We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. There was room for everyone and a good time was had by all. It was a peaceful getaway and opportunity to celebrate a 70th birthday with family. These memories will last beyond a lifetime and we are so glad we came. The pool was smaller than expected but even so, it was large enough for the younger and smaller folks.

The views from the various decks are beautiful! Each bedroom has its own bathrooms, which is perfect for families! It is the perfect cabin for families, due to the pool, game room and theater room.

First let me say this house is amazing. If you are looking for seclusion, peaceful stay this is the place. The house itself has so much to offer, it is absolutely beautiful. My son loved the pool, it is small but was nice and clean. We took some time and enjoyed the movie room, played a few games of pool, and arcade games. The Canjun Castle is worth every penny. The peace and quiet is worth the price you pay to stay here. Everything we needed as far as pots and pans more then enough, but please make sure you take your own seasoning because there is nothing but salt and pepper, but we always carry stuff like that when we go on vacations. I saw where some people complained about the bugs on the deck. You are in the mountains surrounded by trees, I think a few dead bugs or live ones is to be expected but please do not let that keep you from here. We are not outdoorsy bug people and we were fine sitting on the decks. Now the driveway to this house is something else, it is steep. I definitely would not be coming here in the winter months, trying to climb or go down that hill during ice or snow is not for me.
Thank you Cameron we loved your home and we will definitely be back.

The entrance to the property is a little scary because its steep BUT it is well worth it! You feel like you are all alone up there and if you want privacy this is the place to be. The kitchens and bathrooms are super equipped! I packed extra paper towels and toilet paper because there was quite a few of us. The inside of the house was pretty clean along with the pool, hot tub and grill! The outside decks and balconies had some webs and bugs but thats expected. A really nice feature was the grill and firepit(table) were connected to the house gas so no tanks were required. I had questions about certain things on the property and Cameron was very respectful and responsive! Loved our stay here!

My family and I had an amazing time at this cabin. There was plenty of space and more than enough to do. The area was quiet and peaceful. The owners responded quickly to any question I had. All amenities were functional and the kitchen was fully equipped.

We loved everything about this property!! The views were amazing. The house had everything we needed. Typically when you go to the mountains, you have to constantly look for things to entertain children … with this property… kids had PLENTY to do!! The adults could enjoy Mountain View’s and the kids swam and watched movies in the theater etc. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out !!! We will definitely be back!!

Older siblings & spouses vacation (55-73 yrs) looking to unwind and reconnect. Cajun Castle was the perfect getaway - the views are amazing, the tranquility is priceless! Plenty of space for everyone to come together or to find a quiet spot to unwind. The pool, hot tub and fire pit were an added bonus!
The driveway was very manageable after the first trip up and down and was really pretty with the fall color but AWD is an advantage. Remember, you are in the mountains and well worth the trip!
Cameron the owner was timely and very responsive to any questions or needs we had and excellent to work with!
The area is beautiful with so much to do! Loved our trip!

Nice cabin, but the photos are deceptive. Appears to be much larger in photos and pool and hot tub are definitely much much smaller than depicted in photos. Views are amazing and make it worth renting but it definitely needs some TLC. Filthy floors, Spider webs everywhere, windows are filthy and the carpets… oh boy, not sure a steam cleaner would do the trick, Needs replacement. Our groups biggest complaint is that there is absolutely not a single basic kitchen item. Not a single pod or filter for coffee, no cooking oils, no pizza pan, no aluminum foil etc. Due to the distance from stores some of these items should be left in the pantry, like at every other house we have rented has provided. 2 trash bags for 5 nights and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. So of course we had to buy more and leave it there just like every other tenant before us but unfortunately it is not left at the house for the next guests. Has huge potential to be a great rental but just isn’t at that point on so many levels.

My 2 brothers sister and spouses attended. Property as described, there were lots of leaves on deck and some cigarette butts. None of us smoke. Very convenient to Sevierville and Pigeon forge. Pigeon Forge was crowded we assume to fall breaks. Mostly for tourist. Enjoyed a drive to Smokey mountains saw Cataract falls but due to drought water was pretty slow. Enjoyed jacuzzi did not use pool. Our trip was mainly to see each other. Four bedrooms 4 bathes perfect for us. Very responsive management.

