Very good

Clean, modern, great amenities, and friendly staff.

Only down side is seaweed on this side of the island. May have just been the time of year (early August).

Fantastic kite hotel!

Awesome location on long bay - great for kiting. Apartments have everything you need and are clean and well kept up. They also make an effort to clear the seaweed off the beach around the resort which is much appreciated. We will be back for sure!

Lovely stay at H2O

Beautiful and spacious unit. The staff was warm and wonderful, especially Mark and Julie

The unit we stayed in was modern, large and spacious and walked right out to the pool. We usually had the pool all to ourselves.

Absolutely lovely

Stunning, Modern, and clean - thought of everything you might need in the room. Comfy beds and pillows. Great pools - excellent beach. Great staff.

Could differentiate prices between cocktails and mocktails. Need more FRESH fruit mixes and selections at the bar Breakfast needs savoury not just sweet

Superb

Gorgeous facilities on a quiet part of the island. Almost felt like a private resort. Everything was so clean. The staff welcomed us and our daughter with such kindness.

Would have been nice to have some food options in the hotel besides the breakfast - maybe some snacks at the beach bar?

The prices in booking are far from the actual prices. We got charged extra 600 dollars on top of the booking.com fees. Those fees were the service fee and room fee which don’t make any sense as also for some taxes that theoretically were not included in the price already paid. I think those extra fees exist to balance the loss of the hotel while booking through this app which I find unacceptable.

Great if you want to stay at a condo close to some of the best windsurfing areas!

The hotel is very new and clean. The rooms are well equipped with a kitchenette including pots pans and utensils. They even included cooking supplies like oil, salt and pepper. I was particularly impressed with the sachet of coffee provided (good for 3 days supply) and coffee maker.

The resort is not located near the main strip of Grace Bay. It feels slightly isolated and we had to take expensive cab rides into town to get to and from dinner. I went to get groceries in town to make eggs for breakfast and lunch. There is no restaurant at the resort. There is a very basic continental breakfast provided.

everything, staff not friendly “especially receptionist nothing to do very boring, food horrible they only offer breakfast and that was not good no room service, u have to order from a app n they constantly charge u delivery fees n that food is not good Ac, do not blow cold air , no lighting around resort do at night it’s very dark

Very quite location, great place for a relaxing vacation. Good for families with older kids or couples. The place is beautiful.

There are limited food options, you have to drive to the drive around 10 minutes to get to more options.

Fabulous stay at boutique resort!

Beautiful resort on the beach! Amazing pools, accommodations. Really nice rooms, patios, etc.

There isn’t a full time restaurant. There’s breakfast and lunch and it’s not poolside service. Have to leave the resort to get dinner.

We had a wonderful time at H2O and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

location, furnishings, service, views, amazing beach with great beach combing and kitesurfing on-site, more laid back and private feel than Grace Bay but only a short drive away for restaurants and activities.

no restaurant on site, but this really wasn’t a big deal

Relaxful and good overall but with a little tweeting could have been exceptional!!!

Staff was amazing, rooms well appointed, good location.

too many stairs, no bottled water, robes or complimentary beverages, No lunch available! Shower leaked in bathroom, no access to basic cabe service or TV at pool bar!

Very nice resort right on the beach. We had a great time!

Great location, wonderful pool, beach and landscaping. Breakfast at the pool was a nice touch. Everyone was very helpful.

Superb

Location: great for kiting or enjoying the beach Room is exactly as shown in the photos. Building is 2 years old, so that's all new and beautiful. We would return again.

no food, no grocery nearby, no ATM. It is really condos, as advertised. An app allow us to order restaurant to the room, so we were able to eat some sandwich the day we arrived. We should have taken a rental thought because this location is far from food sources. Maybe the hotel should offer to do a grocery prior to customer arrival.

Exceptional

Fantastic accommodation in a prime location on Long bay. Everything brand new and very well designed. Our room was perfectly laid out with a very well equipped kitchen. 2 beautiful pools, tennis court was great and never busy. Kite school and E-foiling on site. Staff very attentive and friendly. Fellow residents/owners really friendly. Will be back again.

There is an additional service charge/tax after booking. I would rather this was included in the price from the outset to allow for better price comparison.

The manager was just EVEYTHING anyone needed in a properly. Julia us so friendly. She goes above and beyond for her customer. She’s a just amazing. I will defiantly be staying again.
