About this cottage rental
Want to enjoy some water sports, relax on the patio/sunroom to the sounds of the waves? There's truly something to discover here all year round. Whether you're looking to master your swing at one of the several golf courses in the area, spending the day exploring Point Pelee National Park or perhaps checking out one of the other numerous festivals around town, or exploring some of the wineries in the area. In the Leamington/kingsville area you will always find something to excite your senses.
This waterfront cottage on Lake Erie offers breathtaking views of the water. You’ll enjoy gorgeous sunrise and sunset views from the huge interior windows or from patio.
The 3 bedrooms and open floor layout is perfect for larger Families. The fully stocked kitchen comes with high-end appliances to prepare your own meals, and there are laundry facilities to ensure you have a convenient vacation. The living areas have large picture windows for lake views, as well as cosy fireplaces for cooler weather. 2 of the bedrooms has its own access to deck, perfect for romantic evenings.
If you’re bringing the kids, you’ll have plenty of indoor entertainment for rainy days, such as television with Netflix & board games.. There’s also a backyard for outdoor play, and you can rent kayaks and canoes at Pelee Wings up the road or directly in Point Pelee National Park .

The neighbourhood is just outside town limits down a road full of waterfront homes that Leads to Point Pelee National Park. You are minutes away from the town centre, Erie Shores Golf and Country Club, The beaches, marina and many Conservation areas.
You will definitely need a car or bike. They are many walking/hiking trails in the area.

Rental Agreement - Guest must sign rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your rental. There will be no refunds given if the agreement is not signed. A $350 offline Security deposit will be required and a link will be sent to you.
Smoking/Vaping -Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the house. Please smoke outside and dispose of all cigarettes butts appropriately in the ashtrays that are provided. Additional cleaning fees maybe charged in the event cigarette butts are found outside of the ashtrays.
Shoes - We ask that you do not wear shoes inside the house, as it tracks in a lot of things we prefer stay outdoors.
Bugs- We recommend that you come prepared with appropriate bug repellent, such as bug spray, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience during your outdoor activities. Bug spray can greatly assist in minimizing any inconvenience caused by insects.
Unannounced guests - Prices are based on double occupancy. We ask that there are no unregistered guest past 10pm. Pre check in form must be submitted-All guests must be registered.
First Aid Kit & Fire Extinguisher - We have provided both a First Aid Kit and fire extinguisher in case of an emergency.
Housekeeping - There is no daily housekeeping service. While linen and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit to towels or linens to be taken from the house. Should you need extra maid service, please contact us to arrange it. Extra maid services would be at an extra cost.
NOISE-GUESTS SHOULD NOT CREATE EXCESSIVE NOISE AT A LEVEL THAT DISTURBS NEIGHBORS. QUIET TIME IS FROM 9PM-8AM
Garbage - Any garbage must be stowed in the appropriate bins. We recommend the garbage is taken out daily to avoid unnecessary odors.
Recycle - Please separate plastics and cardboard and place in the correct bin. Do not place in plastic bags. Failure to separate will result in a $75.00 sorting fee.
Parking - Please park vehicles in designated parking areas only. Please do not park on the grass. Any illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Appliances & kitchenware - Only use appliances for their intended uses. We have provided basic kitchenware for our guests, we kindly ask that you load and start dishwasher before you leave. Dish soap and cloths are located under the sink.
Furniture and decor - Please do not move the furniture or decor. This can damage the floors and disturb the atmosphere of the home we have work so hard to create.
OUTDOOR CUSHIONS MUST BE TAKEN IN AFTER EACH USE AND BEFORE CHECK-OUT. WEATHER CONDITIONS MAY CAUSE DAMAGE, ALSO UNBRELLA PUT DOWN AND TIED. FAILURE TO DO SO, WILL RESULT IN A FEE DUE TO NEGLIGENCE.
Pets - Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for pets of any kind.
Towels - Please leave used towels on the floor in the bathroom.
Water and septic - DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages of up to $5000.
Liability - The owners and property manager (PM) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner and PM are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other whom the invite to use the premise.

Our family of four decided to take a short summer trip to the Pelee Island area. We were so fortunate to find this absolutely amazing cottage to take our long deserved vacation. We have two teenage kids and we were able to do so much and yet, we still did not see everything. The cottage was exceptionally clean and organized. Check in was smooth and we were in walking and biking distance to Point Pelee Park. We were only a 10 minute drive to restaurants and stores. We ate out one evening and the food was fantastic. We were close to the Ferry, it was only a short drive. We spent one day on Pelee Island, it was glorious but a very long bike ride, it’s better to explore with a car or E-bike. We were close to some amazing beaches. We all felt the cottage was comfortable and cozy. It truly exceeded our expectations. Our kids loved their rooms and the beds were so comfortable. A grand and sincere thank you to our host.

My family and I stayed at this wonderful rental for five full days. The lake house was perfect for relaxation time, but also close to wineries, vegetable markets, and some good dining. Honestly, I could’ve stayed the whole time at the house. The furnishings were appropriate and comfortable. There was plenty of room for my family of five. The kitchen had everything we need to cook a few meals at the house. I think the area I enjoy most was right in-front of the big window that looked out onto Lake Erie. Just sitting in those chairs and looking out at the water was amazing. I would say my sons and husband enjoy the backyard the most. They were able to cast lines in the water and do some fishing. My husband said the fishing was better here than going out on a boat with a guide. They were very happy to catch and release. I would not hesitate coming back to this location. The house was wonderful, and the property managers were very easy to work with.

We felt relaxed and enjoyed the welcoming cottage as soon as we arrived. Well appointed inside and out with many comfortable sitting areas with lovely views of the lake. Not suited for swimming out front but lots of beaches only a few minutes drive away. We'd be happy to go back next summer!

We stayed here for four nights during the “festival of birds” in May. This cottage was immaculate, and looks like it very recently had an extensive renovation. Everything was new and sparkling and just a joy to be in. The kitchen had everything we needed, and more-huge fridge, new range and microwave and dishwasher. Plus anything you’d need to make a gourmet meal and have people for dinner.
The living room was large, had plenty of seating, a fantastic view of the lake, big TV and new gas fireplace. There were three large comfy bedrooms, with the master having its own powder room. The main bathroom had a double sink and a large tub and shower. There was also a full-sized washer/dryer.
The outside property was grassy and well kept with plenty of seating and eating areas.
Can’t say enough good things about this property and we really hope is available again next year!

Amazing property
We were simply blown away from the minute we walked in the front door of this house.
It was Immaculate and very comfortable. We can't wait to book more time there and our stay will be longer for sure.
You basically need to bring nothing but your food as we found a very well-stocked kitchen for utensils plates and Essentials.

A very, very nice vacation property, executive luxury, in excellent condition, with well-appointed kitchen, nice patio areas overlooking big water. A friendly owner, a very helpful and accessible property manager, friendly neighbours, curious wildlife and birds dropping by for a visit, and a national park just minutes away (with family pass supplied, thank you very much for that). A home away from home, couldn't ask for anything more, a great time was had by all. Hope to make a return visit in the spring for the bird migration.

Relaxing visit
We had a great time. The attention to detail and quality is impressive. The photos make the place seem smaller than it actually is. The only minor downside is that my wife wants to redecorate our house to look like the cottage.