Cameron was wonderful to communicate with.
Check in was a breeze. By the end of our short stay we really started to navigate the area with ease as you are so close to just about everything. The pool is small but my niece (16) and daughter (2) really enjoyed it. The hot tub was where it was at for me. The jetted tub in the master suite was also really great & clean. My 2 yo thought that was the bee's knees. I don't think there were any complaints about the amenities. We utilized everything this place had to offer. If you leave unsatisfied I think thats on you.

Our large family of 15 stayed comfortably in this cabin! We had a minor water pressure issue at midnight one night & the property manager answered me within minutes & had everything fixed within 30 min. Couldn’t ask for better communication or service from the property manager. Indoor pool & theater were super cool & getting in/out of the property was very easy with the key code. Very close to all local amenities & even Knoxville, as we stayed here for a UT football game. True mountain experience as you are in the heart of the woods with a beautiful view off multiple balconies.

We had 2 families stay and it was a pleasant stay. Plenty to do and was very clean. Great location.
Only thing i would mention in the description is the steep driveway. It was a little of a shock when we arrived. Might be hard to navigate during the winter months.

12 of us, 5 adults, 4 young adults and 3 teenagers stayed at Cajun Castle. Everyone had a place to rest their heads comfortably. We enjoyed being able to sit together to play games in the kitchen /family room area after exploring the area for the day. The kitchen is well stocked and had plenty of supplies for all of us. Cameron was a wonderful host and was responsive very quickly with any questions that I had. Everything was exactly as described in the listing if not better. The driveway was a little adventurous, but not as big a deal as some people make it seem. We had no problems with any of our cars and no we all do not have 4 wheel drive. Everyone on our trip would agree to recommend Cajun Castle as a place to stay if visiting the area. Very close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We had an amazing trip together.

After graduating the University of Tennessee, I desperately needed a secluded place away from neighbors and stress of school. This cabin provided that perfectly!
To get to the cabin you get to turn in to magic kingdom, which literally leads you down a magical, adventurous, wooded driveway that will give the whole family a great first conversation once parked!
In my family I had ages 3 to 85 years old, and the cabin was enjoyed by all. The half wrapped porches provided places for the kids to run safely and play while the adults got to grill and enjoy the hottub all under the canopy of the mountain trees.
The swimming pool was clean although it was warm in the room, but that was fixed by just turning the ac on in the pool area. The game room was a huge hit for all the men who wanted to go enjoy some beverages and play pool after the evenings ended.
I can’t say enough about the host, my family and I have stayed in around 6 cabins and the host to this one was 5 star! He always returned my emails and texts within the hour, and on check in day he was immediately responsive with any and all questions I had and also responsive after we checked out when a guest had left a bag behind.
Overall we very much enjoyed the secluded cabin and would definitely choose to stay again!

Great place to stay. Cabin is beautiful, clean. Some dead bugs on the floor but that’s what you get when you stay in a cabin. The driveway up to the cabin is very narrow and a few trees need to be removed just due to overhang but otherwise we all had fun and very relaxing.

Everything was as expected, loved the location, very clean. We have 4 children, their spouses and children, plenty of room, each family had their own room with bath. Lots of space, pool nice, lots of decks to sit, hot tub, fire pit. We were right in the center of everything, yet very orivate.

We chose this cabin because we live in Fl and have adult children and grandbabies in both Michigan and Florida and this was a halfway point so that we could all meet up and spend time together. There were 13 of us total and plenty of space for the children ages 1-7 to play. They enjoyed the pool and the game room and the adults enjoyed the porch with beautiful views and the hot tub. Cameron was very friendly and answered me promptly with any questions I had about our check in . Everything was ready for us when we arrived it was clean and welcoming. This cabin was close to downtown Pigeon Forge and also Dollywood. We were able to explore the city , visit the theme park within a few miles of the cabin . I read some reviews about the driveway yes it is steep but when you want beautiful views you have to go up. It looks intimidating the first time going up but after that it was a breeze. We will definitely rent this cabin again.

