisarlo, las consumiciones muy escasas poco elaboradas y muy caras.

A wonderful stay in a clean and spacious hotel.

The location is excellent, situated a short walk to the Old Town, shopping area & beach. In the ‘quieter’ part of Benidorm but still with plenty of bars & excellent restaurants on the doorstep.

The only thing I would request is tea & coffee making facilities in the room. A minor issue but would then make the facilities score a 10.

Buena relación calidad-precio y ubicación.

Lo mejor la ubicación y la piscina climatizada en invierno. La comida bastante bien. El personal, en general, muy bien.

El descanso, debido al poco confort de cama y almohada (duermo en dos o tres camas diferentes a la semana durante todo el año y aquí no fui capaz de descansar). Ruido por las mañanas a partir de las 7:30-8. Algo normal en este tipo de hoteles.

Location was great, 10 min walk from the old town, 10 min walk from the madness, 5 mins from the beach. Food was nice, pool was nice, staff were friendly. Entertainment was mainly Spanish as the majority of guests were Spanish, which I enjoyed as I enjoyed soaking up the Spanish culture.

The room was on the small side, and there was a water leak which meant that I couldn't go onto the balcony for the last night.

In a fantastic location. Clean hotel and very friendly staff.

Lovely hotel, very clean and the staff was so friendly. We really enjoyed the Spanish dancing one evening, was a fantastic atmosphere. Will definitely be booking again soon.

i stayed with 3 of my friends and in all of our rooms the air conditioning wasn't working for the duration of our stay. as the temperature was approx 26c daily and mild at night the room became too hot trying to sleep

The hotel was in a good location, central to old and new town so ideal for exploring both. There are 2 pool areas which were lovely and a raised jacuzzi area which we all liked. The rooms were very clean, towels were changed daily and we had a free safety deposit box. The bathroom was great, spacious with a waterfall shower

The photographs of the rooms are very deceiving. They are very small, there was no room and we had a triple room and it was just a double with a third bed added, for adults this just doesn't work. No space and no storage. There were also only 2 chairs on the balcony for 3 adults. The description claimed that there was free air con yet we did not get it so the rooms were very hot with 3 adults and also stated that the hotel offered buereu de change however this was also not true. There is no where near enough lifts to service the property, the breakfast was bad in our experience and the staff just wern't friendly unfortunately.
