This newly renovated condo is walking distance to downtown Moab shops, restaurants, and bars, even the Moab bike path is right next door! It's a mix of everything you need to make you and your crews experience in Moab complete! With new construction and clean spaces you'll feel comfortable in the convenient location.

The building is made of 4- Condos 5,000 sq ft of Convenient Accommodations in 1 building-
Inside the Inn there are four separate condos each approximately 1200 sq ft. and includes everything you'll need for your stay except the food. Full Kitchen, 60" TV's, plenty of comfort for your whole crew. All units are equipped with roll out sofa beds, WiFi, A/c and heat, big screen TVs, full kitchen setup for cooking, linens, towels, bedding, pillows, laundry pods and dryer sheets as well as shower essentials.

Canyonlands has 2 Private King Bedrooms (1 Master ) and 2 full bathrooms. The main living area has 4 Comfortable Queen sized beds and the sofa pulls out into a bed. This condo comes with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay except the food! Both bedrooms have ROKU TV's and a 60" ROKU TV in the living area.
You'll have a private stacking washer and dryer inside your condo.

Deck/ Patio area-
Perfect for a quiet night of star gazing or resting after a day of fun. There are 2 Hot tubs available and cleaned all year, as well as 2 BBQ and 2 seating arrangements for entertaining. Quiet time is 10PM-6AM.

Outdoor Unpaid Parking- There is plenty of free street parking right around the Downtown Inn Moab. Just across the street is great trailer parking!

This place is better than the description! So many nice touches and so much room! And it’s in an excellent spot! Close to everything but far enough away for real quiet time. Would definitely book this again. The extra fees were the only thing I wasn’t thrilled with, I must have missed that in the description of the place in the beginning, but would have booked anyway. Overall very satisfied.

Love this beautiful place! We’ve stayed her several times and always come back for more:) the kitchen is well stocked the beds are cozy, the towels are soft and dreamy, my boys love the hot tub, and it’s a great location close to everything!

Great place exactly as advertised. Close walking distance to some great places to eat and drink. Centrally located and close to everything. Place was clean and well taken care of. Communication with Stephanie was great. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Moab and experience the national parks close by!

The location is great, and unit C is comfortable and pretty usefully appointed. The beds were super comfortable. One bathroom has a loose, rocking toilet, and sewer gas smell was stinky. The bedroom tv would turn on by itself, which woke our toddler up in the middle of the night. The heating unit remote controls were not user friendly, so it we couldn't adjust the temperature in the unit as needed, and no instructions were provided in the guest instruction manual. The unit also has an ant infestation. We found them in every room, and crawling on the table as we tried to eat meals. It is a modern unit, with a great location, but clearly needs some maintenance attention from the owners.

We stayed here as a home base to do some sightseeing at the National Parks. After long days of driving it was nice to be in walking distance to the stores and restaurants. The unit felt new and clean which is nice. We mainly used the bedrooms rather than the bunk beds in the living room but I can see how it could be fun with kids or a younger crowd. If a spa experience is a deciding factor, I wouldn’t get too excited about the hot tubs. We didn’t use them partly because their location felt like a back alley. Otherwise we were overall happy with our stay.

Everything was clean and new. We couldn’t find a can opener when we were making tacos, so we texted and she brought one right over. Probably the nicest Vrbo we’ve stayed in so far. The bunk beds especially were a huge hit with the kids. The teenagers just wanted to hang out in the loft part of the bunk .

Everything about this place is perfect. Location, amenities, cleanliness, hot tub, and slumber party style sleeping! It was a perfect place to return to after a 5 day White Rim bike trip. The comfy beds and clean bathrooms were a welcome treat.

We decided to book a trip to Moab super last minute with a bunch of friends. This was the perfect place to stay. We had plenty of comfortable beds to sleep in, and lots of space in the kitchen/living room area. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The entry area was super easy access for everyone, while still feeling safe. And the grill and hot tubs were the cherry on top to make for a fun getaway with friends. 10/10 recommend!

One of my best VRBO experiences. The place was clean, tidy, new. Super easy walk to Main Street. Two families stayed here, two adults, two kids each. Plenty of room. The bunkbeds were big and very comfortable beds. The back porch area was HOT but very nice. Too hot to get in the spa. Plenty of dishes, glasses. There were washing machine pods! Bathrooms were great. I don’t think we turned a TV on. Check in was seamless, I texted a couple of questions with very quick replies. I can’t think of a way that the stay could have been better. If you need a little more space then this is it.
