This new place is a jewel, one bedroom, 1 shower room with a 40 sqm terrace and a jacuzzi spa. Located in a quiet neighborhood near the port in a small building of 12 places. There is a communal pool. Recently renovated to a high standard and all new furniture. It is an easy walk to all the shops and the old town.
High speed internet for working remotely and a smart TV. There is high quality linen and a well equipped kitchen, oven, micowave, dishwasher and full fridge. The bedroom has a large unique window wall. There is aircon in both rooms. lots of free street parking. Spectacular views from the large terracce. very quiet and the spa is a welcome feature after a long day of touring. The building has a shared pool May thru October.

Very comfortable apartment, clean and well laid out for a small space. Internet, appliances all worked perfect. Good communication with Molly throughout. The bus stop 5 mins away very handy for trips into Nice. We had great weather for October and the mosquito screen allowed us to keep the patio door open. Also having a parking spot was a bonus. Would recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The apartment is pristine and well equipped. It has everything you need, and so modern. The host couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful. As for the view from the apartment, it is everything. We spent hours staring out at the water and the impressive yachts sailing by - we even went out to buy binoculars to get a better look. Sitting in the hot tub, with a drink and the views was total bliss. Will most certainly be returning when we get the chance.

Very Nice, Molly the manager was awesome, helpful, had maps, bus pass, instructions for everything, showed us how to work everything. You'll get a good workout climbing the hills of Villafranche.

We have just returned from 6 days at Villefranche-sur-Mer. The place is lovely but it was made more so by the wonderful accommodation. The apartment was as described but beautiful and spacious. It had everything you could wish for coupled with superb views. We loved the fact the apartment was modern and very trendy. The hot tub was fabulous after a long day. Molly looked after us well which was the icing on the cake. This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be returning. Thank you very much Molly. Best wishes Sue and Phil

We loved our stay here! We booked it largely for the views and expansive terrace which were exactly as pictured and well-worth the walk from town. If you don’t mind a few uphill minutes, you will be rewarded with the great sunrises, sunsets, boat watching, peace and quiet we got from the neighborhood and sitting on our deck with rosé in hand! The interior was well-finished with a comfy bed, stocked kitchen, rain shower, A/C, useful electronics, and was super clean on arrival. Mollie was probably the best host we have had across the various rental platforms and arranged our airport transfers, was responsive before and throughout, met us on day one with wine and special treats for our visit, and lots of personal recommendations that we used and loved. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon!

I have been going to villefrance for many years. I particularly love this apartment as it is quiet well, appointed walkable to the old town train and buses. All my needs were well attended graciously. I plan to return to this little jewel!

This is a really lovely property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location, high quality comfortable furnishings, a great view from the deck -- and a really helpful host. We typically choose a new location each year for our holiday -- but we are very likely to return to this one.

Great property, convenient location. We were 10-15 minutes to bus, train, Old Town, beach and Marina. Great coastal view with excellent private outdoor space. Our hostess, Molly was excellent and arranged for pick up at train station and our airport departure. Love this gem!

The apartment is just wonderful and looks exactly like the pictures in fact better in person. The view from the hot tub never gets old and wee hours watching all the boats coming and going. The apartment is situated in a lovely spot and close to all restaurants and shops. It’s easy to get around on the bus too and we went to Monaco, Nice and Menton very easily by bus. We will definitely stay here again and can’t thank Molly enough for how helpful she was throughout our stay.

This apartment is absolutely fabulous. It's in a quiet area with the 10 minutes walk to the centre of the town and harbour. A supermarket and bakery are only 5 minutes walk. It's an easy walk to the beaches as well. The apartment is very well maintained, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The hot tub is the cherry on top, we used it every day and the view from the hot tub over the harbour is great. Molly is a fantastic host and very welcoming. She gave us lots of information about the area and a bottle of rosé too, which we enjoyed whilst sat in the hot tub. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this fantastic apartment. We loved how comfortable and well decorated it was, the bed was really comfy and kitchen and bathroom were perfectly equipped for us. But the biggest plus for us was the outdoor space. Not just a jacuzzi with a view to die for, but the decking, chairs and table and the sunloungers made it the perfect place on the Côte. Besides that we were really happy with the indoors parking space (spacious enough for our VW polo or even slightly bigger cars) and that it felt really private (garden and apartment) even though it is an apartment building.

Pour la réservation nous avons pu échanger facilement avec la propriétaire ; pareil pour convenir de notre arrivée. L’appartement est idéalement situé : tout Villefranche peut se faire à pieds (commerces, marché, plage, port, restaurant …). On est en plus protégé du bruit et de l’agitation. C’est un petit immeuble collectif ; l’appartement voisin en rez-de-jardin est aussi en location saisonnière. L’appartement est fonctionnel : électroménager de grande marque, climatisation, nécessaire de toilette, pour cuisiner, et le jacuzzi. Molly est disponible, toujours souriante et de bon conseil. Probable qu’on y retournera.

Hele vejen igennem en rigtig god kontakt med administratoren Molly, som også tog imod os ved ankomst. Her fik vi en rigtig god gennemgang af lejlighed samt faciliteter. Desuden fik vi meget info om Villefrance, gode restauranter, sightseeing ect. Lejligheden er nyrenoveret med gode materialer og godt udstyret, samt den er rigtig hyggelig. Skøn stor terrasse med SPA samt lækker udsigt over bugten. Der er privat parkering i garage, hvilket er rigtig godt. Helt sikker en sted vi vil anbefale og vi har reserveret den igen til næste år.
