Happy few days- excellent location for beautiful swimming, cafes and accessibility to Dubrovnik

Location was excellent- wonderful view. Good little kitchenette area. Cavtat so lovely for swimming and cafes and evening walks around the peninsula. Stunning mausoleum on hill above the town. Live music in the evenings and an open air cinema one night. Maro was so helpful and kind, with any queries that we had. Thank you.

Nothing we didn't like. Beds a little soft, but fine.

Ferie her med alt rett i nærheten med gangavstand, opphold for ro og energi med masse skjarm.

Fantastisk beliggenhet med nydelig utsikt til sjøen. Til å være uten kjøkken var det godt utstyrt og lagt til rette med vannkoker, toastjern, glass og asjetter. Til og med såpe og koppehåndklær så det var mulig å vaske under vann på badet. God skygge på balkongen

Var ikke kjøkken. Rommet var litt i minste laget.

Super ubytování kousek od Dubrovníku

Apartmán je na skvělém místě a s nádherným výhledem na moře, Cavcat i Dubrovník. Trávili jsme zde i Silvestr a bylo to fajn. Parkování kousek od domu. V Dubrovníku jste autem do půl hoďky.

Amazing view, private large terrace, steps to beach and restaurants, amazing host.

View- The view on the large private terrace was beautiful, when booking I was worried if the view of the ocean would be cut off because I was in the lower level room, but it was perfect and the outdoor area was spacious and private. Room- The room was great, there is a full kitchen with everything you need for an extended stay, the bedroom was comfortable and had A/C. The bathroom has a spacious shower, a sink, and toilet. The main area has a large couch, TV, and best of all a huge window with a view of the ocean and sunset. This is a perfect place for a couple to stay at. Cavtat/City- This was my first time in Cavtat and I was worried that because it was so close to the airport it would not be impressive, or loud or dirty etc - and I couldn't be more wrong. I have been to Dubrovnik twice (and loved it both times) and would still come back to Cavtat before Dubrovnik. It is a beautiful town with amazing views and beaches, good restaurants, good hikes, close to wineries, and way less touristy than bigger cities. Thank you for the great stay and I look forward to coming back soon!

Great apartment with a stunning sea view

The apartment has an AMAZING view. The sea is perfectly visible from the windows an even better from a terrace where you can eat and drink with this amazing atmosphere. Really calm and well equipped apartment. It is very nice to cook there.

Pleasant

The location is great, extremely close to the center but still calm. The views are amazing.

No communication at all. No one to check us in , no one at the check out. Zero personal feel. It’s important to know that the taxi cannot enter Cavtat center therefore you cannot approach the apartment unless someone that lives there picks you up. And you can imagine my check in at night , with heavy bags , a small kid… a bit of a disaster I have to admit. The mattress is quite old and therefore quite uncomfortable.

Comfortable room with beautiful view

Fantastic balcony with beautiful view of Cavtat marina, perfect for spending an afternoon with a glass of wine watching the boats come and go. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We will be back!

A fantastic holiday with an excellent apartment, beautiful countryside and very friendly Croatians.

Exceptional location. Fantastic views from balcony with a 2 minute walk to restaurants/bars and the shops. The apartment was very clean/well equipped and comfortable and our host, Marija, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable. The apartment is overlooking the sea and Cavtat. We loved the original works of art and the attention to detail. The welcome gift was nice too! Overall, we had a great stay, Cavtat is amazing and a boat ride away from Dubrovnik. We highly recommend this apartment. The overall experience in Croatia was amazing!

Marvellous view, very easy short walk into the town centre, Maro gave us a free ride to and from the airport and invited us for a beer on the first afternoon. The description of this place as an apartment is a little misleading as it's essentially a room with a small space to make sandwiches, and the decor wasn't especially sophisticated but for the price we paid it was a fine choice and we were pleased not to have upgraded to the bigger room which would have had less of a view.

Our double room had an absolutely stunning balcony view of the bay. Beautiful room, fully equipped with all we needed, inc fridge, cooker, microwave & utensils. Spotlessly clean. Maro was a very welcoming host and so helpful. He left us to the bus station on our last morning without us even asking. Thanks for a lovely stay!!

Good value for money

Location and views from balcony 10+ ( rooms nro 2+3). Suitable sized room and a nice, spacious bathroom. All necessary kitchen utensils are available. As a bonus, a large fridge and bread grill. Everything is just a few minutes' walk away (old town, restaurants, grocery shop, bakery, bus station, etc.) I would come again.

The apartment is situated in the best location of Cavtat - close to the restaurants and markets, but still far enough to have peace and enjoy the most beautiful view from the balcony. It overlooks the whole bay, so you can soak tranquil mornings listening to the birds, as well as stunning sunsets. It is spacious enough and also very well-equipped, especially the kitchen. It is perfect for amazing romantic stay for two!

We loved the place and will come back hopefully!

