The staff was very helpful and nice.

The moment we entered the villa we sat for an hour and a half in the living room waiting for someone to explain to us what and how everything is going in the villa The house was not clean, carpets extremely dirty, the sheets were not clean. When asking for help from the owner of the property we received hostile and an unwelcoming treatment. The electricity kept falling down, and so did the wifi connection due to that. The staff were very nice and helpful but were literally inside our Villa, cooking for us and for themselves! We had no privacy, plus two cameras were located inside the house in the kitchen and in the dining area. The location is isolated and far from everything. There was no safe even though I the website states there is. The door to the yard does not lock so you will be basically sleeping with the door open, the lights all over the house are blinking. The water pressure is not sufficient for showering. Do anything you can to avoid booking this Villa because if you have any complaints you will face the worst treatment ever from the owner. Beware!

The chef is well versed with top-of-the-line skills in preparing all meals be it chinese, continental or Indian. Whether you're a vegetarian or non vegetarian, you'll find everything you need here. The dining area is elegant and can easily accommodate large groups, making it perfect for entertaining. The outdoor space of the Cloverleaf Villa is truly a hidden gem. The beautifully landscaped garden provides a peaceful retreat, and the pool area is a great place to cool off and soak up the sun. I also appreciated the outdoor dining area, where I could enjoy meals while taking in the breathtaking views. Overall, my stay at the Cloverleaf Villa was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of the attentive staff, luxurious accommodations, and stunning surroundings made it a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend this villa.

We were a family of 6 and had an amazing stay at Cloverleaf Villa. The villa is more spacious than it appears in the photos, with a large swimming pool. It can easily accommodate a group of 10+. The living room floor-length windows can be fully opened up which seamlessly merges the outdoors with the indoors and creates a very nice space in which to relax. The location is very close to Candolim beach (10 min drive) so was easy to make quick trips to the beach. Our stay was a truly luxurious experience, particularly due to the inhouse chef Harpal and service provided by Govind and Sanjay. Harpal was able to customize food to our tastes and made a number of dishes that were off the menu too (his Gajar Halwa was particularly scrumptious!). The breakfast (included in the price) was a 5-star affair. Food prices were slightly high, but reasonable considering the quality and in-house availability. All food was prepared in front of us and served hot and fresh on our plates, with the table set and cleared up after every meal so we could simply focus on relaxing and enjoying our vacation. We also greatly appreciated the flexibility provided by the Cloverleaf team. We were able to choose our breakfast/lunch/dinner menu everyday and they even set aside baby food for the 2-year old. Arun, the owner, was kind enough to let us check-out late since our flight was delayed. We will definitely look forward to visiting Cloverleaf again the next time we are in Goa. One thing to note is that the property requires ~50% advance payment. While I was hesitant to pay directly to the property initially (since I have never paid an advance on booking.com), we never faced any issues with the transaction or with the billing. So go ahead and book Cloverleaf villa if it is available!

Some of the lights in the villa were flickering (we were told it was because of the voltage), access to the property is through a slightly narrow road so can be a little challenging to drive through.

We are Polish family stayed at The Cloverleaf Villa which is a beautiful property with a magnificent morning view. Everything was so good about the Villa starting from the warm welcome with a drink and a cold towel. The staff are so polite and they treat us so well that we didn't feel like going out but to just enjoy the property and their hospitality. The chef was a magician and they always served us a proper dinning table. Everything was cooked hot and fresh in front of us. The property is neat, the bathrooms are cleaned and dried everyday. They provideed us with everything we needed. Big swimming pool was exclusively only for us, no sharing at all. Location was excellent in a quiet area but very well connected to everywhere. All the hot spots were within 15 mins driving distance. This is definitely a comeback place. This was our best Villa experience so far. Well done!

We stayed at the Cloverleaf Villa and enjoyed the luxury of a 5 star property. The location is very convenient and view from the villa is breathtaking. All the stores, night clubs, restaurants and the market at are easily accessible. The staff and food is amazing and I especially thank them for their hospitality. The owner was very helpful and courteous as well. We came from USA and we never thought that the property and services will meet our expectations but they exceeded. The name of the villa does justice to itself because it is a Superluxury Villa. Highly Recommended 💓
