DETAILS: Welcome to "Don't Worry Beach Happy" in the heart of Destin! This 9-bedroom, 8-bathroom home sleeps 27 guests comfortably and is located just steps from the neighborhood beach access. Guests will love the ample outdoor entertaining space from the home's private pool and multiple sprawling balconies. It has also been completely remodeled with new appliances and furnishings. Step inside, and you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you will need and a large living area with a 55" flat-screen TV and large double living room with plenty of seating. There's a custom dining table that can be pulled apart for additional bench seating. The gourmet kitchen is roomy and well equipped with new appliances, including a five-burner gas stove so that you can enjoy freshly prepared seaside delicacies. From the living room, you can access the fenced-in backyard that features that beautiful private pool, plenty of lounge seating, and a grill. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor, both with king beds and their own bathrooms. The second room has a bathroom that can be accessed from the bedroom and the hallway.
The second floor has 5 more guest rooms, including another primary suite. The primary on this floor has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The next 2 bedrooms both have queen beds. One has a private bathroom, while the other is shared with the hallway. Both rooms share a balcony. There are also 2 bunk rooms on this floor. The first bunk room has a twin-over-twin-over-twin bed and shares the hallway bathroom. The second bunk room is the largest room which has 2 full-over-full bunk beds with twin trundles. This room also features a media area with a flat-screen TV and bean bag seats, along with a private bathroom.

We had a great time at this house. The pool was fun for the kids and the beach was only 2 blocks away. The golf cart was nice to bring our stuff to the beach. The bikes were only okay, they are not well maintained but other than that the house was great.

There were so many problems.
No one available to assist us when we checked in. we would call and be placed on hold for 20 to 30 minutes and then the phone would disconnect. The exhaust fan over the oven didn’t work so the house was constantly smoky - never fixed despite calling.The front bedroom had housed a cigarette smoker at some point, despite the house being advertised "non-smoking".The sheets on some of the beds didn’t fit (neither did the replacements that were brought), the icemaker didn’t work - neither in the fridge, nor did the separate icemaker. Management never fixed the icemaker while we were there, but did deliver a bag of ice. Handle on the coffee pot was broken (dangerous) and that was never replaced despite our request, and a photo sent of the coffee pot. The front and back doors were disgustingly dirty around the locks and the handles. We asked that those cleaned and they were. There were very few cleaning products in the house. A house that has beds for 17 to 18 people should be stocked with more than 2 ounces of dish soap and one roll of paper towels and no tissues Only one fridge and one dishwasher despite there being room for a second dishwasher to be set in the cabinets. Overhead lights on first floor with wattage to land an airplane, but only two table lamps, one of which was broken. Dimmers to the overhead lights are needed. There were no tables out on patio, unlike ad photos, nor were there rugs inside in livingroom. Sofas worn and need replacement

Everything was so nice! I was just perfect for our family vacation. We had a party of 22 and it was so much room available.

The stay was comfortable there is a gate around the pool which was a safety measure for younger kids who may be inquisitive. However, you could not enjoy the pool at night. The backyard was very dark and the pool does not have lights. Also, there is a very loud bell that continuously goes off when the back door of the house is opened leading to the pool. It was very annoying so guest had to constantly push the button when someone exits the door. It was very annoying because we had older guest.

We are a family of 17 with ages ranging from 9 through 82. We vacation together once every year, usually in the Miramar/Destin area.
The location of this rental is perfect, since it's close to literally everything. We enjoyed the golf cart for getting around, as well as the bikes. The house is beautiful! It and the pool were very clean. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with dishes and such, and all the appliances worked well.
There were a few things, however, that were deal-breakers for us ever renting this house again.
Several beds are very worn out. Some of us (who don't have back issues) got up with backaches all week.
There is an icemaker in the closet/pantry between the kitchen and living room that runs almost constantly. It is loud enough to be a major distraction while having a conversation in the living room. It also makes the tv volume much higher than it should be.
There is only one refrigerator. For a large family that cooks almost all meals instead of eating out, that pretty much guarantees you will have to go to the store daily.
These things may seem nit-picky to some. For us though, when we pay this much for a house we want to be satisfied with it, not irritated by it.

House was perfect for our annual family location! We could congregate in the open concept kitchen and living room comfortably, and there were 20 of us! Living room starting to show signs of wear and tear, recommend a professional cleaning or replacement. Because we’re a large group, we cook in and condition of cookware was challenging. Great location and nice yo have bikes and golf cart!!

The property was absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our family! We enjoyed the pool everyday and it was just a short walk to the beach! We didn’t want it to end but we are so excited to plan another vacay to Destin soon and would definitely choose this property again!

This was the perfect place for our large family to gather and hang out. Short walk to the beautiful white sand beach! All of the amenities were great, golf cart, bikes, ice machine and pool! Living space was roomy and comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone!
My only wish was it would have been nice to have a second fridge. Some of our group drove down so we were able to bring coolers for beverages, but would have been crammed if we would have all flown.
We are already talking about going back!

360 Blue Don't Worry Beach Happy house was the perfect size for our annual family trip. The location was perfect for shopping, restaurants, and beach access. One of the shower curtains needed to be changed but someone came to address it while we were there. The bikes were great for kids and adults. My only concern was that lawn guys came to clean up around the pool but didn't announce themselves. The kids were playing around the pool and people were lounging outside when they came in the back and started blowing. This did not damper our stay. We enjoyed this location.

House large enough for all 15 of us enough space to be comfortable. Kitchen well equipped wonderful ice machine which was great to have. Pool was nice size chairs around pool were in great condition. Downfall was poor internet service which affected kids watching movies and playing video games. Walking distance to beach was about a 5 minute walk straight up the street. People who care for property were extremely responsive when called

I have now learned to never rent a home from a rental company after this house. This house was clean when we arrived but you can tell it is a rental home and not personally cared for like the ones I’ve stayed in with actual owners managing it.
The air conditioning was completely broken and water was pouring out from the fire alarm when we arrived. The room smelled like mold and the ceiling had water stains. They did promptly get an HVAC guy there that couldn’t fix the AC that day but said he would return the following day with the new part but did not return and nothing from management. We had to use window units that were incredibly loud which caused trouble sleeping.
Several bathroom fans were broken, an outlet was hanging out of the wall in the kitchen, the refrigerator ice maker was broken, the blender was broken and the bunk beds are 100% unsafe. They wobble with the slightest touch and several of us ended up on the couch because they weren’t sturdy.
I did address all concerns with management.. and their response was “I’m sorry, we can’t help these things sometimes happen” and while I can see that for the AC.. the rest is just unacceptable.
Lastly.. these are outdated photos. Would I stay here again? No. Never again. It was just ok. The only plus was the company answered the phone and the house is decorated nicely on floor 1. That’s pretty much it.
