Welcome to Annapolis; where history and nature coincide!
You will feel right at home in this confortable 1 bedroom 1 bath condo with dedicated parking.
It is close to many of the things you have to come to visit!
I enjoy traveling and meeting people! I think you will get that feeling as soon as you come to my home. I love to cook, so the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals including all kinds of cookware and many spices, which you are welcome to use.
It is not large, so I am good as being creative with space, The seafood market is just a few miles away and filled with fresh local seafood for you to get inspired by ingredients and ideas. I have a lovely patio space which is ready for a relaxing cup of coffee in the morning.
Trust me, the queen bed will tempt you into relaxing the day away, but there is too much to see and do!
With shopping and restaurants so close you’ll have to take advantage!
My home is conveniently located about 3 miles from the US Naval Academy, the State House, the Annapolis Museum, the city dock and historic district.
The condo is on the third floor, there is no elevator.
Cheap to grab a taxi, so you do not have the hassle a parking spot.
I am 35 minutes from BWI and about 45 minutes from DC airport.
Come and enjoy my home. I think you will really like it!

Our stay was just what we needed for an event that we were attending in the area. Our host was very clear on how to check-in, the apartment exactly matched our expectations and we had no trouble parking. The only complaint is that the next door neighbor seems to be a smoker and that sometimes comes through the vents. That's beyond the host's control of course. We would definitely stay here again 😁

Our stay at Nathalie’s condo was perfect. It’s a very quiet condo that is well kept and has everything you need for an enjoyable time. It’s very close to all of the tourist areas of Annapolis and great restaurants.(Try Juliep!) We took an easy 30 minute drive to Washington DC to enjoy the museums. Sandy Point State Park was a great little place to visit. Nathalie was in touch during our stay and let us know she was available if needed. Great stay!

We enjoyed our 2 nights at Cozy Place Close to the docks. Easy access and personalized connection with Nathalie were appreciated! We enjoyed the French and sail boating themes in the apartment, aligned the Annapolis maritime history! The docks are a short drive and old Town Annapolis was pleasant and historical!

I stayed at this apartment for a weekend trip to Annapolis. The apartment is very clean and Nathalie was very quick responding to our questions and made sure we got in the property easily and had a great stay. The apartment is about 15 mins away from downtown Annapolis but it’s a great location if you’re wanting to explore the area. No place we went was farther than a 15 min drive so super easy to get around and see more than just downtown. The apartment had everything we needed and i would definitely stay here again when coming back to Annapolis!

The Condo was located near the Historic area of Annapolis, MD and the US Naval Academy. Condo was clean and well equipped. Unit is ideally suited for a couple but is a "walk-up" and there is no elevator.
Check-in was easy and communication with the owner was excellent.
One minor complaint is that the towels need to be replaced.
We would definitely stay here again.

Nathalie’s place was clean, charming and close to DTA & the stadium. Nathalie responded immediately to my questions and was very accommodating to the changes I made. I’d definitely stay at her place the next time I need a place to stay in Annapolis.
