Sunday brunch really good!
Our room was a bit far up hill. 80 steps. Prefer closer

Resort bonito em frente a uma praia pequena e perfeita. Água do mar super quente e. Aí tem ondas. Perfeita pra relaxar. A piscina em frente a praia é muito boa. Ficamos em um estúdio com vista para o mar que tinha uma varanda excelente. Cozinha do ap completa e funcional
Não fazem limpeza do quarto. Ficamos 5 noites e não teve limpeza do quarto, cozinha e nada. Somente trocaram as toalhas porque pedimos. O telefone do quarto parecia ter um problema e tocava muitas vezes inclusive durante a madrugada. Tivemos que tirar da tomada porque não resolviam o problema. A cama era tipo
Um sofá cama e por isso o colchete não era bom.

The staff was very nice. The facility offers cart rides, for free, anywhere on the property. The staff had great hospitality. One of the restaurants on the property had good breakfast.
The beach had a lot of seaweed. Couldn’t really enjoy the waterfront. We didn’t have a comfortable bed. The bed was a pull out bed from the wall, that converts to a couch.

Ate breakfast in room. Nice kitchenette. Good pizza Cafe. The seafood restaurant was too expensive. The pool was lovely.
Change linens more often. Stay in suite closer to lobby. Ours was top of a steep hill hard to climb. Taxis plentiful and helpful but expensive.

It offered a great atmosphere with excellent water access. The people and taxi's were very accommodating.

Good location, a great restaurant
Activities hut was never staffed. Were never warned that garbage would never be picked up . Restaurant bar server on Sunday was rude and impertinent.

Clean. Friendly staff.
The power went off for one hour suddenly. There was no running water for that period of time either.
The lights were out the night we Checked in. I couldn’t see going down the stairs with my luggage. I tripped on the shoes on a mat of my neighbor. It was SO dark. Dangerous. Horrible first impression. We expected a view of the sea.
It is dated. It needs some updates around the pool, the lobby.
The random times for the pool bar never met our time at the pool.
We were much more comfortable and spent more time at another resort, where our friends were staying.

The property was clean and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The pool was beautiful at night.
We were charged a $14.99 daily energy fee that wasn’t disclosed until 2 days before we arrived for our stay. It was too late to cancel or make a change in plans. This was a plain resort with none of the frills! No continental breakfast and a $15 daily charge to use their hot plate. The mosquitoes were a huge annoyance and made it impossible to sit out on the patio for any length of time.

The on-site restaurants
The rooms was not cleaned. I have blood stains on one bed and yellow stains on another. none of the staff seemed to care

They overcharged me for my stay then tried to argue with me and made me over pay them threatening not to let us leave after my card had already been charged. Rooms don’t come with furniture or even a real king bed definitely not worth $2000 stay ! They had to mail me a money order leaving me with almost any money to travel back home all because they overcharged me while showing them h had already paid for my stay in FULL visible on my bank statement
The staff

Breakfast was great. The chef (Lucia) came by to say hello and we had a nice chat. You can eat and enjoy the view of the bay. The entire staff is fabulous and welcoming.

How convenience it was to other locations and restaurants. The room was decent.
I think due to it being a resort maybe breakfast should have been included. I also feel that when requested we should of been able to have housekeeping come tidy up the room, take out the trash and old towels, but we were told they do not do that.

The people working for and around the property were great. I wish I could remember all the names but i was greeted with kindness from day 1 by the front desk and the gentleman that drove me and my suitcases to my room even though its a short walk. Young man named Moy helped me understand everything having to do with my bill. i chose to extend my stay and had questions and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I had a complimentary drink at the water sports hut on their property and Bruno was awesome. Made me feel like a local and recommended things to do. The pool bar , Caribbean Fish Market and Sangrias Bistro were all 2 min walk max and staffed by people who remember you if you show up more than once. It would be real easy to just never leave the property but when I needed to Eric was always punctual and fair and i felt like i was riding with a friend. I would literally wake up and send a text, maybe i needed to go to k mart in town, then wanted to go to a certain beach… It was amazing to someone like me used to public transportation in the 48. Most days i planned what i was doing the next day with Eric while i was getting a ride back to the resort. For those who don’t know vi is very hilly they drive on the left side of the road etc… renting a car was not an option in my mind, my biggest worry was how i would move around the island but there was nothing out of reach, i even went to St Johns Island. Texted Eric, in no more than an hour he had gotten me to the ferry, took the short ride over and was walking around the shops at St Johns .
i’d really be stretching to say anything here
