Cute and comfortable unit, near grocery, liquor, shops and all the major restaurants. No complaints but be advised the grass near the pool was swarming w mosquitos, though the unit is upstairs and they’re not bad up there. Really enjoyed our stay.

Overall pretty accurate from description and pictures place was very nice right by near shops and drive down to the ocean. I loved the beach theme of our place made it home. Pool was great can get cleaned more but still a nice pool to refresh before you hit the beach or after. The grills area community grills so we cleaned up after others had used it but that is each tenant staying to take care off. Loved the great family memories we had! Would come back again!

The place was nice and clean but the rules were a little hard to take. We were not able to use the garage as other neighbors were able to use there's. The dresser drawer was broken.

Excellent place to stay with some minor issues
Only issue we encountered was the refrigerator not cooling normally, chest of drawers need an upgrade, I give housekeeping 5 out of 10 that’s coming from a person that cleans homes for a living. Back restroom toilet seat is cracked and will pinch needs to be replaced.

Weekend
Great!!

I think it had a great amount of space for our family. We have 2 teen boys, an 8 year old boy and a toddler baby boy and never felt crowded. It was nice to not hear our neighbors but I think it helped that we stayed on a weekday when it was less crowded or busy. It felt like the property was all to ourselves! It was safe and quiet but the only downside was going up and down the stairs, as I am pregnant and it was very tiring for me. Hopefully in the future they can incorporate an inexpensive elevator that is safe to use for pregnant woman or handicapped so they can continue renting at the reasonable price we paid. Overall my family and I really enjoyed it. Driving to the beach was not even a big deal either as it was super close!

Better than expected
This listing had a few bad reviews which made me think twice before getting it, however our stay was great. We usually spend most of the day at the beach when we go but this time there were so many jellyfish and we ended up spending most of our time at the pool. The home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed

Horrible Stay - Ruined Vacation
Please save your money and don't stay at this property. The advertisement is misleading as there is no garage access and the have 6 people staying in a single 9x9 bedroom. This involves pulling out a trundle bed that doesn't have enough floor space to get it out and once you do the ladder to the top bunk has to be moved which blocks the bathroom. The dining room table only fits as it is pushed under the breakfast bar so you only have seating for 4 not the 8 that is advertised. The coaches are not full sized nor pull outs and seat 4 adults. The pool does not have the sun catcher as shown in the pictures so there is no shade and the gates are held together with rusted wire. I would not advise having small children on the deck as the rail has nails sticking through and slats are no longer attached. We tried to work with VRBO and the management company but were told nothing would be fixed or resolved as we signed a contract. Worst experience in my 10+ years of VRBO and my in-laws went home after first 2 days ruining our holiday weekend. Oh to add insult to injury the water to the unit shut off on 8am of our last day so no one could get cleaned up before traveling back from TX to MN. Again, we called to report and never heard from management company.

Fool me once, shame on you.
You can tell this is a new property listed, or was taking over by the new management company so a couple of the issues were nit picky which normally I would let slide. When add all together it becomes the worst experience I have had in a rental.
First, you do not have access to the garage. Typically there is a closet or storage to some sort that the owner has for their personal belongings, this is the first time I have ever had a place that we did not have access to the entire garage.
Second, the wifi works well in the main living-room and the first bedroom, but the master it is not strong enough to keep a good signal. I was trying to do a little work, scroll on the phone, or watch tv in the master was very difficult. Internet would go in and out, at one point in time I reset the modem hoping this would fix the issue, unfortunately it did not.
Third, the shower head in the master is so calcified that it only works on the full power massage setting. I am personally not a fan of this setting and when trying to change between the settings it would just shoot to the side to where it was basically useless.
Fourth, cleanliness. First the most part the house was clean, besides the kitchen. I was cooking breakfast before heading to the beach and turned on the over to keep the hash browns warm, well as I open the door to the oven to toss them in I noticed half a loaf of garlic bread. Who knows how long said bread had been in there, but I can tell you WE didn't not have any garlic bread.
Fifth, I took my family, my 66 year old mother and my 7 year old daughter. My daughter was outside on the porch looking at the pool, waiting for us to load up to head to the beach. I hear her talking to someone, so I go to investigate and walk out to two random men on a chair feeling around for a key to the garage. They said they were friends with the owner and were there to get something from the garage. Personally I don't think anyone should have been "swinging by" at all when the unit is rented, but if thats the case you should certainly let the renter know that someone is coming.
Lastly, I called the management company at this point to discuss all of these issues. I had a decent conversation with the office at which they said they would send maintenance over to fix what they could which I declined. Was also told that the manager or someone would call me back. I never received a phone call from anyone.