The view was exceptional! We were in a studio apartment that had all of the necessary amenities for a family. The staff was very cordial, and they accepted all of our requests to make our stay more pleasant. We were traveling with a baby so we really appreciated the good hygiene and the lack of noise in the apartment.

It was a little bit hard to find the place, but the owners were very helpful. It may be good to get in touch with the owners ahead of the stay :)

Breathtaking views, comfortable accommodation, central location, great hosts

We stayed two nights in November on our way back to the US. The weather was beautiful (sunny and warm). We greatly enjoyed the breathtaking and unforgettable views from our spacious balcony onto the bays, the mountains and historic Cavtat! It was so peaceful and relaxing early in the morning for me to work and enjoy my morning coffee while overlooking the sea. The temperature was in the 70’s F (21 Celsius) midday so we went swimming! and enjoyed the beaches and bars just below the property. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. The host answered all our questions and provided us with extra beach towels. We had amazing local seafood and did sightseeing in Cavtat, visiting the mausoleum (the same sculptor did some of the famous sculptures in the US such as the Spearman in Chicago), the Bukovac museum with his paintings and the Seashell museums, which were amazing discoveries in this small town with long and rich history. We also went to Dubrovnik with a local bus number 10 that is an easy ride and had dinner there and a little stroll, but happily returned to the quieter Cavtat. This guest house is centrally located. Just about 300 feet (100 m) from the property are several grocery stores, pharmacy, post office, two bakeries, a fresh vegetable and seafood market. The host was kind to drive us from and back to the airport for free, only a short 10 min ride (if your order the cab it’s 20 dollars one way). We certainly recommend this fantastic place and experience. We will definitely be back next summer and we can’t wait !!

One of the best value holidays we have ever had.

Fantastic place to stay. Maro the owner was the friendliest host you could wish for throughout our stay. The accommodation was superb value for money and we both absolutely loved the resort. Bars, restaurants, shops and the waterfront are all a couple of minutes walk away. There is a stunning view of the town and water from the terrace outside the room.

Superb view and location

A brilliant studio apartment in a superb location with wonderful views from the balcony. I have stayed at several apartments and hotels in Cavtat and this is the very best. A well equipped studio, stylishly decorated and so near the village centre but also very peaceful. A lot of Cavtat accommodation involves walking up a steep hill - Mara and Petrunjela are easily accessible. A special mention to Maro, a most generous host, who drove me to the airport. I look forward to returning and recommending these apartments to friends and family.

I didn't like the satin bed linen and would prefer cotton! However, I realise that this is a matter of personal taste and it was very stylish.

Nice view and position

The position was excellent for for walking around Cavtat. Just within the pedestrian area everything can be reached on foot once the car is safely parked..There is a lovely view from Mara Appt and its even better from the terrace of Petrunjela which is above Mara. The Appt Mara has a really cute garden but you need mosquito repellent to avoid unnecessary insect interest. Very friendly owner who offered us drinks with

The Apartment was very basic and quite dark. Bedroom and living area windows could not be opened as there were no screens or nets. There was a damp stale odour especially on the bed linen despite looking clean. This property is managed by a direct booking agent who was responsive but information was not correct resulting in several calls messages etc to finally meet host who has to navigate you into parking area and then Apartment via the pedestrian area. This apartment did not appear in the photos on the site. They may be photos of the villa above. Ventilation of property was not to my liking especially in bathroom. The kitchen window was broken and did not close. It was not specified in name which apartment I booked and even the owner didn't know so it was an uncomfortable check in.

Location, location, location. With wonderful views of Cavtat especially Rooms 2 and 3 (studios)had the best views from fabulous balconies. .The apartment on the top floor (room 1) had great views from the living and bedroom window's.It also had a balcony leading of the kitchen with a reasonable view and in October has lovely early morning to lunch time sun.The lady from the agency was very pleasant and welcoming.

Room 2 and 3 recieve limited sun (certainly in early October)but of course some people could see this as an advantage

What a great ending to our trip to Croatia!

Fantastic location and gorgeous water view from our balcony. Owners were very kind and helped us when we arrived with booking transportation to the airport for our 7am flight the next day. Enjoyed our stay here as well as the charming town of Cavtat. Such a peaceful vibe, compared to the throngs of tourist groups in Dubrovnik.

Beautiful location. Cavtat is lovely and the apartment is so close to the Harbour and town centre with stunning views The owners are lovely and even insisted he take us to the airport on our departure. Highly recommended and very willing to please their guests

The location is great, right in the centre, but with lots of greenery around it. The flat has a lovely balcony overseeing the old town. Staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Perfect accomodation

I can't rate this accommodation highly enough, and the owners are two of the loveliest people! The view from the balcony is incredible, a stones throw from the ocean. At the bottom of the hill is Peko Bakery(a must every morning). So handy to everything, apartment was perfect. Nothing bad to say! We will be back and have recommended to everyone. Hopefully see you soon