We had an amazing time at Cajun Castle! It was exactly what we were wanting. Secluded but yet only a few miles to anything we would want to go to! Plenty of room for all our crew! The kids absolutely loved the pool, hot tub and theater room. Adults loved the hot tub and pool table! There was something for everyone! Management was excellent! Responded immediately to any questions we had! Thank you Kim/Cameron for an excellent family vacation!

Had a wonderful stay at the Cajun Castle. We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday and he loved the cabin! We enjoyed sitting on porch, watching a movie as a family in the movie room, going for a dip in the pool after going out for the day and relaxing in the hot tub in the evening! We enjoyed every moment!! Thanks again!!

Cajun Cabin was beautiful. The pictures are a bit deceiving and the rooms are smaller than they appear in photos. Bathrooms in each bedroom were great. The game room was also smaller than appeared and hard to play a game of pool on some sides of table. The views of the mountains were gorgeous some obstructed by overgrowth of
the trees. We didn't see any bears and not much wildlife but that could be due to the noise from all of us. The swimming pool was great for kids. It is smaller than it appears in photos as well but it was enjoyed. There was some broken furniture but overall the home was very clean and kitchen stocked with cooking necessities. Driveway was a bit tight and steep but is blacktop all way to cabin. Overall the manager Cameron was amazing with communication and willing to help anyway he could! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved the Cajun Cabin, but it does need so work. Many of the chairs and tables outside couldn’t be used because they were broken. The theater room had many issues and didn’t work most of the time. We call managers and they responded quickly to try and help. Hot tub didn’t work but they sent a tech out right away to fix it. The views are GREAT and the kitchen has everything you need as far as cooking utensils, pots, pans and appliances.
It’s a great places for adults and small children, it doesn’t have much room to run for kids. The driveway was such an adventure.
Great management team thank you Carmen.

Cajun castle experience
The privacy of the property and indoor cleanliness was great, however, there was an odor in the master bath that appears to be from the drain in the shower. Outdoor amenities need some updates. Gas fire pit would not ignite. The charcoal grill is rusting badly and needs replacing. The exterior chairs need replacing. Many have been relied but still coming apart. One was totally broken and dangerous. Only I e speaker of the sound system in the movie room worked. All of these items appear from normal wear but need addressing. The layout of the property was great and everything needed in the kitchen was there. Fantastic views.

Smoky Mountain Vacation
We loved the Cajun Castle! It is located in an isolated area but close to activities. The pool and hot tub were well used by out crew. The manager was friendly and helpful. We reported some issues that needed updating and he said he would take care of them.

Beautiful cabin lots of space for 7 adults.
Our family really enjoy the cabin it was the first time we have got to see and spend time with our military family in 4 years. Dinning room table was big enough for all of us. We enjoy the view as we sat on the deck, hot tub and pool was relaxing.

Family trip
We had a great time. This house served its purpose for our family. These were some issues we had.
- The driveway has to be one of the scariest things ever! It was difficult for our suv and van to get up and down.
- There was blue crayon all over the movie screen. We scrubbed it so we could use it.
- Rocking chairs on the main floor porch are broken.
- The fire extinguisher in the kitchen is expired and not full. It was also 4 years expired.
- The ice maker is not working in the fridge.
- The pull out couch by the pool table cant be used because of the pool table.
- There are bulbs missing above the love seat on the main floor.
- The cabinets beside the fridge were full of food. We had to clean it out and that wasted space in the trash cans.
- Water is leaking from the bathroom above the kitchen in 5 different places in the kitchen from the toilet and sink above it. I took a video.
- The house was dirty. The side tables by the bed had drink rings. The floors were not swept. There were cobwebs on the light fixtures.
- The house has visible damage from carpenter bees across the front of it.
There was plenty of room for 11 of us. The house just needs some attention and some things fixed. My 4 star rating was generous.

Family Getaway
The indoor property was very pretty, but camera angles show the property as a much larger area than there actually is. The rooms were much smaller than they appear in the "catalog". But it was a very beautiful cabin. We had an issue with the pool and after contacting Cameron, the cabin host, someone was there to check on it first thing the next morning. The driveway is a ride in itself! Loved the porches! That's where we stayed most of the time, just being together!! Cameron is fantastic to work with!! Any "silly" question I had, he had me an answer within an hour or 2, if not sooner.
